This fully equipped moden 2 bedroom home with TVs in each room . The house is only 4 years old . Set on 1.5a of land in a very quite street. Walking distance to Waikuku beach and the Ashley river . 5 mins to pegasus golf club, gas station , supermarket and coffee shops .Located just off SH1 and 30 mins to town center . Lots of parking . I am a car guy and love showing people my cars and business. I supply a full continental breakfast. With Molenberg toast bread. Milk and coffee etc .
