With a total of 4 bedrooms, it can accommodate up to 8 people. Outside, a private pool invites you for a refreshment during hot summer days. The pool can be heated on guest request, with additional fee. The area with sun loungers is most of the day in the shade and offers a breathtaking view of the picturesque landscape - pure relaxation!

V starem delu hiše je spalnica, v novem pa dnevno bivalni del s kuhinjo in veliko kopalnico. Okolica hiše meri 1000 m2. Na njej je osem stoletnih dreves, ki lahko nudijo zašcito pred soncem. It is self-sustaining and gets electricity and water from natural resources.Keep on mind that there is an unpaved road leads to the house.

Nice little apartment in the old town near the center. We are pets friendly. In Punat you have nice long seafront promenade, bike road, shephards paths, etc... There are lots of little retaurants where you can try our traditional food.
