Private Estate “De Kleikamp” with swimmingpool

This is a beautiful vacation home with outdoor swimming pool on the private estate "De Kleikamp". The remodeled farm has a thatched roof and is located in the gorgeous country side close to the river the Issel, near the small town of Olst, 20 minutes from the city of Deventer. The lovely house consists of 4 bedrooms and a sleeping loft. One of the bedrooms is downstairs, making it ideal for people that have difficulty walking upstairs. There are 4 bathrooms, a living room with dining area and a kitchen. There is a barn with a carport for 2 cars, and plenty of parking in the circular driveway. The heated swimming pool has the unique feature of a cover that can be open or closed, so it can be used in any kind of weather. There is a pool house with shower, toilet, outdoor hot shower and changing room. The estate consists of 20 acres of beauty and includes a very large yard, a meadow with a pond and part of a forest with hiking trails. The home can accommodate 10 people and is perfect for entertaining and for families and friends with children. Last summer our parents moved out of this beautiful remodeled farm house. We, the five daughters, love this house and want to keep it in the family. We decided to make it available as a vacation rental so we can enjoy it and share the peace and quite of this unique place with others. Kom helemaal tot rust in ons mooie wellnesshuisje "Weidezicht". Het huisje staat volledig privé. Spot reeën, weidevogels,hazen of ijsvogel.Stap op de fiets voor de mooiste fietsroutes, of loop één van de klompenpaden in de buurt. Maak gebruik van de bbq en buitenkeuken ,geniet vanuit de whirlpool op de veranda van de ondergaande zon en het "weide" uitzicht. Doe een saunasessie in de finse buitensauna. Steek binnen knus de houtkachel aan en zet via de bluetooth binnen (of buiten) een muziekje op.

Ons huis staat in de leuke, rustige wijk De Worp. Dichtbij het historische centrum van Deventer met leuke restaurants, theaters, winkels en bezienswaardigheden. Met een wandeling door het oudste stadspark van Nederland en een overtocht met het pontje over de mooie IJssel, sta je met een kwartiertje middenin het centrum. Het tochtje met het pontje geeft ons nog altijd een vakantiegevoel. Je zult genieten van het sfeervolle huis, de tuin, de prachtige omgeving en de gezellige stad Deventer.

Romantisch vrijstaand huisje met grote veranda

Onthaasten doet u in ons schitterende vrijstaande volledig ingerichte natuurhuisje. Het is gelegen aan een rustige landweg, omgeven door oude eiken met uitzicht op onze (schapen-)wei. Een sfeervolle houten veranda op het zuid-westen, volledig overdekt en te verwarmen met 2 wandkachels. U kunt dus altijd buiten zitten en genieten van de prachtige luchten en ondergaande zon. Rust en veel privacy. Door de elektr. haard en vloerverwarming is het huis ook zeer geschikt voor de winterperiode.

Vrijstaand gastenverblijf met grote veranda

Ons gastenverblijf biedt u een gezellige en comfortabele ruimte binnenshuis en een zee van buitenruimte voor activiteiten buiten en voldoende privacy voor een aangenaam verblijf, zie voor de ligging van het gastenverblijf t.o. van de boerderij één van de foto's. Houten eco-huisje aan de ijsseldijk

Trek je even helemaal terug in deze unieke, rustgevende accommodatie. Gelegen aan de ijsseldijk, deze idyllische eco-woning is ideaal voor stellen of gezinnen. Doordat het gemaakt is van duurzame materialen is de sfeer, warmte en akoestiek heerlijk. Zet je stoel in de boomgaard, en geniet van de vele vogels in de tuin en rondom de woning. Of geniet van de zoemende bijen die boven het groendak vliegen. Apeldoorn, Zwolle maar vooral Deventer zijn zeer goed te bereiken.

Vakantiehuisje ANders-genieten

Wil je lekker ontspannen en zelf kunnen bepalen wat je doet dan ben je bij ons aan het juiste adres! We hebben een volledig zelfstandig vakantiehuisje(45m2) naast ons huis waar je heerlijk kunt genieten. Het huisje heeft een eigen ingang en is voorzien van een eigen complete keuken, badkamer en een aparte slaapkamer. Onze vakantiewoning ligt in Gietelo bij Voorst. Vanaf hier is het prachtig wandelen en fietsen of bezoek Zutphen, Deventer of Apeldoorn.

Ons vakantie huisje is vlakbij de Hanzesteden Deventer en Zwolle en bij allerlei natuurgebieden zoals Duursche Waarden, de IJsselvallei en Veluwe. Je zult genieten van onze plek vanwege het prachtige uitzicht over de landerijen. Het huis is van alle comfort voorzien Je waant je midden in de natuur en toch op een kwartiertje afstand van Deventer. Onze ruimte is geschikt voor stellen, solo-avonturiers en voor zakelijke reizigers

Spacious rural detached 30s house, near the village and city of Deventer. Large garden privacy, a swimming poo l(from may till 1 oct) , play equipment, directly on the river with canoe (free to use) . Meadows, water, animals, forest, tranquility. The house is suitable for max. 7 people. Downstairs a separate living/bedroom, with additional shower cabin for whom it is difficult to go upstairs.
