Vltava : locations de vacances avec home cinéma

Είμαστε πολύ ευχαριστημένοι από τη διαμονή μας στου Marek! Τις πρώτες μέρες χρησιμοποιήσαμε το τραμ, που μέσα σε 25 με 30 λεπτά ήσουν στο κέντρο της πόλης, καθώς η στάση είναι ακριβώς κάτω απ το σπίτι. Αλλά και τις επόμενες που νοικιάσαμε αυτοκίνητο, ήταν εύκολο το παρκάρισμα στον από πίσω δρόμο. Ο οικοδεσπότης είχε φροντίσει να έχουμε αρκετές κάψουλες καφέ για τις ημέρες της διαμονής μας και η θέρμανση δεδομένου ότι είχε αρκετό κρύο τις μέρες που ήμασταν εκεί, λειτουργούσε άψογα. Ίσως θα θέλαμε γενικότερα κάποια παραπάνω έπιπλα για να ακουμπάμε πράγματα, αλλά αυτό με δεδομένο ότι εμείς μείναμε 10 μέρες και είχαμε αρκετά πράγματα. Για μια μικρότερη διαμονή φαντάζομαι είναι μια χαρά. Επίσης ο φωτισμός θα θέλαμε να είναι πιο έντονος, ιδιαίτερα στο σαλόνι. Το διαμέρισμα, αν και ήταν στον τρίτο όροφο χωρίς ασανσέρ, δεν μας δημιούργησε ποτέ πρόβλημα. Συνολικά είναι ένα κατάλυμα που θεωρούμε ότι αξιζε τα χρήματα που δώσαμε, ειδικά για την περίοδο των Χριστουγέννων!

Wonderful place, wonderful host. Perfect location, especially if you are coming with kids: the ski park is just across the road from the property, with skiing and tobogganing, inexpensive. A bigger ski slope is some 7 min driving. The apartment is done beautifully, with care, pleasure to be in, very comfortable. Everything works. Communication with the host was smooth and fast. 100% recommended! Now we want to come back in the summer to experience the lake with the paddle boards.

Perfekt aufgeteilt mit super Lage

Wer Ruhe und Erholung sucht ist hier genau richtig. Die Unterkunft war super sauber und sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Es war alles für einen reibungslosen Aufenthalt vorhanden. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet und das Bad auch. Es gibt einen Föhn und sogar ein Glätteisen. Wir haben uns sehr über den einfach zu handhabenden Grill gefreut und die Zeit im Whirlpool war auch sehr erholsam. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Auszeit hier und werden wieder kommen und die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen. Vielen Dank liebe Katrin, für diese liebevoll eingerichtet Unterkunft.

기차역 주변이고 마트도 가까워서 편안한 숙소였고, 따뜻하고 좋았습니다^^

Мы остановились в этом аппартаменте на 5 дней, но пришлось сократить до одного дня. Квартира красивая, удобная, но не работал кондиционер. Хотя я заранее спрашивала об этом. На улице было жутко холодно и сильный ветер, а это 14-й этаж и если открыт балкон, то ужасный сквозняк, а когда все закрыто, то дышать нечем. Как нам потом сказали, что во всем здании кондиционер не включен на холод. В конце концов после того как я связалась со службой поддержки и хозяином, мне сделали отмену и вернули деньги. И я смогла переехать в другое место. Но день был потерян на не нужные для путешествия волнения и нервы. А так место тихое от центра на трамвае 20-25 мин. Квартира очень красивая. Это пентхаус. Укомплектованая. Есть все для длительного проживания. Рекомендую тем кому не важен кондиционер. Так как в одной из комнат его вообще нет, а вдругих он центральный, но включают его на холод не раньше лета.

Квартира дуже простора і чиста, зручне ліжко і двоспальний диван, було дуже тепло , на кухні є все , що потрібно для приготування. Розташована центрально, пішки близько абсолютно до всьго (всі туристичні пам,ятки, театри, вокзали) поряд трамвайна зупинка, супермаркет лідл, в дворі будинку ресторани. Хоч розташована в центрі, але було дуже тихо, чудовий вид з великих вікон. Привітний господар, легка комунікація. Дуже рекомендую

Our stay at this 14th-century master mill was nothing short of magical. The house itself is incredibly cosy, with a charming blend of historical character and modern comfort. It’s thoughtfully equipped with plenty of activities, which is a blessing when you’re tucked away in such a peaceful, remote location. One of the highlights for us was the delightful company of the resident cats and rabbits—they added such a warm and homely touch to the experience. We were also thrilled with the mill’s proximity to a beautiful castle and scenic hiking grounds, which provided the perfect opportunity to explore the surrounding area. We were fortunate enough to spend New Year’s Eve here, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The atmosphere was serene and enchanting, making it a truly unforgettable way to start the year. If you’re looking for a unique, quiet retreat steeped in history, surrounded by nature, and with fantastic nearby landmarks, this is the place for you. Highly recommend!

One of the coziest homes I've ever visited (and I've been to many). What sets it apart is that, upon entering, you feel as if you're living through the life of its owner alongside her — she clearly lives here with her children, and you could easily spend an entire day just admiring her paintings, books, and her children's crafts. After six hours there, I felt as if I'd known her for ages, and it was clear she’s a wonderful woman, awesome mother and a good person (and obviously cooks a lot)). The tuned guitar was a delightful touch. In short, this house has the soul of its owner, and I can say for sure that she is lovely. Separately, I would like to say that the design was clearly created by a person with taste, and looks much better in life - moreover, the light in the house is perfectly matched, which is rare in Airbnb offerings. So in the evening you can create the perfect atmosphere, which, together with the fireplace, will make you want to come back here again and again.

Good place very near train and bus station....big room...comfortable bed...very clean...fast WiFi....good kitchen.....posible made check inn with key box any time....walk distance to supermarkets,cash-machine and city center....Botham is great host simpatic and ever replay fast....highly recommended!!!

Honest reviews are crucial for me when choosing accommodation, and I can confidently say this was my best Airbnb experience! Monika and Adam are the epitome of hospitality. Upon my arrival in Prague without cellular data, they went above and beyond, picking me up from the airport. They respected my privacy as a digital nomad and were understanding of my early morning work calls. When I mentioned the mattress wasn’t comfortable, they immediately addressed it! Their care for guest comfort is unmatched. The house is fantastic: a spotless kitchen, spacious living area with a movie projector, bathroom with a bathtub and cozy, well-heated bedroom. We shared memorable moments like bonfires with their pet sheep and chickens and a magical mushroom-picking trip. Located in peaceful Orech, it offers tranquility with easy public transport access to Prague’s center (50~60 mins). M&A are fascinating, kind people, making this more than just a stay. I’ve extended my stay and highly recommend it!

Ubytování jsme využili na rozlučku se svobodou a byli jsme spokojení. Klidné místo s dobrým zázemím a stodolou, kde se dá využít velké plátno. Bohužel nás v noci před odjezdem zastihla silná bouřka, která vyhodila elektřinu, která se už nenahodila, ale šlo o mimořádnou událost, za kterou hostitel nemůže.

We have stayed at many Airbnbs over the years but this has been one of the most special. An attractive, clean and tidy family home, with wonderful grassy garden space comprising a large veranda, outdoor seating, large trampoline, and an exceptional swimming pool. All set in a peaceful rural environment, with woods and endless walking, running or cycling on the doorstep. The house is perfect for families or those seeking tranquility, with or without a mix of physical activity. Other highlights include Moorea the friendly cat, the garden fire pit, fruit and vegetables from the garden, the incredible night sky, and the spooky, autonomous lawn robot that comes out at night ;) Bad Leonfelden centre or nearby supermarkets are a convenient 10 min walk. We were welcomed by Thomas's attentive and friendly dad who also took care of the pool. Thomas himself responded instantly to any enquiries we had. It has been a memorable stay in your beautiful family home, Thomas. Thank you!

Wir haben Silvester zu 5. in diesem wunderschönen Haus verbracht. Wir haben uns direkt wohlgefühlt. Unser Hund hat sich ebenfalls! Das Haus ist viel großzügiger geschnitten als auf den Fotos vermuten lässt. Es gibt vor allen in der Küche alles was man braucht (selten eine so gut ausgestattete Airbnb-Küche gesehen) und auch der Whirlpool läd zum verweilen ein. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig, wie hatten lange und tolle Spaziergänge und Laufrunden. Auch die Kommunikation und Hilfsbereitschaft von Tereza war hervorragend. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Příjemné ubytování kousek od centra, nic nám nechybělo.

Comunicazione perfetto, già prima di arrivare Roman mi aveva fornito tutte le indicazioni da me richieste. Le sue risposte etano chiare, mi ha anche dato tanti consigli. Lo studio è fornito di tutti gli elettronici, macchina drl caffetteria con capsule e tutti gli utensili. Asciugacapelli, asciugamani è tutto a disposizione. Posizione perfetta, circondata da market e locali. L'unico difetto riscontrato sono i cuscini davvero troppo alti, ma è una sciocchezza a confronto del servizio e della pulizia. Spero di poter tornare a Praga presto e mi piacerebbe soggiornare nuovamente quì. Voto 10!

Es war eine tolle Wohnung! Sehr sauber und gepflegt. Der Check In verlief reibungslos, da alle nötigen Anweisungen gegeben waren. Die Bettwäsche war sauber, es gibt sogar einen Saugroboter, der nach Bedarf eingesetzt werden kann. Es gibt nichts, worüber man sich beschweren kann. Das einzige, was gefehlt hat, war ein Fahrstuhl, da die Wohnung im Dritten Stock liegt (Koffer), aber das kann nicht auf den Gastgeber zurück geführt werden :)

Super poloha pro výlety. Hostitel vždy reagoval během chvilky. Ubytování je malé, ale vešli jsme se 2dospělí, 2 děti a pes. Paní na úklid byla velmi milá a nápomocná. Nutno topit dřevem, chyběl tam zapalovač, ale paní co uklizi ihned vyřešila. A podpalovač jsme si koupili v místní večerce. Děkujeme

Wir haben kurzfristig das erste Mal bei Airbnb gebucht. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und Infos von Dagmar kamen schnell und zuverlässig. Auch unsere Frage, ob wir unsere zwei E-Bikes unterstellen können wurde super von ihr beantwortet. Die Lage ist super, man hat toll eingerichtete neue Häuser und einen guten Parkplatz. In der Nähe gibt es einen kleinen Coop Supermarkt wo ihr euch immer frische Sachen zum Frühstücken holen könnt. Die Dolce Gusto Kaffeemaschine in der Wohnung ist ebenfalls super.
