Отличная квартира в Праге, всё продумано до мелочей. Очень удобное расположение — до центра либо пешком минут 20, либо на трамвае за пару остановок. В самой квартире есть абсолютно всё: фен, стиральная и сушильная машины (проверено на практике — я испачкала куртку и быстро всё отстирала). Приятный бонус — подземный гараж. Рядом классная пивоварня с отличной кухней. Отдельное спасибо Ирине — она нас встретила, всё показала и была очень внимательной. Чувствовали себя как дома. Если будем снова в Праге — с удовольствием вернёмся!

Wir waren zu 6. vom 01.-04.05. in der Rolle. Unterkunft. Die Innenstadt ist Fußläufig zu erreichen. Wir haben die Stadt und Unterkunft sehr genossen.

It was very pleasant to stay in Martina's apartment, everything was clean and tidy and we found everything available what we read in the apartment's description. Getting into the apartment was very easy. The location is quiet although it is next to a busy road and it has a very good connection to both metro line A and tram line 20: you can reach Charles bridge in 20..25 mins also you can reach the airport in 25mins using trolleybus line 59. Very good location if you ask us (3 adults and 2 ~9yo kids).

Eva was very responsive in communications and in accommodating my need to check in early. Eva’s property was very clean with all the necessary amenities. Perfect! Thanks again.

Great place for a short stay in Prague. It's not far from a metro station and has all of the necessary items. Thank you very much, we would come back to stay at Tomi's place again and can recommend to other travelers.

Our stay at this large apartment in the city center was truly excellent. From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth and well-organized. The check-in process was easy, and the host was incredibly responsive and helpful, providing clear instructions and local tips that made our trip even better. The apartment itself was exactly as shown in the listing—clean, spacious, and tastefully furnished, with plenty of room to relax and feel at home. The kitchen was well-equipped, the beds were comfortable, and there were thoughtful touches like extra linens, toiletries, and fast, reliable Wi-Fi. The location is unbeatable. Despite being in such a central area, the apartment was quiet at night, allowing for restful sleep after busy days of exploring. Whether you're traveling for leisure or business, this place has everything you need for a comfortable and convenient stay. We would absolutely book again and highly recommed it to anyone visiting the area.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in dieser Ferienwohnung! Die Wohnung ist sehr bequem und bestens ausgestattet es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Die Lage ist ebenfalls großartig: Die Umgebung ist ruhig und angenehm, gleichzeitig ist das Zentrum nicht weit entfernt und gut erreichbar. Perfekt, um die Stadt und die Umgebung zu erkunden! Alles in allem eine perfekte Unterkunft für einen entspannten Urlaub. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können diese Wohnung nur empfehlen!

Es war ein super schöner Aufenthalt. Alles hat einwandfrei funktioniert von der Kommunikation, über den Check-in bis hin zum ganzen Drumherum. Lada ist überaus freundlich und sofort hilfsbereit wenn man Fragen hat.😊 Dieses Airbnb ist definitiv einen Besuch wert und wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen!😊

The apartment has everything necessary. My stay was really comfortable. This is a quiet and peaceful area of Prague 7. Communication was easy, check-in was easy.

Vitezslav was a great host, he provided all the information needed to reach and access the apartment which is spacious and well equipped. The location is very good, five minutes from the center and the bus station, in the surroundings you can find everything you need for your stay. Recommended.

Recomand din toata inima apartamentul. Gazda prietenoasa si receptiva. Comunicare usoara. Apartament curat, calduros, cu o priveliste frumoasa spre oras, aflat la 3 minute de statia de tramvai si de autobuz. Dotarie, informatiile si imaginile de pe site sunt 100% reale . Sunt 2 linii de tramvai, una duce in centru, cealalta la Podul Carol. Parcare privata - un mare avantaj. Multumim!

Excelente departamento con todas las comodidades necesarias para tener una amena estadía. cercano a supermercados y restaurantes. Muy buena conexión con sistema de transporte público. 100% recomendado y sin lugar a dudas me volvería alojar en su departamento en una próxima ocasión.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, avec nos deux enfants de 12 et de 11 ans, dans le logement de Aidé. L'appartement est très spacieux, bien agencé et joliment décoré. Le WC est grand, la douche est séparée des WC, c’est une grande douche à l'italienne, très pratique et très propre! Le lit est ferme et très confortable, le clic-claque dans le salon est confortable pour les enfants. La qualité de linge de maison est très bien. Aidé à pensé de laisser bcp de produits dans le logement, elle est allée jusqu'à déposer des crèmes pour les mains, adorable de sa part. l'immeuble est en 7eme arrondissement de Prague, au calme, mais l’accès au centre ville est très facile et agréable. Les chemins à pieds pour aller au centre historique, ou pour aller directement au château de Prague, sont très agréables, et se font à moins de 30 min. sinon, il y a plusieurs lignes de tram, avec des arrêt proche du logement (5 min. à pied. Aidé est une hote 5 étoiles ,très accueillante et réactive.

Tento dom bol dokonalým miestom na oddych! Hneď po príchode sme si všimli, aký je svetlý, vzdušný a premyslene zariadený. Každá miestnosť pôsobí príjemne a útulne, takže sme sa tu okamžite cítili ako doma. Veľkým plusom bola aj plne vybavená kuchyňa, kde sme si mohli pohodlne pripraviť jedlo. Obrovským bonusom bol malý gym priamo v dome – skvelá možnosť, ako si aj počas pobytu zacvičiť. A keď sme si chceli oddýchnuť, v TV bol k dispozícii Netflix, čo sme si večer veľmi užili. Hostiteľ bol neuveriteľne milý a ochotný, vždy pripravený pomôcť a poradiť. Celý pobyt prebehol bez problémov, v krásnom a pokojnom prostredí, kde sme si mohli naozaj oddýchnuť. Veľkou výhodou je aj skvelá dostupnosť – diaľnica vedie priamo do Prahy a cesta trvá približne 40 minút, čo robí z tohto miesta ideálnu voľbu aj pre tých, ktorí chcú mať hlavné mesto na dosah. Určite odporúčame a radi sa sem v budúcnosti vrátime! Ďakujeme za skvelý zážitok.

Poloha ubytování skvělá. Čisto všude, gril ovšem tak špinavý, že jsme nepoužili. Chyběly nám náhradní pytle do odpadkových košů. Přecpaný pytlík ve vysavači a náhradní ani na recepci neměli. Bylo by dobré, napsat do pokynů, co vše je k dispozici i ohledně úklidu. Nejsem určitě uklízecí typ ale pokud je více dní více lidí pohromadě, je to nutné. Byli jsme v termínu v září a ve všední dny, takže všude klid. Okolí je úchvatné a to je největší deviza celého Lake side. Sauna taktéž super a ocenili jsme prichystaná prostěradla. Máme v plánu se vracet.

David has a great taste for beauty.. The home is well maintained, clean and cozy. It has all amenities one would need to enjoy a peaceful vacation like Sauna, grill,.. to name a few. Our dog liked the large backyard where he could watch the birds and sunbathe..

This is a really fantastic house. We were two families (four adults and five kids) and the layout, with 4 bedrooms upstairs, and a big open space with a long table (and plenty of chairs) downstairs, was wonderful. We did not lack for space at all. We could also use the grill on the terrace and eat dinner there during the evening. The house was perfect for the kids- they had enough room to play in the living room while we prepared meals. The furnishing, towels, etc. are simple and not fancy, and the kitchen has plenty of dishes and pots and pans for large groups. We had everything we needed. The house is located in a really relaxing and beautiful environment, outside of the city. We drove one day into Prague and it took around 45 minutes, but otherwise our goal was to relax in nature, and we accomplished this well! We could even swim indoors during the rainy day we had -- a huge blessing. It was great to be able to communicate directly with Aleš, who answered all of our questions promptly. It's important to know that Aleš takes a deposit of 300 euros in cash upon arrival, because the the sauna and the pool require a lot of extra electricity costs. Since he comes for check-in and check-out we were able to deal with the deposit formally and directly and it was not a problem.
