Open-space design apt in a historic farmhouse

One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Neue Zwei-Zimmer-Wohnung (75 m²) auf einem typischen Südtiroler Bauernhof, in ruhiger Lage auf 950m, mit herrlicher Aussicht aufs Etschtal. Der Hof betreibt eine Pferdepension; er beherbergt außerdem ein paar Schafe, Hühner, Kaninchen, Meerschweinchen und Katzen. Die Wohnung ist im 1. Monolocale in taverna rustica di 20 mq situato a piano terra della mia dimora del 1600 con accesso indipendente e parcheggio privato. Il monolocale è molto silenzioso e fresco ,adatto per una vacanza molto rilassante. Fornito di segnale Wi-Fi valido per navigazione leggera telefonica, non adatto a una connessione con PC. In casa abbiamo cane e gatto. Tassa di soggiorno provinciale obbligatoria di 1 euro a testa a notte; da versare in contanti all'arrivo.
