Located less than one mile from the beach in the center of the city hustle, step inside our “Tiny House" and ease into beach life! Sailor’s knot rope tied around anchored cleats create a banister railing to a 5’6” loft bedroom nestled above a 6’2” full kitchen and bath with Surfboard Shower. The 12' living room makes the 360 sq ft space feel more expansive. The new construction is separated from the main house by a breezeway. The private entrance and courtyard was designed for absolute privacy.

Guests can enjoy an adult only, clean, quiet, TV-free, 300 sq. ft indoor space and a beachy bathhouse surrounded by a serene garden setting, and private entrance. Entire property is non-smoking. Perfect for yoga, meditation, creative work and nature lovers. Garden and patios can be enjoyed between 7 am and 10 pm. Guests have free use of bikes. Property does not accept third party bookings, guest must be at least 21 years, no animals (no exceptions) or guests that like to party or smoke.

Your will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located villa. Our villa is fully upgraded. Has a full kitchen, 1 bedroom with a queen bed and laundry room with a full size washer and dryer. There is a great variety of restaurants and shopping just minutes away. In just 15 minutes you can be at the famous Naples pier for a fun day at the beach. We also have Marco Island, which is one of the top beaches in the world, just 20 minutes away. We do not offer snorkeling gear.
