My wife and I along with a few other couples came in town to go to Alabama homecoming and Ashley's place was perfect! The neighborhood is super quiet and peaceful and there are some great walking/running trails right next to the house. All of the beds were clean and comfortable, and the rooms were very spacious. We did not spend a lot of time at the house with everything going on for the weekend but it was nice to have a beautiful and spacious place to come back to. Would definitely recommend staying here and if needed, we will be coming back!

Our family felt right at home. We loved the privacy of this beautiful home. We always felt safe. The location is very convenient to the interstate. We could not have asked for a better temporary housing experience. We really fell in love with housing amenities like the family room, kitchen, walk-in shower, beautiful large completely fenced backyard, large windows to look out and feel at peace. My family stayed at Diane's place for my daughter's graduation. They loved the placed. The house was clean and Diane was very responsive and very nice. They would stay here again. Thank you Diane!

Fantastic home! Less than 15 minutes from the airport and walking distance to a good number of restaurants, coffee shops and bars. Home was updated and had plenty of room for all four of us. I will definitely be booking Ericas place again next time I am in Birmingham.

Came to town for a wedding and was a perfect spot for what we needed. Couple minute drive from the farmers market and easy drive or uber to downtown. Only pieces of advice is the kitchen has pans/utensils but no pantry supplies so would bring your own oil/seasoning etc if you plan to cook and get groceries. Also you can park in the back which I might recommend if there are multiple cars. There was plenty of street parking but a neighbor complained it was difficult to get out of the driveway on the opposite side as we had several vehicles since we were all coming from different cities. Would stay there again if ever in Birmingham.

Mother Nature prohibited us from getting to Birmingham for my grandson's Bachelor's degree commencement ceremony Friday evening. Charles was so attentive to our problem, waited and worked with us to see if we were going to get there. After United canceled our flight, Charles did everything in his power to make sure Airbnb knew we were not able to get to the house and approve us to received a refund. Outstanding citizen is what this man is!!!!!!!!! We may be returning in May 2026 for a graduation of my grandson's Master's program and will definitely stay at Charles' property.

We had a good stay! it was clean and really nice for a one night stay. The only issue we had was upon check-in. The app did not provide us with our check-in information and updated code to get in the door. Joe was quick to respond and fixed the issue immediately upon calling us back. Joe was very friendly despite our slight frustration as we were in a hurry to get to a concert but Joe remained professional and apologized multiple times. Overall a great stay and would stay again!

Great location. Exactly what was shown in photos. Check in was easy and Marie was so helpful in getting my family and I checked out early before some severe weather, which was greatly appreciated! We will definitely stay here again!
