The perfect house for our low key Coachella weekend! The pool was absolutely perfect - there are always parts in the shade! So we loved lounging out there. Inside, it’s perfectly situated with one master suite and two bedrooms that share a hall bath. The kitchen was clean and well stocked and it had an empty, clean garage for us to use. And, this house has THE best beds I’ve ever slept in - so comfortable with soft sheets! A very quiet, peaceful neighborhood, easy access to a Walmart for necessities, etc. Highly recommend!

This was our first time in Indio , Palm Springs area ! Another example of Gods creation! The Villa was perfect , roomy and in a great community ! We loved the private pool and paid for the hot tub/spa so worth it ! So many things to do in the area Badlands canyon trail , Andreas canyon , Palm Springs tram ! All added to an enjoyable trip! Loved staying here. The house was incredible, and had so many amenities. Our group consisted of 11 people, and the house was so big, that it felt like everyone had small private getaway (their rooms), and when we wanted to reconvene the common spaces were large enough to do so! Jennifer was also super proactive, and messaged us throughout our stay to make sure we had everything we needed! Would stay here again! Perfect place for Coachella

We loved our stay during Coachella weekend. Erin or Jennifer were really accommodating and communicative. The space was huge and was able to fit our very large group. Plus the drive was only 6 min away from the festival. We did have issues with the hot water in the casita but Erin or Jennifer were incredibly quick to resolve it. I would love to stay here again next year!

Ivan was an incredible host. He responded so quickly both before our stay and during our stay for any questions or needs. The best host I have had in all the years I have used Airbnb. The house is beautiful! The outside space is gorgeous. The pool is huge and heated perfectly. So many pool toys and the jacuzzi was perfect. Great BBQ and outside seating area with beautiful lighting. Outside beds were so perfect and so much shade from the heat when needed. Great pool table and huge TV. The kitchen was fully stocked, including a beautiful cheese and meat platter, fruit, drinks and more. I recommend this house to everyone and plan on going back! Thank you Ivan!

Karen was an absolutely amazing host! From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless and welcoming. The house itself was exquisite—truly a hidden gem. We enjoyed the jacuzzi and the pool daily, and the pool table and putting course added such a fun, resort-like vibe to our stay. The interior design of the home was stunning—modern, clean, and incredibly comfortable. Every detail felt thoughtfully curated. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!

We hosted a performing arts team and were able to have beds for everyone. Easy access into gated community, parking for 8 cars, lots of kitchen gadgets, pool and hot tub were a hit after a long day in 90° desert heat.

Sarkis was an amazing host! The contactless checkin was easy and the house is beautiful. The couches were some of the comfiest ones we had ever slept on and the pool is so nice. For coachella it was only 1 miles away from the shuttle stop, which was very convenient, and there are a lot of stores nearby. I would definitely come back and book with Sarkis again, thanks for everything!
