The apartment is a few minutes walk from Piazza S.Marco and near the famous theatre La Fenice, in an ideal position to discover the most famous but also the most fascinating and less popular places of marvellous Venice. It has been recently restored under the expert coordination of the owner Luisa, keeping the romantic Venetian character and atmosphere of the past unaltered: it has the entrance on the fourth and last floor and it overlooks three sides of the palace. The living room has a remarkable view over the wide campo S. Maurizio where a periodic and characteristic antiques market takes place; from the living room you can admire important gothic buildings and the homonymous neoclassic church built by the Venetian architect Gianantonio Selva with its majestic bell tower. The double room, with its original antique ceiling made of wooden trusses and an antique fireplace between two windows is furnished in a typical Venetian style and has a warm and comfortable atmosphere. The bathroom with shower is made in a precious three-colour glass mosaic and has washing machine and hair dryer. The elegant and cosy kitchen - fully equipped with dishwasher, microware oven, toaster, kettle, coffeemaker - gives access to the upstairs loft where you can read or rest in a small reserved area. Moreover, a fine terrace offering a breathtaking view over the roofs and a glimpse of the Grand Canal - situated just 100 m from the flat - completes the space and creates the perfect place for relaxing or romantic dinners under the stars. Il mio alloggio è in centro città, arte, cultura e ristoranti. Ti piacerà per: l'atmosfera, il quartiere e gli spazi esterni. Adatto a coppie, single e famiglie (con bambini). La zona è centralissima, comoda ai servizi (supermercato, farmacie, fermata vaporetto, negozi). Ideale per raggiungere qualsiasi museo e luogo d'interesse: dista a soli 10 minuti da Rialto e 20 da Piazza S. Marco. Facilmente raggiungibile dalla Stazione ferroviaria S. Lucia. Comodo anche dall'aeroporto Marco Polo.

Casa Cappello

L'appartamento è piccolo ma molto accogliente, il rifugio ideale dopo lunghe giornate su e giù per i ponti. Si tratta di un VERO BNB: non siamo dei professionisti del settore. Io faccio l'insegnante e mio marito fa il cuoco. Aiutiamo la nonna a far quadrare i conti del suo pied-à-terre dove spesso si trasferisce per brevi periodi per starci vicino e soprattutto, per star vicina al suo coccolatissimo nipote. Nonostante ciò, ci impegnamo per dare il massimo confort ai nostri ospiti.

L'appartamento si trova al 2° piano di una palazzina con soli 3 appartamenti, ed è composto da un'ampia zona giorno fornita di cucina attrezzata, letto matrimoniale alla francese, cabina armadio e bagno finestrato.

Ca' Medici - Centrale e tranquillo

Appartamento al primo piano in un tipico palazzo veneziano dell’800. Molto luminoso e posto in pieno centro storico con molti negozi e servizi, ma fuori dalla confusione. L’entrata è condivisa con il gestore dell’appartamento, ma del tutto separato. In condivisione resta solo l’entrata principale e la zona lavanderia. La cucina è abitabile, mentre nella stanza principale si trova un letto matrimoniale ed un piccolo salotto.
