Vélez-Rubio : locations de vacances en bord de mer

We had a lovely time at this beautiful apartment. It was comfortable, specious, nicely designed and right by the most beautiful beach in Aguilas with a perfect view from the balcony straight to the beach and the fort. It's a 1st floor apartment, very easy to access, just one set of stairs. The location is brilliant, just a short walk to the centre of town and all the coffee shops, bars and restaurants. There are supermarkets nearby, Spar and Dia, are 5 minutes away. The neighbors were very friendly and the area was safe. The apartment is well equipped and there wasn't anything we needed that wasn't there. Eric was a great host, very attentive, helpful and responsive, it was important to him that we enjoy our stay. There is no parking right by the apartment, but there is plenty of free parking in nearby streets. It's a brilliant apartment highly recommended.

La urbanización es super tranquila, la terracita está genial y la playa a dos minutos. José Antonio (el anfitrión) disponible para cualquier cosa. Buena experiencia, lo recomiendo.

Miejsce jest magiczne! Od pierwszego momentu można poczuć się jak w domu, jest bardzo przytulnie, czysto, jasno. Mieszkanie jest bardzo dobrze wyposażone, można znaleźć wszystko czego potrzeba zarówno na krótki jak i bardzo długi pobyt. Lokalizacja jest perfekcyjna, blisko ośrodka sportowego, do plaży maksymalnie 2 minuty. Okolica jest też cicha, a jednocześnie blisko sklepów i restauracji (zarówno pieszo jak i samochodem).

This is a lovely apartment near the beach and everything is on your doorstep. Great restaurants, would definitely go back.

El apartamento está genial, no le falta detalle. La entrada con código es muy cómoda. La zona es tranquila pero cerca de la playa y del supermercado. Hemos estado muy a gusto y Pilar ha respondido a nuestras cuestiones rápidamente. Por último decir que fue muy atenta, ya que a la llegada teníamos agua fresca en el frigo y el piso fresquito con el aire puesto! un gustazo al llegar del viaje y haciendo calor.Para repetir!

We loved our 16 days in the apartment and the adjoining roof terrace. It became home away from home within a day or two. Everything was as described. The kitchen was really well equipped, so cooking was easy too. Marìa was super helpful and very quick to answer our questions. We loved it and would go again ❤️

AJ est réactif et clair , son appartement équipé et bien arrangé, contribue beaucoup a la qualité de mon séjours sportif. bien situé car vous pouvez faire les courses, les restaurants et la plage à pied !

Recomiendo 100%, la limpieza impresionante, un olor a limpio desde que entras, el detalle de bienvenida de Juani y Jose muy bonito y lo agradecemos, hemos pasado unos días maravillosos gracias a ellos, muy preocupados desde el principio, a la casa no le falta ningún detalle, muy cerca de la playa,fácil apartamento. Muy contentos con la experiencia, fuimos un grupo de amigos a pasar una estancia tranquila y fue excelente. María siempre estaba atenta a cualquier duda que tuviéramos y muy pendiente a todo, además de ser muy agradable. La localización es genial para cualquier plan que quieras hacer, cerca de todo. El apartamento estaba muy completo y la piscina nos resultó perfecta para pasar las tardes, teniéndola justo debajo del apartamento. Sin duda repetiría.

La estancia ha sido increíble, el apartamento súper limpio, perfecto, acogedor, tenía todo lo que necesitamos y más, ubicación perfecta y el anfitrión, Miguel, un lujo! Hemos estado GENIAL! Repetiremos seguro

We had a wonderful week at Alex's villa. Adults and the children all had a brilliant time. Alex has a wonderful Villa in a great location, Playa Mojacar. Lots to do in the area and beyond, great mix of restaurants nearby too. We would definitely stay again if possible.

Lovely apartment in a good location and it was great being able to see and hear the sea while sitting on the balcony drinking coffee in the morning. As others have said you do really need a car to get around although the bus stops on the main road and is easy enough to get about on and cheap enough.

My husband and I came to Spain to celebrate our 10th anniversary. Sam and Mats place was incredible! It was in the perfect location with an amazing view. If we felt like staying in, we did not feel like we were missing out especially with the massive terrance and gorgeous views! Such a special place! Everything was very clean and looked just like the pictures! Easy walking distance from the main coastal walk with many shops and restaurants minutes walk away. They also gave the most helpful recommendations for local spots and wonderful restaurants. We had a power outage and they checked on us right before the internet went down and informed us of what was going on. It was a 5 star stay! We loved every minute and really felt like we picked the perfect hidden gem!

Graham was the perfect host providing us with lots of information beforehand on beaches, restaurants, places to visit & golf courses. He met us on arrival & showed us where everything was & had even provided a cold bottle of fizz & a delicious Spanish cake. His apartment is beautiful with really comfortable beds & excellent showers. The best bit was the terrace with amazing sea views. He has thought of everything & there is a real sense of thought & care for his visitors e.g. he makes it very clear that you are welcome to use all the herbs, spices, oils etc. He even provides beach towels which is great. Our favourite beach was Playa Amarillo which was a 5 minute drive away although the beach in front of the apartment was good for swimming if it was a bit choppy in other places. We visited Lorca & Mojacar for days out & Aguilon Golf which were all easy to get to. We would definitely recommend this apartment. Thank you Graham for a lovely stay.

Bardzo dobra cena za to co oferuje mieszkanie bardzo ładne z widokiem na wodę , i do tego basen super polecam. Do tego pani bardzo miła i pomogła w zameldowaniu

El apartamento está genial: muy limpio, luminoso, con espacios amplios y una terraza agradable. La ubicación es excelente, a pocos pasos de la playa y de otras zonas encantadoras como Ventanicas el Cantal. La cocina está muy bien equipada, perfecta para estancias largas. Jesús y Elena son anfitriones excelentes, siempre atentos y muy rápidos en responder. La urbanización es bonita y muy bien cuidada, con piscina, césped y plantas. Totalmente recomendable!

Francisco’s place is located in a very nice urbanization with an enormous swimming pool! It is also close to the beach! Francisco is a wonderful host, always available to answer questions and give suggestions on things to do in the area. The inside of the apartment is decorated with taste and is very comfortable. The air conditioning was definitely a plus!

Una experiencia genial y la ubicación excepcional. Tanto las anfitrionas como Lorena, el apoyo, perfecto y siempre pendientes. Sin duda, repetiremos (si Marga nos deja jejejje). La casa no le falta detalle y es como si estuvieras en la tuya. PD: hacia siglos que no jugaba al parchís con mi mujer☺️☺️☺️

Maravillosa estancia en Mojacar. Urbanización tranquila y familiar. La casa estupenda, muy limpia y con todo lo necesario. La playa se encontraba a escasos metros de la casa. La piscina de la urbanización fabulosa. A destacar la amabilidad de los anfitriones, siempre dispuestos a ayudar y con muchos detalles. Nos hicieron sentir como en casa. Sin duda para repetir.

El apartamento está fenomenal, tal como se describe y se ve en las fotos. Además, tanto el sofá como las camas son muy cómodos. La anfitriona es muy amable y responde rápido a los mensajes para resolver cualquier duda o problema. En la nevera había agua, refrescos y Zumos como detalle de bienvenida. La persona de contacto muy amable también y nos explicó todo lo de la casa y la zona muy bien. Aparcamiento privado dentro de la urbanización y acceso directo privado a la playa.

This home is simply amazing. Secluded, peaceful, and with an unbelievable panoramic ocean view from the huge terrace. Our family of 5 stayed for 5 days and everyone loved being here. The home is set up more like a hotel than an airBNB - the hosts have thought of everything and go out of their way to make sure you feel pampered. Plenty of towels, easy to cook in the stocked kitchen, no clutter, but anything you need is there. The owners are so kind. They sent us lots of helpful suggestions of beaches and restaurants and we had a better time because of their ideas. They even went out of their way to come to the urgent care and check on us when one of our kids had a medical issue. Nothing negative to say and we can’t wait to visit again soon!

Juan Antonio nos recibió con la mejor de las atenciones y se preocupó de todos los detalles. El alojamiento está al lado de la playa, en un entorno tranquilo e inmejorable para desconectar. La casa es amplia, ordenada y con una limpieza exquisita.

Alojamiento situado en una zona muy tranquila. La casa tiene todo lo que puedes necesitar para pasar unos días de vacaciones. El jardín y la piscina son un plus. Concha muy amable y atenta en todo momento
