This incredible 54m2 flat, lovingly constructed by an architect and designer, is a hybrid (almost a penthouse) apartment with a terrace and a small garden on the third floor of a top-tier building. Breakfasts and drinks with friends are an absolute joy on the terrace, surrounded by green plants and a sense of serenity while in the middle of downtown Budapest. We designed the interior and manufactured most of the pieces, creating a unique sense of joie de vivre. A sunny, marvelous home for all.

The loft style studio with stairs to an open gallery is located in the beautiful Palace District (very center of Budapest), with lots of cafés, restaurants and bars. Many sights are in walking distance. It also has excellent access to public transportation with metro and tram line nearby. (4 min by walk).
