Small, one level home. (Stairs to get inside), that has one large bedroom and one small. House has fully functional kitchen, is near to a children’s indoor playground & local boutique, coffee shop and bakery, and has off street parking. Main bedroom and living room both have tv where you can login to any of your favorite streaming apps. Host lives locally, and works in the building attached to the house so is always available! It is your home away from home with 2 queen beds, fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, wifi, etc. Within walking distance there is a winery, micro brewery, Italian brick oven pizza, 3 generation owned diner, coffee shop and the charm of a PA steel town designed by Frederick Olmsted, the architect that designed NY Central Park. Also located within about 1 hour are attractions such as Laurel Highlands and Pittsburgh.

Welcome! We are delighted to share with you our favorite room in an 1895 Georgian Colonial home. This comfortable sunporch suite is ideal for two guests or a family with a young child. Located in a safe, quiet, and wonderful section of Pittsburgh, we are close to the zoo and Children's Hospital, and a short drive from downtown. This suite has its own separate entrance, bathroom, and kitchenette. The wall-to-wall windows look over the front yard, courtyard, and our neighbor's Victorian home.

The Waterworks Mall which includes grocery stores, retail shopping, restaurants, wine and spirits store, fast food , and movie theater is a short 5 minute drive.

It has a new queen bed, sleeper sofa, a kitchenette and a full bathroom with a private entrance on the 3rd floor of a beautiful 1890s Pittsburgh mansion. It's the size of a large room and works very well with guests that are planning to work, or go out enjoying the city and come back to a safe, clean and comfy place to recharge for the night (not suitable for kids under 10).
