Super logement pareil que sur la description, très propre et bien rangé ,pas loin du centre ville.

This is a beautiful house. You feel like a guest in their family home. The garden is a lovely bonus when staying in Paris. Cool and restful. There was loads of room for our family of 5 and the kitchen is extremely well equipped. The RER is just a few minutes walk away. Great place to stay.

Nicolas’ place is spacious, in an ideal location and is complete with al amenities you would need for a stay! I stayed here with my family during the summer and the living space was a nice area to relax and enjoy the weather on the terrace. You are a short walk from the metro station which gets to into the centre within 30 mins which is ideal. The neighbourhood is nice and complete with bakeries, restaurants and shops - everything you would need!

Nous avons passé un très très bon séjour chez Marion. Le logement était très propre et le lit plus que confortable. Le lieu est très calme et avec un meilleur temps nous aurions pu profiter du petit jardin très agréable. Marion est très disponible et joviale. La localisation permet un accès direct à de nombreux monuments de Paris en RER. Les commerces alentours sont diversifiés : Franprix, boulangeries, fleuriste, restaurants, tabac. Je garderai cette adresse pour un futur séjour à Paris si nécessaire car le rapport qualité prix est incroyable. Merci beaucoup Marion !! À bientôt 😁

I had a great stay at this Airbnb! The place was very clean, and the apartment had all the necessary amenities. It’s conveniently located near metro stations, which made getting around or to the center of Paris very easy. The owner was very friendly and always responded promptly. I would definitely stay here again!

Richard was a lovely host. We loved this hideaway retreat convenient to Paris tourist areas and other neighborhoods. We could pop over to the Louvre, pastry shops, amazing La Marias area. Steps from the Seine, left bank, Notre Dame. We had our own apartment with a view of the Louvre and next to St Germaine L’Auxerrois church. The art and lovely library collection felt like home. During our week-long stay, we felt welcomed in this perfectly appointed home. Thank you, Richard. You are a wonderful host.

After a day of cycling through Paris, the house of Victoria is perfect to relax. A cosy and peaceful house, though near the Périphérique. The subway around the corner, and for cycling is Paris ideal from the center to her place. And not to forget the beautiful garden aside the house. Victoria is a very nice and communicative host.....we will come back again and I truly recommend Victoria's place!

Nathalie’s place was perfectly located, in the 5th Arr., for exploring Paris. Her decor was eclectic and tasteful. The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and just as described. Wi-Fi is lightening fast. Above all, Nathalie is a delightful, responsive, and an empathic hostess. We loved her and her place. We would for sure stay there another time.

Staying at Vincent's has been great. So great that I am a bit hesitant to write a review, would rather keep it to myself. This apartment is smack near the action, yet just enough removed so it's quiet. One can see the Marche St Germain from one of the windows. So one can walk everywhere in Central Paris from this place, and if not, the Odeon (4) and Mabillon (4 and 10) are like 3 min away. 5 min away there is the RER B which comes straight from the airport (CDG) at the Luxembourg stop. Of course, entering the apartment requires going upstairs for 4-5 floors worth of climbing, but the climb is worth it. This must be one of the best-organized apartments I've ever stayed in (more than 15 years on Airbnb) and also one of the cleanest. It's also a little gallery in its own right as it's been really tastefully decorated, and you can sit in a Starck chair if you like or a Bauhaus chair. The wifi works very well indeed, and the bed is comfortable (on the upper floor). Will love to stay again.

Le séjour s’est très bien passé. Logement très bien placé et fonctionnel. Le tarif était très élevé (150€ la nuit) et je trouve regrettable de constater que aujourd’hui il est proposé à 82€/la nuit. Le logement étant situé au 5eme étage, quand l’ascenseur est en panne, il perds en valeur. (Ce qui a été le cas pendant mon sejour). Un autre bémol également sur les assiettes fortement usées ce qui leur donne un aspect sale. Un dernier bemol sur l’absence de douche (mais d’une baignoire), pas indiqué clairement dans l’annonce. (Ca ne m’a pas trop dérangé mais pour une personne ayant quelques soucis ce pourrait etre un problème) Communication excellente. Appartement très propre. Je recommande mais pas au prix facturé.

Sylvie and Maxime were absolutely fantastic hosts. My girlfriend and I stayed at the apartment for 6 nights and really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is perfect with great views of the hotel de ville, notre dame and the eiffel tower. Sylvie met us at the property and was so friendly and welcoming. This place is roomy, well equipped with whateveyou might need to prepare breakfast, lunch or dinner. It is very clean and in a safe neighborhood. The police station is literally around the corner. In addition, the building has a lift. You need to manouver five steps or so, to get to the landing to use it, but otherwise no problem. Plenty of restaurants, two great bakeries, and a Monoprix supermarket are within 5-10 minutes walk. Bus #86 or #76 as well as Metro will get you to all the sites easily and cheaply. Nicolas and Helene are very responsive and allowed us early access when we checked in. Overall, a quiet neighborhood with access to whatever you need without the hustle bustle of the Marais or Latin Quarter. Full disclosure, this is an older building and some of the walls in the hallways and apartment have some plaster/paint peeled off or peeling off. While initially a little unusual, it impacts not at all on your stay. This wouldn’t preclude us from renting here again.

Quando voltar a Paris pretendo repetir a estadia! Foram muito solícitos, a casa era muito confortável, o café da manhã era sempre um momento agradável. Mesmo dividindo a casa tínhamos sempre privacidade. O quarto era muito aconchegante, com uma cama deliciosa, e muito espaçoso. Muito perto de metrô e de linhas de ônibus, mas numa rua tranquila. Adoramos!

Alain is it a wonderful host. His apartment is in a great location and really has a Parisian feel with all the books and photographs throughout. There’s even a view of the Eiffel Tower from the bedroom! Alain provides a generous assortment of baked goods and good coffee and juice for breakfast each morning. He is a thoughtful, friendly, and considerate host.

We had a wonderful stay at Morgan’s place for our few days in Paris. The location is perfect for getting to anywhere you would like in the city by either walking or taking the metro. Morgan was very helpful in providing recommendations for us before and during our visit. The breakfast that was laid out each morning was stellar!! The room and attached washroom are quite small as described, but perfectly suitable for two people. Would stay again!

Our stay with Margaret was wonderful. she is so warm and interesting. The room is very nice and large. Comfortable bed, and ample storage. Margaret set out yogurt and bread for our breakfast. She also had eggs if we wanted to cook. Getting in to Paris was simple on the M1 or RER A. Vincennes was also very interesting and vibrant. All around great experience.

We had a lovely stay at Cedric’s place. The place is well maintained with beautiful neighbourhood. Plenty of choices for breakfast. Cedric and his family were perfect host.

Die tolle geschmackvolle Wohnung liegt in einem besonders schönem, ruhigen Quartier mit vielen guten und auch preiswerten Restaurants und Bars in der Nähe plus einem super leckeren Bäcker. Bus, Metro und die Leihfahrad-Stationen gleich ums Eck und daher super schnelle und einfache Möglichkeit, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten in Paris zu erreichen. Im Quartier genießt man dann die fast touristenfreie Lebensqualität. Die Einrichtung ist perfekt mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht....und dabei äußerst geschmackvoll. Die Gastgeber haben sogar für ein Frühstück reichlich vorbereitet und im Kühlschrank gibt es Milch, Marmelade, Gebäck, Wasser etc. Kaffeetabs und Tee, Gebäck, Madelaines und Croissants. Zum Kochen wäre auch alles da gewesen ( 2-Plattenherd als mobile Platte steht im Regal... ) Die Gastgeber verwöhnen einen mit vielen hilfreichen Tips und sind jederzeit ansprechbar. Auch war das EInlagern der Koffer am Abreisetarg gar kein Problem. Hier würden wir jederzeit wieder herkommen !!

What a great find! All of the employees at this establishment were cheerful and friendly, eager to make our stay wonderful. The room was clean and bright, with a lovely street view. Breakfast was plentiful and fresh. There were amenities nearby the hotel and the metro was just steps away. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel---it was the best weeklong rental we could have secured. We will return!

We really enjoyed our visit in this calm and clean accommodation. Delicious breakfast and great communication with our host. 100% recommend!
