房东人特别好。帮我们张罗了两天的接送包车……得知我们想要自己做饭，还帮我们提前准备了锅碗和厨具。民宿附近很安静，周边没有什么商业，要自己提前买好……

Hakan 's apartment at sunset beach club was excellent had everything you would need for a great holiday or just a relaxing time . Complex was superb, pools bar and restaurant and shop ect everything needed was there. Location of complex was perfect plus private beach. Plus a bus stops at main entrance to take you further afield. Completely as described if not better. Hakan was a superb host any questions where answered so quickly. I cannot recommend it highly enough.

Harika bir konum, çok kullanışlı çok hoş bir ev, hem tarz olarak hem rahatlık olarak imkanları çok iyiydi. Kesinlikle ev sahipleri muhteşem insanlar. Cüneyt beyin annesi bizi karşıladı çocuklarımızı düşünüp kek ikram etmesi ayrıca çok kibardı. Köpeğimizle gittik onunla ilgilide hiç bir şikayet yada rahatsızlık yaşamadık. Kesinlikle evinizde gibi hissediyorsunuz. Yağmur yağışı olan bir zamandı fakat biz sıcaklık derecesi konusunda sıkıntı yaşamadık diyebiliriz. Klimalar çalışıyordu gayet güzel. Balkonu çok keyifliydi, yataklar rahat kesinlikle hayvan dostu ve çocuk dostu anlayışlı ev sahipleri herkese önericem mutlaka. Her şey için teşekkürler.

Wir möchten uns auf diesem Wege bei Erhan Bey für seine Gastfreundschaft/Informatiosbereitsschaft nochmal herzlich bedanken. Die Anlage ist die Perle in Kalkan, wir haben 2 wunderbare Oktoberwochen hier verbracht. Kalkan/Kaș bietet die Ideale Umgebung für eine 2 Wochen Urlaub. Viel Abwechslung wenn man wünscht. Besonders September/Oktober ist die schönste Zeit.

nice Villa with plenty of rooms. a place to park and peaceful surroundings. host is super friendly and communicate well.

Gayet tertemiz ve a dan z ye herşey düşünülmüş bizim gibi kalabalık sevmeyen ve ev hissiyatında konaklamak için çok iyi bir seçenek manzarası çok güzel ayrıca evcil hastan dostu olması 10 üzerinden 10000 puan biz aile olarak çok memnun kaldık

Great house in a lovely rural location. safak was very prompt in replies and very helpful. very clean and tidy home. cockerals get a bit of getting used to early morning, but listening to the waves from the bedroom was lovely. it worked well for us without a car. buses easy to get in 5 minutes walk, to get into fethiye if you want. (go every 15 mins) ..and if you don't want, then you can eat at the Kafi next door on the yonka Lodge beach front. and there is a cheaper cafe along past club tuana on the public beach front. you can also buy activities from the beach front business at club tuana. (we did a snorkel boat trip and also hired the catarmaran). very helpful and friendly staff there too. a local taxi company 10 mins walk away too. ..all these can be found on Google, and were very friendly and helpful and reliable. nearby small "gift store" does have some basics food, bread and cheese. Two supermarkets up on the main road easy to get to by bus (every 15 mins).

Burcu’s apartment was the perfect place to relax from the craziness of Kas which was very busy most of the time. The short drive out to the peninsula was compensated by a million dollar view and the relaxing infinity edge pool. The space was clean and cool and comfortable. If we visit again would surely stay here. Thanks to Issa for making us feel at home and sorting out little issues.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt im Apartment. Alles wie auf den Bildern, Meerblick und freundliche Crew. Wir waren nicht in der Hauptsaison da, deswegen war die Wohnung relativ ruhig und hatte eine perfekte Lage zwischen Strand und Promenade. Einzig allein hätten wir uns eine üppigere Ausstattung der Küche gewünscht (Schwämme, Spülmittel,..) - ansonsten waren wir rundum zufrieden.

Ertan bey yurtdisinda tatilde olmasina ragmen gayet ilgiliydi. Girdigimiz zaman temizlik konusunda biraz sikinti yasadik ancak Ertan bey sorunu hemen giderdi. Manzara gayet guzeldi, bulundugumuz bolgede restaurantlar ve barlar yakindi. Guzel bir tatil gecirdik.

Great place to stay! Located in a quiet neighbourhood close to the beach and promenade. Clean and well equipped with everything you need for comfort stay. Air conditioners in every room, everything works perfectly. No problem with hot water, great water pressure. Lots of room for parking. Great experience overall!

Berkay was a great host ! Always quick to respond to messages and allowed us for early check-in/late check-out which was really helpful due to our flight times . The location of the apartment is brilliant with being just a short walk away from Kalkan old town but not to much in the hustle and bustle of the busy streets.The views from the rooftop terrace where fabulous ,especially at night ! The apartment was clean & spacious with everything you need . I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Kalkan and will surely be returning here myself. Thank you for a great stay !

This was our first visit to Kalkan and staying in a villa. We went with three adult children. Everyone had their own room with a wonderful view. The villa is well appointed, everywhere was very clean. The main living area is a wonderful social space. The pool was a bit chilly but we were there early in the season. We loved it.

The villa was amazing, great location, quiet and the view is amazing, never got tired of looking out to sea & the sunset over the mountains, absolutely stunning. The villa was everything we expected and was perfect for our annual family holiday of 9 adults and a toddler, who absolutely loved the smaller shallower pool. Andy sorted out all our transfers, we had different people arriving at different times, which made it so easy & stress free from arriving to going home. He organised a boat trip on Junior Sea Bella which I would highly recommend. We had the boat to ourselves, visited several coves, swam, paddle boarded & had a clay all over body treatment! The food on board was prepared by Momma and it was amazing. It was so good that we booked again for our last day. Totally worth it, great experience. It was a great holiday & we will be returning. Owner of the house was very welcoming and kind! We arrived late at the night, he waited for us to come. Also we forgot to buy any food in that day of arrival and he gave us welcoming gift - some food, it was very helpful at the moment. Also he helped us during our stay several times We were in a winter period (3 weeks in november/december) We had no any problems when we lived there - Despite of winter period we always had hot water (you just need 1 minute to wait until it become hot) - When it was days without sun and with cold whether hot air conditioning helped us a lot to warm up a room. - Owner gave us warm blankets, so we had no any problems with sleeping - We worked remotely, apartament has sufficiently good WiFi to work and it has a table to work on. - Apartment is very clean. - Kitchen has all you need, except of microwave :( Place is not close to town center, but it has really beautiful pebble beach near, where you can swim and watch sunsets.

Kusur bulmamız gerekirse havuz suyu genelde soğuk ve güneş battığında yüzmek pek mümkün olmuyor. Havuzu kullanmak için sabah güneşini yakalayın! Tavsiye edilir!

If you want to be near to the village it is a great location. It was a great base if I want to stay in , plenty of areas to relax, also close to be back on an a night safely. Close to the beach, restaurant ,beach clubs , nightlife. I was aware during the day the road , which is narrow and was hardly used for cars , has got a lot busier. I walked through the back streets. The hosts were very helpful prior to going with transfer. I got into Kalkan early hours . So flexible check in. Host communicated with transfers pick up location. If you have been before you know the Turkish people will be very helpful . I wish the host a successful year 💕

Es war eine wunderschöne Wohnung mit einer Traumhaften Aussicht. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. Das Haus war bis ins kleinste Detail bedacht eingerichtet und alles notwendige war vorhanden. Ein Riesen Dankeschön an Lena und ihren Mann, die für alle Rückfragen immer erreichbar, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit waren.

Her şey fotoğraflarda göründüğü gibi çok güzel. Manzara harika. Denize yürüyerek gidilebilir. Ev çok temiz ve ihtiyacımız için her şey düşünülmüş. Osman bey çok ilgili, yardımsever ve dost canlısı. Kesinlikle tekrar gelmek istiyoruz.
