It’s been 6 years since the four of us spent time together at one place & we couldn’t ask for anything better. After 7 hours of road ride with many eventful incidences, we were warmly welcomed by Rajendraji & Arvindji with the best regional food we could ask for. (Such a homely feel it was!) They had gone out of their way to make our the dishes we asked :) (Thank you bhaiyas!) The stay itself was cozy & relaxing, would definitely want to stay here for longer period. (P.S. – Thanks to Sameerji for being an excellent long distance host, providing us with useful information & help – always!!)

I just returned from an incredible adventure at Da Alohas Homestay, and I couldn't wait to share my experience with you. From the moment we arrived, the team at Da Alohas made us feel like cherished guests. The hospitality was top-notch, and it truly set the tone for our stay. The property itself is absolutely stunning, nestled in a serene environment that offers breathtaking views. I must say, enjoying lunch with such an amazing backdrop was a highlight of our trip. The scenery is so picturesque that it feels like you’ve stepped into a postcard! One of the standout aspects of our stay was the food. The chef at Da Alohas is a culinary genius! Each meal was a delight, showcasing a menu that speaks for itself. We savored every bite, from local delicacies to international favorites, all prepared with such care and attention to detail. If you're looking for a getaway that combines relaxation with adventure, I highly recommend visiting Da Alohas at least once.

Ikigai stays are perfect for Mussorie. It's a standalone 3 storey building with a huge room on each floor. it's super spacious and luxurious. Hardly a 700 m walk from the famous Mall Road, this place has everything you can ask for. The food was amazing and the staff was super helpful during our stay. Recommended for solo travellers and family both. Manvendra was also very responsive and helped us out whenever needed. Must recommended 5/5

Our second trip to Majkhali area and first at Vishnu’s place. While other reviews have mostly covered everything - and accurately, I would especially like to highlight just how identical all the descriptions and photos are to the actual property. Fantastic! Serene and scenic, this place is an absolute charm for an easy break. And especially for my elderly parents and parents-in-law. You will need a car to get between here and the main road but we knew that already and had driven from Delhi. A special shoutout for the trail behind, it is therapy and again, exactly as Vishnu says. A louder clap for the caretaker and cook who were always at hand, bit never intrusive. Overall, amazing time at an amazing place.

It has been an absolute pleasure to stay at The Quite Place. The name says it all, and pictures don’t do full justice as it’s much more beautiful than the pictures. We had an amazing and peaceful stay. It never felt that we were away from home. Everyone was extremely helpful. The food was amazing and service was top notch. Will definitely visit the Quite place again. Kudos to Chetan, Ankush and team for being such amazing and gracious hosts.

Wonderful location with wonderful views of the hills. We were so comfortable at this residence which immediately felt at home. The staff Surajji and Chandan and Chef were so hospitable. The food was right to our taste and they went out of their way to ensure all our needs are met. The interior of this residence left nothing to desire. Really didn’t want to leave this place but instead felt like extending our stay there. I recommend this property anytime.

Sadhna was a gracious host and the space was absolutely gorgeous. A very human experience. Everyone went out of their way to help us in any way they could. We will definitely be back :)

The stay was very well maintained and clean. I had no problems as self check-in really helps make the process smoother. Overall 9/10 for recommend as the hosts were very prompt with replies and the stay is very cozy and has homely vibes.

Hidden gem! Brilliant price for a peaceful place to stay out of the chaos of Rishikesh. Walkable to the river Ganga and main street. Our host was so friendly and gave local recommendations and info about shared tuk tuks. The food we received for breakfast and dinner was delicious, full veg and homemade. The area was quiet, we could practise yoga on the rooftop and the room was cool enough. Would highly recommend!

Kunal was an amazing host. Special mention to caretaker Shubham for swift responses and help with things around. Definitely recommend this place for a quiet noise free stay. A bit on pricey end but flat is well maintained. You get view of the Ganges from the bedroom. The location is a bit tricky to get to due to narrow roads. Google map shows an early right when coming from Haridwar side but will recommend entry into the colony from the next street near Seema Dental College.

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at this Airbnb. From the moment I arrived, Shatakshi and her family was incredibly warm, friendly, and welcoming. They went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. It was clear that they genuinely cared about my experience and were always available to help, whether it was offering local recommendations, answering questions, or just checking in to make sure everything was going smoothly. The host's polite and respectful manner really stood out and made me feel right at home. Their attention to detail and hospitality truly enhanced my stay. It’s not often you come across someone so kind and committed to providing a great experience for their guests. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better host. If you’re looking for a place with a great atmosphere and an amazing host who’s always ready to help, I highly recommend staying here. I would definitely come back again !!!

Fantastic stay. The apartment was well appointed and facilities were great. Manmohan ji made some fabulous food which was the highlight of the trip! Shvas is an amazing host who is very responsive and caring to the needs. Thank you so much for making this a memorable experience.

Every thing was nice but they are in hurry to push you out. At 11am. The care taker started calling at 11am. Constantly. To vacate the room which was little upsetting. Also the place is beautiful location but. The approach of the caretaker was not great Very dry and no smile on face .

I visited here for a day and honestly I wish I could’ve stayed a lil longer. The place is so cozy and beautifully done, perfect for a getaway in the hills. The room was super clean. It gave a homely vibe, the view from the balcony was amazing. The staff were really sweet and helpful. They were making sure that everything was just right and the food was so delicious. I am definitely coming back for a longer visit next time.

A very clean place right in the heart of tapovan. The food from the inhouse restaurant was very delicious.

The place felt right at home and it was peaceful, calm, and serene. There was a lovely view from the drawing room and it was quite beautiful. We enjoyed our stay. It’s a private property and was easy to find. A proper cottage for a family and a big group. The caretaker was really helpful and provided really good service and cooked home cooked meals that were very healthy and tasty. Overall a must stay.

Our stay in syat house was worry-free and perfect, thanks to the beautiful room, the beautiful calm and trashfree landscape, the supernice stuff and the delicious provided three times buffet in the open garden kitchen each day. You pay for the food on top of the room price shown on Airbnb, but it's definetly worth it. The stuff is actually around the garden kitchen whole day, so that there is always somebody available. For people who think it might be a bit far from the entry of the nationalpark: there is a entry about 5minutes away and you can book a safari picking you up from syat house and bringing you quickly in the animal spotting areas. Ah and: after the warnings of Aditya for a lot insectfriends I expected endless spiders and more but in the end we spotted only one tiny lizard in the very far ceiling corner of the room and that was it (was in April). So don't be scared! We would love to come back one day :)

Chiranjiv’s place was the highlight of our trip - a beautiful studio apartment with it’s own front lawn and sitting area, the house looks even better than the pictures. The jacuzzi is one of the best bits, and well maintained. Chiranjiv ji was always accessible, and helped us out with recommendations. The place is 5 minutes away from all the good cafes and very accessible, one turn from Rajpur Road. 10/10 would recommend, perfect for a peaceful, serene getaway.
