Cosy Vista in Goa is a beautiful studio apartment which is at walkable distance from palolem beach. What stands out about this place is how a soft breeze always keeps on flowing through the surroundings and playing with the curtains, how wonderfully curated the interior of the apartment is and how quickly you start feeling that you are right at home or start wishing this was your home. The flat is equipped with all the listed amenities and it is in a gated society so you feel secure. I was looking for solace and solitude and found it at soft moments at this place.

I highly recommend this Airbnb! After moving from a dreadful hotel, I felt so so lucky to have landed on my feet! Nestled quietly up in the treetops, massive windows and a balcony really make the most of the views and birds and trees, and it’s so incredibly private - too far up to be seen, only flat on fourth floor. Lovely security guards. Very clean. Hot water works perfectly, as did everything else. So grateful for my stay, would defo stay again. Cafe Kashish and Karma Cafe are highly recommended food and chill spots, with incredible staff, and so close. Equidistant between patnem and Palolem beaches, lots of nice exploring in the area.

Das kleine Haus ist wirklich nett, simple und gemütlich . Die Kommunikation mit Nivo war gut und er hat uns mit gefiltertem Trinkwasser versorgt - keine 1000 Plastikflaschen - das fanden wir super! Danke dafür! Sehr praktisch auch das magnetische Fliegengitter in der Tür und die schöne Veranda, von der man aus Vögel, Affen und Schmetterlinge beobachten kann. Das Bett ist schmaler als es auf den Fotos aussieht und die Matratze sehr hart, aber da hat ja jeder so seine eigenen Vorlieben. Alles in allem hat es uns gut gefallen im Tree Shanti !

it was a good place

The flat is about a 15 minute walk to the beach. We hired a moped for a few days which was perfect. There are shops a few minutes away and an early morning fish market. The flat is lovely. My partner has fibromyalgia so when she says the bed was comfortable that’s a real plus 😁. Sunrise and sunset divine. I would definitely stay here again.

Stay was good.. Nearby to Palolem. Not really walkable all the time to beach but its ok, You get Scooty delivered at apartment .ready to use !

We had an amazing stay at Mansi and Rahul's place, perfectly situated on the banks of the Talpona River. The beautiful views were complemented by the cool river breeze and lush greenery, keeping the heat at bay even in April. The ambiance was serene and peaceful, ideal for a relaxed family getaway. Mansi and Rahul were extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We highly recommend their property for those seeking a peaceful and private retreat.

We were a group of 5 and stayed at this Airbnb in Murudeshwar — and it truly exceeded our expectations. The place was clean, neat, and spacious, with all the facilities we could ask for — a water purifier, a big Android TV, AC, washing machine, heater, fans, and more. Everything was in perfect working condition, making our stay extremely comfortable. The host was one of the highlights of our experience. He was responsive, polite, calm, and an overall wholesome and kind person. He welcomed us warmly and treated us with great care throughout our stay. His recommendations were also spot on and really helped us explore the location better. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here, and the price we paid felt completely worth it. We are genuinely satisfied with both the stay and the hosting. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Murudeshwar!

I stayed at Manoj and Santoshi's place for a night on my recent visit to Karwar. The place is tastefully done with enough space for two people in the bedroom, a fully functional kitchen and a living room. The kitchen had everything you would need - pans, cooking oils, tawa, pressure cooker etc. The space was very clean. You could lay down and relax on the hammock surrounded by coconut trees. My son loved watching the bathing buffaloes in the pond on the backside of the property. Now, the highlight of my stay was my interaction with Manoj's father, Mr Premanand. He was so kind and checked with us multiple times to see if we were ok or needed anything. He would personally help us carry our heavy luggage to the room and back. He stood with us in the sun to get us an auto rickshaw. Uncle cooked us some delicious meals. The fish thali was better than anything I've eaten in Karnataka . Absolutely loved my stay. If your are in Karwar please go and stay here.

The property is located in Canacona, South Goa just 10 minutes from the nearest police station. it's 2kms from Cotigao and 30 kms from Netravali wildlife sanctuary. It's a beautiful home with a garden yard. Get your morning tea andsit on the porch, you would find exotic birds sitting sng chirping on the trees and beautiful butterflies sipping on the flower nectars. There are insects around but that's the very beauty of this place. Just let them free and give them their space. The neighborhood is peaceful, calm and serene and shops and markets are at accessible distances. The Cancacone town is 6kms drive away and you get everything there. And if you're someone who prefers cooking your own meal, don't forget to visit the Chaudi Market that sets up every Saturday. You'd find fresh fruits, vegetables exotic, organic of all kinds. The best part would be the foreigners reaching out to you to ask you the price of each item and helping them to bargain on their behalf. Falling short of words.

The place is compact and cozy, providing a comfortable stay for 4 members. Property is very clean and equipped. Mr. Durgesh, our host, was exceptionally friendly, professional, and responsive. We truly appreciate his hospitality and would lobe to stay here again.

I had an amazing stay at this charming place right on Agonda Beach! The location couldn't have been better – just steps away from the beach with stunning views. The in-house restaurant and bar were fantastic, offering delicious meals and refreshing drinks. The atmosphere was relaxed and inviting, perfect for unwinding after a day in the sun. The property is very easily accessible, and everything you need is within reach, making it incredibly convenient. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful, beachfront getaway with great food and service!

Enjoyed our stay at Denis'. It is a short walk away from the beach, you can view the beach and hear the waves from the porch outside. Deepti was very helpful throughout and was sweet enough to bring us groceries from the market. Fully functional kitchen, wifi, everything was great.

everything was perfect. stayed here with 3 kids. We received the apartment after painting and cleaning. The house is spacious and comfortable, 2 minutes walking distance to the beach, and communication with Ditesh was excellent. For everything we asked for or needed, we received an immediate response. thanks for everything

In my next visit to South Goa even If I have to pay double of what i paid for this Appartment I am still going to stay in here.once again. Extremely satisfied and I highly recommend this place.

I had a wonderful time over here. The house is very homely and the views are incredible. It was just the kind of escape I needed. The place looks just like the pictures and is tucked away in nature, but you also have easy access to food and market needs, which is ideal. The host was friendly and approachable and was very proactive to requests. I felt right at home and I'm looking forward to staying here again when I visit south Goa.

The host was very friendly and she was very responsive. The place was nearby to the major beaches and cafes around the place were so so good. She prepared everyday itinerary and would send that in the early morning. She checked on us time to time and the services were top notch. All the things that she recommended were commendable and she handles us very politely. Looking forward to stay at her place again in future.

The place was at an amazing location, the patnem beach is right next to it, which is in my opinion one of the best beaches. The place was super spacious and nice. Balentine, our host was super helpful even during an emergency situation we had, he was prompt in helping and always asking us if we needed everything. He even let us stay past the checkout time because our flight was a bit late. All is all it was an amazing stay, all the recommendations and contacts he gave were super helpful. The place is just the best. I was there with 2 of my friends from Russia and they loved it too. I would definitely visit again. I give my full recommendation to this place. Thank you!

I was on a long workation in Goa. And, Priyanka’s apartment was the perfect place for me to work and travel with good internet, power back up and safe and easy parking for my car. Priyanka was prompt with her responses and the property looked exactly like the listing on AirBnb.

it was great to stay in piu's place and she has good kitchen with vessels needed for cooking.Mainly her maintenance and ambience is good.
