This was the best Airbnb I've ever been to. The Airbnb was exactly as advertised, making it perfect for anyone who enjoys exceptionally good coffee. The kitchen had everything we needed for a one-week trip, and even the bathroom was perfect. Ekaterina was a wonderful host who provided us with all necessary instructions and excellent recommendations. The check-in and check-out process was super smooth. If we come to Prague again, this will be the first Airbnb we consider.

Apparent looks smaller in the photos, then it really in real life. It is clean, modern and homely, without being to over the top so you do not feel you are living in someone else's space. I stayed in the area before, it not to bad to reach by car if you are driving in. The main selling point of the area, is that the tram is not far and can take you into the center of Prague, or if you want it can be walked in 20 mins. As the area is outside the old town, food and drink in that area is much lower in price, and possible more like the version of Prague people tell you about than the tourist experience of paying the same as you would back home. I stayed in the area twice, my first trip to Prague I was in the old town, Holešovice is quiet at night, but not to far away if you want to enjoy a night out in town.

Looks exactly like the pictures! Great space, super clean and in Aug '24 it's brand new, so it's quiet. You need to be able to climb a ladder, because the bed (queen) is in a loft. You could sleep on the sofa, because it turns into a bed. The place has a washer- I didn't use the dryer, hung my clothes up because Prague was hot. Pro-tip: pull down the shutters at night to keep out the sun the next day, otherwise it's an oven. Winter, that might be a good thing! There's an iMac and good wifi. I liked the location -but you're not in the hustle and bustle of Prague. Holesovice is going through a development phase, so there's lots to explore and discover. Tram stop and supermarket are literally on the corner. The owner is a super nice person and easily accessible by text. Two cons: there is no air conditioning (fan in the loft helps), the cooktop range hood is not connected, so the smoke from cooking sets off the smoke alarm a lot. (there's no such thing a smoke filter Hana) not lyin' :)

Really peaceful and quiet place, just outside the city center, but also very easy to get into the city center and other parts of Prague to do things. The apartment has beautiful windows and huge terrace looking out on trees and a hillside.

Steven is ein toller Gastgeber, ddr sehr um das Wohl seiner Gäste bemüht ist! Das Apartment lässt keine Wünsche offen. Es ist sehr geräumig und sehr schön eingerichtet, wodurch man sich gleich gut aufgehoben fühlt. Es ist sehr ruhig dort und das Bett ist sehr gemütlich und die schöne Terrasse inlusive Griller ist schon sehr genial. Zu erwähnen ist, dass die Wohnung durch die riesigen Glasfronten schnell aufheizt, jedoch gibt es überall Außenjalousin, die zentral über Display steuerbar sind. Gerne komme ich wieder :)

Wunderschöne Wohnung in einer wunderschönen Gegend. Kaufland direkt neben an und öffentliche sind auch direkt um die Ecke. Empfehlend

We absolutely loved our stay at Julia's place. The apartment is spacious and stylish with a full set of kitchen amenities. There's lots of information about the city and things to do. We particularly enjoyed the walks in the booklet and had a great dinner at The Eatery. Communication was excellent from start to end. The location is quiet and peaceful but only a short Uber ride from the city. Thoroughly recommended! Many thanks.

Het verblijf was schoon en voldeed precies aan de volwachtingen. Bij vragen kregen we een snelle reactie. Vanaf het verblijf is het met een stevige wandeling te doen om naar de stad te lopen. ER stopt ook een bus vrijwel voor de deur. Echt ideaal. Een aanrader.

Michael's place was a great base in Prague. It's a short walk from both the train station and to the heart of Old Town. It was clean, spacious, comfortable, and quiet. I appreciated the full kitchen and washer, plus all of the natural light. Wifi worked great, elevator was nice, and staff at the desk was friendly and helpful.

Veramente molto ospitale, nell’appartamento non mancava nulla di prima necessità, ambiente molto rilassante, adatto alle nostre necessità. Il cane Rex è un valore aggiunto nella nostra vacanza.🤗

Ubytování u LYLY bylo příjemné překvapení – čisté, útulné a pohodlné. Velkým plusem bylo parkování přímo ve dvoře, což jsme opravdu ocenili. Tramvajová zastávka je hned u domu a do centra se dá dostat rychle, ale i pěšky je to kousek. Byli jsme naprosto spokojeni a při příští návštěvě se sem určitě rádi vrátíme. Děkujeme za milý pobyt! ☺️

For a large group, I would 100% recommend this place. It is modern—I believe it was recently renovated—and the appliances were all top-tier. When we arrived, we were a bit confused with the instructions, but Filip responded immediately. It is clean and accessible by public transportation. You can reach this place like a minute by Bus and 7-8 minutes by Tram. There is a grocery store on the side of the building. The place is on the 2nd floor but there is an elevator for those using wheelchairs. What really impressed me the most was, that the Host was super accomodating. One from our group misplaced his phone, and noticed it after we checked out. Filip still responded and still helped us to go back to search the place. We were all 13 people including 4 teens and 2 kids. It was worth every penny.

Nina accommodation was wonderful. The apartment was so clean and beds are very comfortable. Apartment is bigger than the photos. We were delighted with our stay, and we are hopefully coming back soon.

Eravamo in 6 e questo alloggio è perfetto per chi vuole visitare Praga! A 15 minuti con i mezzi, servito perfettamente! Il supermercato è esattamente sotto l’appartamento: comodo se per una sera si vuole mangiare a casa

Vratislav is maximum thoughtfulness. His garden is incredible. With breathtaking and limitless view of rolling farms and distant hills. Completely quiet at night for the lightest sleepers to be able to rest. Easiest parking, obviously. Fruit trees abound the garden - plums, peaches, blueberry, tomato. Fresh eggs from his own chicken. Barbecue in the lawn by the swimming pool and a small pond with lotus and running stream. A swing to read in. Quite incredible. One hour from Saxon Switzerland and walking distance to a castle next door, as well as a few more ancient castles nearby. Probably more fun than staying in Dresden if you are nearby. Heavily recommended.

Alles war super. Die Kommuikation lief problemlos. Das Haus war sauber und perfekt für große Gruppen geeignet. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren ruhigen Aufenthalt. Hana war uns eine große Hilfe und hat immer sofort auf Nachrichten und Fragen geantwortet. Genau das richtige für unseren Familien-Ostersurlaub
