Manzara fotoğraflardan gözüken daha da güzel. Heryere yürürmeye mesafesinde. Evde ev aleti olarak herşey vardı. Tek problem sigara içmek için bina değil bahçeninde dışına çıkılması lazım.

The apartment was incredibly cozy and perfect for a comfortable stay. From the very beginning, the host was exceptionally helpful and welcoming — assisting us with check-in and any questions we had, and always available 24/7. One of the best parts was the neighborhood: peaceful, charming, and full of lovely streets with fresh pastries, delicious local food, and everything within walking distance. The apartment itself had everything needed for a small group — all the amenities, a warm atmosphere, and thoughtful details that made us feel right at home. The location also offers excellent transport connections, making it easy to reach any part of the city. Thank you so much for your hospitality and for creating such a welcoming space. We will definitely be coming back! Highly recommended to everyone!

Gökhans Wohnung ist absolut empfehlenswert: tolle Lage, ruhig, super bequemes Bett, super Ausstattung- es gab nichts zu beanstanden, wir würden immer wiederkommen! Danke für diese tolle Unterkunft in Istanbul/ Kadıköy!

It was the second time we leave in Gökhan’s apartments and it was the wonderful experience - cozy, clean and quiet place near the heart of Kadikoy.

A peaceful stay in a quiet neighbourhood, yet accessible to supermarkets and hip cafes and food joints, just a few minutes of walking downhill. Parking was easy with a garage seemingly for 2 cars. A flight of stairs goes to the ground floor, then another set of stairs within the house to the second floor apartment. Kitchen was fully furnished with stainless steel cooking equipment and quality Utensils. There's even coffee, tea and spices! The dining area is accompanied by a serene view of a luscious green hill, with Camlica Mosque at the top. A truly relaxing getaway from the city crowd. Although we stayed for a night, we felt rejuvenated. Thanks for the experience ☆

Ottimo soggiorno in un quartiere tranquillo a Kadikoy. Casa pulita e calda. La cucina aveva tutto il necessario. Acqua calda con pressione. Posizione ottima per spostarsi a piedi, tanti posti nei dintorni per mangiare e bere. Il host è stato sempre molto disponibile e gentile. Ha risposto a tutte le nostre richieste e oltre questo ci ha permesso anche di fare il check In anticipato. Grazie! Piccole cose da migliorare: La posizione del letto solo da un lato è un problema quando vuoi spostarti. Il frigorifero fa troppo rumore ogni tanto. La posizione della lavatrice vicino alla WC non è comoda, soprattutto per persone grandi e alte.

The highlight was definitely the stunning view of the Bosporus—it was absolutely breathtaking and made every morning and evening feel special. The apartment is located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood, which was a perfect escape from the busy city, yet still close to everything I needed. It’s just minutes away from markets and great local restaurants, which made daily errands and dining out super fun and convenient. Inside, everything was modern and new, with all the amenities you’d expect, and described. It truly felt like a home away from home. We spent total of six nights and enjoyed everyday and everything. The flat is clean, modern and comfortable. The owner and his team are very friendly and helpful. It’s a bit of away from the city center but it has good public transport connections. We highly recommend it!!

تجربه جميلة و مريحه و آمنه ، منطقه جميله ، تسجيل دخول سلس ، قد تكون المنطقه تبعد نوعا عن الاماكن لكن بشكل عام رهيبه و هادئه ، السكن مناسب و كبير لو عدت الى اسطنبول سأقوم بحجزه مره اخرى

Furkan bey iyi niyetli bir arkadaştır. Her sorumuza sabır ile cevap verdi sanki yıllarca tanıdığım bir arkadaşım gibiydi. Eviniz bulunduğu yer güzel ve sakindi. Sakin olmasının yanında ulaşımı çok rahattı. Sadece biraz yokuş vardı ama İstanbul yedi tepe zaten çoğu yerde yokuş var. Teşekkürler Furkan arkadaş.

Daire fotoğraflarda gösterildiği gibiydi. Temiz ve konforluydu. Güvenlik ve mahremiyetle alakalı bir sorun yoktu. Son zamanlarda tutmamıza rağmen Deniz bey yardımcı oldu. Konumda mağazalar, restoranlar yakın. Ulaşım kolay. Anadolu yakasında kalmak isteyen herkesin bir şans vermesini tavsiye ederim.

We had a great time at Nilufer's apartment, she is a great host! The place was clean and had everything we needed it (a kitchen chopper would be useful :))). Many shops and place to eat nearby the apartment. Easy access to the bus/metrobus (it takes 30-40 minutes to the historical center). The parking spot was so useful! It's difficult to find parking places around the building/ in Istanbul.

El departamento de Ugur es como lo que muestran las fotos, amplio y funcional. Los muebles cómodos. La decoración neutra y minimalista. Sábanas y toallas blancas de buena calidad. Los baños con buena presión de agua, aunque falto shampoo y enjuague como se anunciaba. Por suerte el departamento era interno, evitando ruidos y música siendo la estancia muy tranquila. Ubicado a 6 cuadras de la plaza taksim, que te permite ir a todas las atracciones de la ciudad. Gracias Ugur y Omer.

Το δωμάτιο είναι ίδιο με τις φωτογραφίες! Σε ήσυχη γειτονιά, αλλά παρόλα αυτά κοντά σε εστιατόρια, καφετέριες και μέσα μεταφοράς! Η ταράτσα καταπληκτική! Καθαριότητα, ησυχία και χώρος αυτά που ξεχωρίζουν!

Great location steps away from Taksim and Istiklal Street. very charming town house that can be divided into two, one bedroom apartments. I had a wonderful stay. Hosts are very responsive and gave great recommendations on places to eat and things to do. thank you!

Daire konum olarak uygun bir yerde, Otopark büyük rahatlık. Uyumaya engel bir gürültü yok. Mutfak gereçleri var fakat, ufak tefek giderilebilecek eksikler var. Orda kaldığım süre İstanbuldaki 6,2 şiddetindeki depreme denk geldi. Ev sahibinin bu süreçte yazıp ilgilenmesi ayrı bir nezaket. Tekrar kalabileceği bir daire, teşekkür ediyorum.

Absolutely amazing place! I rented the place for my family who are elderly(!) instructions were very clear, host was amazingly helpful. Always well informed! We had a great stay! Highly recommended place🙏🏻 Thank you so much for everything! 10/10 stay..

The place is as described, clean. Internet is just fine to scroll and watch movies, so if you work remotely, you might need to visit cafes, which are in 200m range. Perfect communication from host. Place is 1km from Taksim, but you have to go thru a mountain.

She was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. From offering local tips to making sure I was comfortable, their hospitality made all the difference. I felt well taken care of throughout my entire stay. The apartment was well-stocked with everything from fresh towels to a fully equipped kitchen, which made it easy to feel at home. The Wi-Fi was fast, and the place was peaceful and quiet—ideal for unwinding after a day of exploring. We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Kağıthane, Istanbul! The view from the apartment was absolutely stunning. Everything was spotlessly clean and well-maintained, which made us feel very comfortable and at home. The host was responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Tekrar o bölgede konaklanacak olursak tekrar hiç tereddüt etmeden Celal beyin evini tercih ederiz. Ev fotoğraflarda göründüğü gibi, Celal bey ise hem check-in hem check-out konusunda çok yardımcı oldu, her zaman çok ilgiliydi. Otoparkli olması ise en büyük avantajı idi. Evet bulunduğu yokuş dik, fakat kesinlikle değer çünkü Taksim meydanina ve otobüs durağına yürüme mesafesinde.

Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt in Istanbul. Die Wohnung ist gut mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln (Metro-U-Bahn) zu erreichen. Ausflugsziele ebenso. Geschäfte für den täglichen Einkauf kann man gut zu Fuss erreichen. Die Wohnung war sauber und das Bett bequem. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war ausgezeichnet. Wir würden dort wieder übernachten.
