If I could, I would give the Krusty Konch a 7-star rating. The host thought of everything we could have ever needed. Outdoor shower, beach equipment, games for the kids, delicious baked goodies--I could go on and on. Once we located the place (not easy in the dark), we were all set. Thank you, Maggie.

Wonderful location with fantastic views of the waves and water. Peaceful, comfortable, beachy house with lots of room and plenty of space to relax. Outdoor area and pool was terrific with loads of chairs, tables, and lounges. Would definitely recommend for a get- away holiday.

Everything was great. The only thing lacking was more towels. There was 5 of us and we had to wash towels every other day. Great trip and JJ was awesome, he always picked up the phone when I call before and doing the trip. I would book again at any of his properties. Donna

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in St. John. Isa was so friendly and welcoming, always offering helpful recommendations and suggestions. She always made sure we had everything we need. Her home is beautiful and was the perfect place to stay on the island. The place was peaceful and her artwork was stunning. We would absolutely come back and stay here again. Thanks Isa!

We had an absolutely wonderful time staying at this house. It exceeded our expectations, and the house was in excellent condition. The morning coffee on the patio was incredibly peaceful and relaxing. We loved the secluded location of the house, but it was still just a short drive to the beaches, restaurants, and stores. Baron was an amazing host who even gave us some mango and coconuts from his backyard. The three AC units in the house were a huge plus, and the fully stocked kitchen was a great convenience. We would love to return to the USVI and stay here again. 10/10.

This place was truly amazing from the host to the great view! No matter what I need host always respond quickly. Supplied all the things we needed. Location is private and peaceful. Very spacious and I cannot wait to come back. Wonderful hosts I highly recommend them.

Pooja was a great host and very responsive. She was flexible and helped tremendously with a flexible checkout while some of us waited for a taxi to the airport. The unit was spotless and exactly as described. The garden area was beautiful and a wonderful place for morning coffee and an evening drink. Very close to the boardwalk and less than a five minute walk. Would definitely stay again and highly recommended.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much at Mindy’s place in St Croix. The views were beautiful and it’s positioned perfectly near many restaurants and beaches. A couple things you’ll definitely want to be aware of is its next door to the dump, so much loud crashing and people taking and trucks with beeping sounds all the time. Also, it’s on the busy road, which we didn’t know until we checked in since the map on AirBnb wasn’t accurate. The pool, the views and overall location were amazing!

We had a great week at Down Yonder Villa! The location was convenient to grocery stores and downtown Cruz Bay. We traveled with another couple, and the villa floorpan was perfect - 2 master suites on opposites ends of the house with main living area in between. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed and more. The view from the patio of Chocolate Bay is stunning! The best unexpected perk was that everything needed for a beach day was available for our use - chairs, towels, cooler, and even freezer packs for the cooler!

First I have to say both Maria and Chloe were fantastic hosts. They went above and beyond for me and my godmother. The cottage was absolutely adorable and perfect for two people. Very clean and homey. We loved it! The surrounding view of St. Thomas by the private pool was absolutely beautiful. You could even see the view from inside the cottage. What a amazing experience. The cottage is hands down my go too when I visit St. Thomas.

We absolutely loved our stay! The communication with Lorraine was 10/10 and she gave us some excellent recommendations for snorkeling/beaches. The cottage was clean and had all the things we needed. Water pressure wasn't great, but everything needs to be conserved on the island and it wasn't a deal breaker. The grounds were exceptional and absolutely gorgeous! The pool area we utilized every day and would have even more, but didn't want to miss the beaches. The driveway and stairs leading up to Ocean are not for the faint of heart, but when you see the view, it's worth it! We fell in love with Coral Bay and the remote beaches. If you need time to decompress and relax and take in the beauty, this is the spot for you!

From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning views of the mountains and ocean—it truly felt like paradise. The villa itself was immaculate, beautifully designed, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. Melissa, our host, was phenomenal! She was incredibly responsive, always just a message away, and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. Whether it was providing great local recommendations, answering any questions we had, or simply ensuring we felt at home, her hospitality was unmatched. Waking up to breathtaking sunrises, lounging on the patio with the cool island breeze, and enjoying the peaceful surroundings made this trip unforgettable. I have to say House Aceso absolutely out weighed all expectations!! It’s even better than the pictures suggest. Kandee has thought of everything as far as amenities (there’s even a crockpot if you do choose). The main is where it’s at, the view, the sound of the wind, and decor is all top notch and just the perfect vacation vibe. The house is super clean and spacious. The bedrooms are exactly what you need. The 2 bathrooms are extremely useful for a larger group. The pool deck is fantastic as well! Book this house and you will not be disappointed!!

We had a great experience at Andrew's place! They were so friendly and helpful! The space was perfect for us and our two children. The view from the patio is gorgeous and the pool was wonderful! My husband and I both enjoyed swimming laps and our kids had a great time swimming as well! It's a very quiet area, and the nearby beaches were really nice and just a quick drive. It was a bit of a drive from the major town areas, but totally manageable! Beautiful stars at night as well!

This was our first time staying in St.John. The place was perfect and the view was amazing. The complex is gated, private, and absolutely beautiful. We enjoyed the pool, deck, playing pool, talking to the concierge, and drinks- there is a chef but didnt get a chance to use. The beach chairs, towels, and cooler also came in handy. We spent our days on hikes and at the beaches. Every trail ends at a great beach (Brown, Reef, and Ram- our favorite hikes)! Evenings we had dinner in cruz bay. Many places do allow for reservations. If you hike make sure you bring water, bug spray, sunscreen, and good shoes. We snorkled at all the beaches. We used the markets to buy groceries-the room has microwave fridge with a freezer! We did have a jeep which I would recommend if staying here and wanting to get around the island. We walked to town once but the roads are steep. The host was awesome and I look forward to planning a return trip!

We loved staying at Solitude 45A. Absolutely stunning property and David was very responsive and helpful communicator. What we loved was that 3 couples had their own suites. The bathrooms and bedrooms were well equipped and comfortable. Highly recommend.

Its a lovely home. The host is helpful and responsive to any and all questions! When our plans changed she was totally understanding. She offered tips for entertainment and places to see!

We had an incredible stay at this St. John gem! If you're looking for a private, authentic island experience, this is it. The hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful, making us feel right at home. The house itself is a charming rustic island home with breathtaking views. We loved having two separate living spaces, perfect for our group of two couples. The provided coolers, chairs, and floaties were a fantastic bonus, and we truly felt like we were living like locals. Plus, it was wonderfully affordable for all the amenities and views. Highly recommend!

I loved staying here! Private, peacefule, and a pool, short walk to the beach and restaurants. I would defintely stay again, can't wait to go back!

The house is beautiful, views are breathtaking. Everything we needed was there and the surrounding area was very welcoming. It was located exactly were we wanted, private and not far from Everything we wanted to do and see. Loved it and plan on visiting again.

Denise's place was perfect for our stay. It was close to everything and only had to drive when heading to the west end of the island and the airport. I look forward to staying at the Cruzian Cottage again.

Overall, it was a wonderful place to stay! One of the nicest Air BnB's to stay in. The road up to the location is very rough (extremely steep inclines, unpaced, and rocky at spots), so you definitely need a clearance vehicle with 4-wheel drive. We thought Coral Bay was a nice area to stay in on the island. It was quiet, but the island is small, so it's not hard to get to Cruz Bay. There were also some great restaurants in the area. Also, I really appreciated all of the beach amenities that the rental had! Rental had beach towels, snorkel gear, beach chairs and a cooler. Overall, it was a wonderful place to stay, and I would absolutely come back!
