The walnut tree view, Montepulciano

The walnut tree view is our new apartment in the most peaceful part of Montepulciano. The house with Ac is 250 metres from the piazza and the main street, and has 1 double rooms (king size) 1 bathroom with large shower and a large kitchen-living room with a nice terrace overlooking the hills. From summer 2025 a wine tasting will be available in the new garden for all the guests of our 4 apartments and from 2026 grilled meat always with paired wines. Guests will park close the apartment

Separate room, between Cortona and Montepulciano

We are a small farm with a family-run farm on the border between Tuscany and Umbria. The old farmhouse in which we live with our children are surrounded by vineyards and olive groves with a splendid view of Montepulciano. We can sleep in 2 apartments and / or 1 independent room furnished with poor art and originality. In the large garden, available to all, there are two pools (one for children), games, organic vegetable garden. We have a restaurant Pierpaolo cooking the typical Tuscan dishes.

A 40km dalla riviera romagnola, ci si trova immersi nel pieno delle colline verdi e soleggiate dove oltre a rilassarsi nella piscina a disposizione( apertura estiva stagionale),si possono praticare diverse attività all’aperto, tra le quali il trekking, le escursioni in bici e tanto altro. É composto da una camera matrimoniale con cabina armadio, ampio living con cucina a penisola e ampio bagno. L'arco che ingloba la cucina è di epoca romana mentre in camera si possono trovare travi in legno di epoca rinascimentale L’alloggio è ubicato nel quartiere di San Bartolo e dista 100 metri dalla zona monumentale di Urbino.
