As always Matt's place was perfect for me and my family. I couldn't ask for anything more.

Loved this neat hole in the wall! Never stayed in a loft like this, but was very impressed. Beautiful room over looking Main Street thru big windows, the chandelier was beautiful over the bed. Romantic, charming, unique place. The bathroom was unique and everything well decorated. Full kitchen, conversation piece walls, and the bed was so comfortable. I could go on. Fantastic spot near neat restaurants and local attractions. Very close to waterfalls, hiking, historical locations. We stayed for Valentine's and would definitely recommend.

The house was perfect for the weekend. It had everything you could need and was in an awesome location. Looking forward to my next visit!

This was a beyond beautiful space with a phenomenal view of the mountains. Matt was very responsive, understanding, respectful and friendly when in communication via message. Excellent host.

The description of the loft was very fitting. The location was perfect. It was good to know ahead of time that you could hear footsteps above because of the old floors and also can hear the train. Overall wonderful stay. We used the credit at next-door coffee shop, and loved it! That was a bonus. Thank you!

Loved our stay at Habersham Mill. We enjoyed exploring the grounds and sitting on our porch listening to the river. Gorgeous, unique space. The host provided everything we needed.

Was a great place! I got it for me and my bridesmaids to get ready at and me and my husband stayed until Sunday after the wedding and it was great!

We were shocked that this is a brand new apartment! Very clean and amazing location! We will definitely stay here again. Heads up if you are physically challenged, you do have to carry luggage up the stairs. That didn’t bother us but may some people. Really, really nice place!

Lovely place. Has amenities except bathrobe and hairdryer. Beautiful string lights but few lights didn't work. Great view with trains. Everything was almost clean except the living room celling fan. Enjoyed the stay!

We had a great relaxing time away at Allison's place. We really appreciated how clean and well kept the whole space was The king size bed was super comfortable. The kitchen was set up wonderfully. The whole unit provided us with what we needed while giving us plenty of space to settle in.

I only wish we had had more time to actually spend in the beautifully furnished space! We were in and out in less than 24 hours for a wedding, and Shannon was extremely understanding about letting us check in early so that we could change and dash off to the bus to the venue. I hope to get the chance to stay again for a little longer in the future.

Grateful for this stay! They went out of their way for my wife and I! Would recommend again!

We loved our mother/daughter weekend here! The condo was very cozy with the most amazing views. Enjoyed watching the sunrise every morning. The girls had so much fun in the pool and us moms loved the hot tub after a day of hiking. It is a STEEP drive up, but just take it slow, the view is worth it. From this side of Gatlinburg it is quick and easy access in to the National Park without having to sit through downtown traffic. I was a little worried about the noise of the neighbors after reading reviews, but there was a box fan in the closet that drowned out any noise and we were able to get a great night of sleep. One thing I didn’t realize and may have just over looked it in the details, but the coffee maker is a keurig so be sure to bring pods if you like coffee in the morning. We will definitely be back!

This was our second time staying here and we will definitely be back again! The whole place was spotless. We love that it’s within walking distance of restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping.

Tracey’s loft is super clean, comfortable, well-appointed, and conveniently located right downtown in the lovely city of Clayton. Great communication from Tracey and check in was easy. We would definitely stay again.
