We enjoyed our 3 month stay in Wilmington at Marc’s place. Marc is a great host and responded to any of our questions very quickly. His place was quiet, clean and close toTrolley Square, where we enjoyed walking to and enjoyed some of the restaurants there. We would highly recommend this spot for your stay!

the place was just as described and the photos show it all. it's in a building that's on a busy corner but the traffic wasn't a bother while we were there. it was a quiet pleasant stay and we will stay again when we're in the area for sure! Maribel was an amazing host, responsive and helpful! we appreciate you!

Vincent and Adam’s place at Five on Canal was an absolute gem. I’ve been burned before by listings that use wide-angle lenses or overpromise and underdeliver, but this one was even better than expected in every way. The space was clean, stylish, and actually well-equipped — full kitchen, washer and dryer, and a great layout. My only minor gripe was a few small kitchen essentials missing, but Vincent and Adam dutifully restocked as needed. If you’re noise-sensitive, just note the unit faces a busy freeway — but noise from other guests was neighbouring units, thanks to being next to the trash chute and being on the top level of the building. Overall, a fantastic stay. Vincent and Adam were great communicators, and honestly, I wish I had booked a longer trip. Thank you for ensuring I had the space to practice for a Shark Tank audition!

Barbara's place was exactly what I needed for a Wilmington getaway as a solo traveler on foot. A short cab ride from Amtrak station to a beautiful block in a diverse neighborhood (rainbow and patriotic flags), very walkable to food halls, nice restaurants, local parks, historical sights, enjoy downtown Wilmington while feeling at home in your own space. You have access to a private nicely lit backyard with umbrella and seating area if you want to chill outside at night or get some air without leaving the space. All amenities were as listed, the bed was big and cozy, bathroom super clean w a shower head that lights up (cool) and the nice touches are snacks/goodies and bottles of water really helped. A great value and one I'd come back to, the icing on the cake is Barbara as a host is very kind and accomodating, there if you need her but also leaves you to enjoy your stay. 5 stars.

The Bed was comfortable and the water pressure was beyond excellent. We will definitely use the space again if it’s available when we come to visit the family. Thank you for a wonderful stay, my partner had his hair cut at the shop below us and loved the service there too.

James was an awesome host! Very professional and a very high quality living space in this AirBnB. The entire package exceeded our expectations! We felt very cozy and comfortable while being within walking distance to several local restaurants. The space was extremely clean and modern. Everything was exceptional! Thank you James! Great stay. Kaitlyn was very responsive and helpful with accommodating us with our booking, very nice neighborhood to walk around with some fun places grab a bite to eat.

Kat was a wonderful host! She met me at her house at the agreed-upon check-in time and was quite cordial, patient, and helpful. As a first-time Airbnb costumer, these qualities were much appreciated. She showed me all the relevant aspects and amenities and quickly addressed all my questions and concerns. Her Airbnb was the perfect space and location for my visit, and I would gladly return.

Kayla’s place is perfect for business or visiting the area close to go in any direction. It’s clean and has the feeling of being at home with a full kitchen with everything you need as well as a new washer and dryer. Kayla is responsive do anytime you reach out. I would definitely recommend her place

Ivy's place is on a quiet street within easy walking distance of Drexel and UPenn. She was a gracious host and very quick to respond to our inquiries. The house itself was immaculate and very comfortable. We enjoyed time sitting in the beautiful garden in the backyard too. We hope to stay again!

Dawn had thought of everything one could possibly need and provided copious snacks and supplies. I especially loved the second floor. It was sunny and extremely spacious. I had a hard time pulling myself away from the space to go downstairs to the first floor. The bedroom and bathrooms were huge. The separate working space/office had a huge walk-in closet space. There were lots of closets as well as lots of good hangers. I appreciated all the thoughtfulness Dawn put into everything throughout the entire unit. Highly recommend!

Our family came into town due to an unfortunate event. But the stay at this home was all we needed and more. I highly recommend this home. Not only is it clean but has many additional necessary features that makes it feel like home away from home. The price is well worth it!

Fantastic little cottage. Super clean and conveniently located near restaurants, coffee shops and markets. So many farm stands in the area. I visited an Amish grocery store daily for provisions. Back country is beautiful. So many farms and beautiful landscapes. The horse and buggies passing just outside the front door was a treat. MaMarilyn was super friendly and quick to respond to messages. Would love to stay here again.

Becky & Wally's place was exactly as described - a great, cosy family home with 4 bedrooms and plenty of space if you're travelling with a large family. I was attending my brother's wedding with a few guests it was the perfect location to be the "hub" of all the activity. The home was cosy with ample sheets and pillows. There was more than enough coffee/tea and other daily essentials. The enclosed porch/sunroom was also a nice surprise to be able to sit and relax on a sunny day. Overall, we loved the stay - it's a lovely neighbourhood that's not far from stores.

Great place to stay when visiting Philly!

Great location with coffee shops, restaurants and stores nearby. Plenty of street parking and easy access to other neighborhoods in Philadelphia. Kristen is a great host and responded to questions right away. My husband and I were in Philadelphia for my son’s birthday, would stay at Kristen’s place on a future visit.

Back for a second stay and somehow even more obsessed. Susan is the kind of host who just gets it—attentive, thoughtful, and makes her whole place feel super comfortable. Immaculate vibes, cozy touches, an incredible book collection… just an all-around perfect stay. Already counting down till next time. 💫

We were in town for a weekend and loved our stay at Christina’s place - it’s so clean and comfortable (with many nice touches) and located right in the middle of a cool Philly neighborhood with excellent food/drinks options around! We also appreciated how responsive Christina was to our questions. We had a great stay and would definitely stay here again!

I was in Philadelphia for a conference, and brought my husband and kids. We arrived on a late flight and check-in was smooth with the door code that Lee had provided ahead of time. Lee's apartment was super clean, beautifully decorated, and in an excellent location with grocery store and subway just a few blocks away. Plenty of space for the 4 of us, and being there with young kids it was great to have a full kitchen with everything we needed. We always treat Airbnb's with respect, leave things in their place and and don't leave surfaces dirty, but I appreciated that there were no special cleaning chores at check-out. The co-host reached out to me about a forgotten item, and arranged to have my friend pick it up. Communication was excellent throughout, and I would definitely stay here again next time we are in Philly!
