The Art House

Welcome to the Art House - a petite, quirky space up a steep driveway. Strategic location - 4 minute drive down to Petone Station where there is free parking, jump on a train for a 12 minute trip to Wellington. Jackson Street (6 minute drive) has more than than 60 restaurants, bars and cafés. From here it is a 15 - 20 minute drive to ferry terminals and CBD. There is no kitchen, just a microwave, kettle/jug and bar fridge. We live above the unit so there is noise from time to time.

This modern and architecturally designed compact 42m2 home sits on the city fringe, great location, positioned for sun and totally private surrounded by gardens. The moment you enter the property you will feel like it is your own private hideaway. *Please note you will need to walk up 3 flights of stairs to get to the house which is situated behind another house on the road. Mount Welcome Shearers Cottage

This is a romantic little cottage with a lovely ensuite and kitchenette. Enjoy a comfy Queen sized bed and cotton linens. The cottage has its own garden next to the homestead. Just moments from the end of the Escarpment track/ Te Araroa track and the Pukerua Bay train station making it very easy to get into Wellington cbd (35mins). Our neighbours are felling trees which might be heard during the day hence the lower than usual rates. If your dates are unavailable please ask.

Fully furnished apartment just off SH1 with easy access to Wellington's city centre, the ferry and Sky stadium. A perfect stop off on the way to a game, a concert or to hop on the ferry. This is a great base for enjoying the Wellington region and the northern suburbs. It is a 8 minute walk to Johnsonville centre with access to #1 bus line and the train. This apartment is on the ground floor of a two-storey house. BBQ available on request.
