Wonderful space and location! Walk to the beach and pool was easy and quick - about a 5 min. The beach accessories were great - plenty of chairs, beach toys and a bonus wagon which made transport that much easier. The restaurants in the village were excellent and family friendly. The unit was just as listed - clean, organized and easy to navigate. The hosts were great to work with and very responsive. We look forward to visiting again!

We really enjoyed our stay. Dave was a great host. He was proactive and easy to reach. Located in a great area that was peaceful and safe. The back patio was extremely nice and spacious. The views of the night sky and surrounding landscape was beautiful. The condo was very clean and comfortable. Parking was easy and abundant. Would stay here again.

We absolutely loved our stay! We chose this house because it had our top two must-haves: a large pool big enough for our whole family and private beach access just across the street—and it did not disappoint! The home is beautiful, tastefully decorated, and the beds were so comfortable. The AC kept it perfectly cool despite Florida’s heat. The outdoor pool area was just as amazing, with plenty of lounge chairs for relaxing. The amenities provided, like the starter pack of household essentials, were super helpful as we got settled in on our first night. Plus, having beach gear (chairs and umbrellas) available to use was so convenient! Taylan and Michelle were incredible hosts—super responsive and helpful throughout the booking process. They answered all our questions leading up to our stay and even had the pool heated on arrival (a must this time of year!). Highly recommend this place—we’ll definitely be back!

Only great things to say about this stay. The photographs do not do this place justice. The beach was a very short golf cart drive, and was absolutely gorgeous. The house was spotless and the host was very responsive. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet and relaxing retreat.

Such a great stay! From the moment we walked in, the cozy coastal furnishings set the perfect vibe. Even though it’s a two-bedroom bungalow, it felt super spacious, and the backyard was packed with great amenities. The home had everything we needed for a relaxing trip. We were lucky to visit during a quiet time—no spring break crowds and nearly empty beaches! Shopping and restaurants were just a mile away with tons of free parking, and a short drive brought us to waterfront dining and bars. Even with some road construction nearby, walking to the beach was no problem at all. The neighborhood was quiet, walkable, and easy to navigate. Plus, having a grocery store and CVS close by was super convenient. We’d definitely stay here again next time we’re in town!

This is our second time staying with Meredith and we absolutely love everything about our stays here. We travel to the area at least once a year and Meredith will always be our #1 option when we are in town. Great location, the home is perfect for us with 4 adults and 2 kids and communication is always top notch. Highly recommend!

We loves our stay at Aspasia’s place. She was very easy to communicate with. The carriage house was very clean and in a good location.

We loved the house, the pool area was stunning. The house was cozy and everyone at Oversee made us feel welcomed and was extremely responsive to any question we had. The two bikes made all the difference and enriched our experience vacationing greatly, enabling us to enjoy the area without having to rent costly bicycles daily. The small thoughtful touches the entire Oversee team out in are noticeable and go such a long way in making guests feel like this was the best choice for a vacation stay. We are thankful and will be booking with Oversee next time we are back without any hesitation.

Host is awesome, super communicative. The neighborhood is quiet and only a short walk to the beach and resturants. The place was clean and had lots of extra amenities to support your stay and time at the beach.

We had a great stay at this beach townhome! The location couldn’t have been better. It’s an easy walk to the beach, which made it so convenient for quick trips back and forth with the little ones. There are plenty of great dining options within a quick 5-minute drive. The place was very clean and well-kept, and the on-premise pool was a great bonus for some extra relaxation. The host was also very responsive and made the whole experience smooth and easy. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable beach getaway.

Host was very responsive and helpful. We were indecisive on how long we were staying and she helped accommodate us on short notice. Initially had issues with lock but she resolved this within minutes. Plenty of space for us and so close to the beach. Would love to stay here again!

We had the best week at Dawn and Mike’s place. For starters, communication was great! We loved the private beach and that the chairs and umbrella were set up for us beach-side every morning. You can’t beat the location- it’s between rosemary and seaside so you can bike a few miles either way to get to hot spots. Lots of good restaurants around too! We felt truly relaxed here and can’t wait to come back.

Our first time on AirBnb and I have to say the experience was amazing. The Beach view with morning coffee was so relaxing. The condo was nice, clean and furnished. The Washer and dryer was a plus, condo felt vary welcoming. We look forward to future reservations with Nik! I highly recommend this place, you won’t be disappointment.

Beautiful condo and the views were amazing!! Floor to ceiling windows in the master bedroom for the perfect views! The condo was clean and modern compared to many of the other listings in the building. We were very pleased and would definitely return!

The condo provides such a relaxing atmosphere. Top floor views are unmatched. The hallways were quiet and never cluttered, elevator was not an issue, never waited long. The condo was equipped with kitchen amenities that exceed most every other property we have stayed at. The walk to the beach is quick with access directly across the street from the condo. So many options for eating and night entertainment close by. Joseph was always quick to respond and so helpful in providing direction. I was skeptical of PCB, but after this stay I would do it again without a thought thanks to the experience Joseph provided for our family.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Jodie’s place. For reference, our group included a couple, two young children and Grandma. We appreciated plenty of space for our family and enjoyed most of our meals at home or at the beach. We visited several 30A beaches during our weeklong stay and also enjoyed the pool. Her storage closet was full of everything needed for pool and beach fun. Jodie was kind and responsive. Her home is exactly as pictured.

This place was amazing! Absolutely beautiful, even more spacious then shown in the pictures, and had more than enough room for our group. John went above and beyond, providing bath towels, beach towels, chairs, etc. Overall amazing stay, the location was pristine, walkable to basically anywhere and right across from the beach.
