Nick’s place was just as described in the photos. Nick is an excellent host and gives prompt responses immediately. This place was not only peaceful and quiet but also spotless clean. I would definitely recommend this place and give it 10 stars. The next time I’m visiting NC, it’s a no brainer that I will be staying here again!

Ana’s place fit the bill for my needs. It offers a high degree of privacy and is quite spacious. I was able to sit and converse there with my brother for several hours before my check out time after we had met for breakfast in Marshville (at Ms Allie’s Cafe which I would highly recommend).

Second stat here in a month, just a perfect place to stay overnight on our way to/from Florida. Thanks David, you keep this space so immaculate and clean and we really enjoyed staying here. Super-highly recommended!

Jill and Chuck were incredibly nice people They were very responsive I unfortunately was with bad company and feel terrible about how she left .. They opened their home and the fact that it was left like that was crazy. However Both Jill and Chuck were understanding and showed grace. I learned a lesson you can not trust everybody bad company makes you bad company.. I would recommend them to anybody again I’m truly apologetic on her behalf… I’ve never been in a situation like this and everyone of my stays have been 5 stars I still feel horrible about it .. But they were great Host and the house is beautiful

My son needed a place to stay for his 10-week Internship in Charlotte, and we are so glad that we found Marta's place! She provides a warm, inviting environment... and my son felt welcomed and safe. The location had everything that my son needed, and then some (i.e. WiFi, cable/satellite TV, a fully equipped kitchen, large bathroom, comfortable linens, etc...). If you are looking for a place to stay while in Charlotte, you will not be disappointed selecting Marta's place "to live" for however long required! We highly recommend Marta's Place... and we are very particular about where we stay and who we recommend.

Urban Oasis! wow, what a peaceful, serene escape. Close, but not too close to the action. We had an agenda but would have been happy to sit and enjoy the beautiful space. Two bedrooms!Kitchenette! Outdoor space was the shining star for us! We had coffee, breakfast, happy hour and pizza delivery! So serene 🌳🌳🌳🌳🌳, quiet and beautiful. Olga was a lovely and accommodating host. Would love to visit again. Thank you!

It was a very nice home and very clean it was just my first time ever booking with Airbnb and thought I’d have the house to myself but I didn’t. Other than that it was a nice stay.

I was absolutely impressed with this room! It was spotless with a fresh, pleasant scent. Everything needed for a comfortable stay was thoughtfully provided: free Wi-Fi, a TV, chargers for different phones, a cozy robe, towels, a microwave, a toaster, tea, coffee, a fridge, a trash bin, facial and hand tissues, and even a stain remover. The stylish design and the private bathroom, fully equipped with all essentials, made the stay even better. The host also provided a list of nearby places to eat, which was very helpful for first-time visitors. Meeting the host was a highlight too — such a wonderful, kind woman who made me feel truly welcome. Honestly, I enjoyed this room even more than any hotel or motel I’ve stayed in. It felt peaceful, comfortable, and full of thoughtful touches. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy and well-cared-for stay!

I was there for a work trip. We met Edgar on the way out he was so sweet. The guest suite was beautiful and relaxing. it was the perfect place to come back to after a long day at work. We have family in Charlotte and would choose to stay there again.
