Visited Matthews for St Patrick weekend and found this house to be in a great location. The house itself had everything we needed. It was nicely laid out and had appeared to be recently updated. The linens and the beds exceeded our expectations. They were very comfortable. Would highly recommend this Airbnb

Exactly what we needed for our trip! Close to fast food and coffee as well! 20 minutes to downtown. Quiet neighborhood. If you don’t do firm beds- beware-They’re extremely firm. Thank you for the great stay!!

Bimala’s place was great! Bonus treat- they left us water, soda, and fruit as a welcome treat!! incredibly responsive and kind host. photos are exactly like the home.

My family was in Charlotte for a sad event and Mikes home was not only very comfortable but had lots of areas of the home we could individually escape to and be alone with our thoughts. We spent 5 nights and went for walks, watched our 2 pups play in the yard and enjoyed the fully stocked kitchen and the cozy dining room for meals. The bedrooms were all nicely decorated and beds and pillows super comfortable. Our trip was unexpected and we hadn’t packed enough clothing. It was super helpful being able to wash and dry our clothes. Mikes appliances were so nice it was a reminder I would love to replace my washer and dryer! My immediate and extended family visit Charlotte often. I am so grateful to have found this gem of a house. No doubt we will be back often. Oh and I must suggest a fabulous place to have dinner if you like seafood and sushi….New Zealand Cafe. Quaint, delicious and extremely affordable. Took an Uber in order to indulge in adult beverages!

The place was as described and shown in pictures. It is out in the country. We picked this place because it was close to my Mother. It was about an hour from Charlotte. It was clean & quiet & peaceful. If we ran out of anything the hosts were very responsive to our needs. Would definitely rent again.

Julie and her family were exceptional host. While we did not encounter any major issues, they were very responsive when I had questions. They responded within minutes! The home was clean, easy to locate and the check-in and out procedures were very clear. Highly recommended and I would definitely stay again.

We were very pleased with our accommodations! It was clean and spacious, amazing property with many amenities! We loved the private property, fire pit, pool table, children’s and front porch swings, convenience to stores, parks, and family! We took full advantage of this space and would not hesitate to stay here again! Thank you!

We rented this Airbnb for family visiting during the holidays, and they absolutely loved it! The unit was incredibly comfortable, quiet, and spacious, offering everything they needed for a relaxing stay. The location was perfect—convenient and welcoming!

The house is amazing and spacious

Shannon was amazing. I rented for the whole month of May so as soon as I got there, she met me and walked me through the whole cabin and answered any question I may have had. The cabin had everything you could ever need in a home. The location was in a safe, beautiful neighborhood and close to everything. Shannon and I were like immediate friends. We discussed our love of nutrition and we even made sourdough together. All around wonderful experience. I would stay again and definitely recommend her place.

I stayed here for a month for a clinical rotation I had in Monroe and it was perfect! Very clean, comfortable and private space. It truly has everything you need for a long stay. The hosts are very quick to respond! Would recommend to anyone who is traveling to the area.

Elizabeth was a wonderful host. Very sweet, very attentive and responsive. It was a pretty quiet neighborhood. There is a beautiful running/walking path minutes from the house. The place was immaculate and she even had waters in the fridge upon arrival! Which for me, was the perfect touch. I would recommend and will stay again.

Absolutely awesome! A charming very well kept guest house and conveniently located walking distance from the town of Matthews and a short drive from Charlotte. I loved reading the guestbook which I also added my entry detailing all the things we did. The Dwellington is also right by the Mecklenburg County Sport Complex where we had my son’s soccer tournament. Awesome place that we look forward to staying at again. We needed a local place to stay for a month while repairing our home. We were so thankful to have such a lovely temporary home. The beds were very comfortable and we had plenty of space to spread out. The large fenced backyard was quiet and peaceful.Any issues got a super quick response and resolution from the owners.

The owners were great to work with and flexible with 2 requests we had while we were there.. I would recommend their place for sure. Our group felt very comfortable and relaxed during our stay. Lots of little extras that were greatly appreciated!

Great location in Myers Park, walkable to restaurants, grocery store and shops. Great backyard for your furry family members and lots of tree lined streets for walks.

I can’t say enough good things about this property and the host. The Airbnb is down a long a driveway on the perfect piece of land. It was very private, serene, and extremely beautiful!! Danielle is an incredible host. She made sure we had everything we needed and even checked on us a few times via message, which I love! Great communication, very personable, and just an all around wonderful property and experience. We had the best time and we will definitely be back!
