My family and I stayed at Kim’s place for several nights, and it rained almost every day, but the airbnb was so clean, organized, and comfortable that we fully enjoyed staying in each night, playing games and cooking food. It feels very spacious in the main shared living room/kitchen area, so everyone can spread out. We also brought 2 family dogs, who felt right at home too. The location of this Airbnb is great too because it’s only about a 30-minute drive to both the Bodega Bay Area on the coast and the Santa Rosa wine country area. Highly recommend this airbnb, and would come back again!

This is the best Airbnb I have stayed at in the area, Great, quiet location, beautiful vineyard. Well sitting around the firepit we had a great view of the stars, well listening to a creek flowing in the distance with the sound of frogs and grasshoppers all around us. Great walk down to the local farmer's market and wine tasting. The house was very clean with a great setup, very comfortable beds.

We loved our stay. The master bedroom had an incredible view of the ocean and we loved walking our dog around the property down to the cliffs every morning.

Deldi is an excellent host. Great communication and always easy to contact. The home is in a great location. Two minutes to the bluff trail and you can sit on the balcony with a glass of wine looking at the sun setting over the ocean while deer graze in the front yard. Magical!

We loved staying at Noel’s place! The location was perfect and the house was dope! The split levels were good for our two groups. We would definitely stay there again for our next Guerneville vacation!!

Great stay! It is an older home which I personally don’t mind. Clean for a pet friendly house, no dog hair found. About a 2-3 minute walk to the River, and beautiful back yard with gated area for dogs which was awesome. Well equipped kitchen is a plus.

Our group appreciated how central the house was and all the amenities include hot tub and heated pool. It was especially nice to have so many comfortable beds and bathrooms for our group of 4 to spread out and get comfortable. Highly recommend!

Wow! This home has an exceptional setting - the spectacular views of the ocean from the great room are mesmerizing. The master bedroom and lower level bedrooms all have gorgeous views of the ocean as well. The Ocean Bluff Trail passes right behind the house, making it so convenient to explore the coast. Great for nature lovers - we saw seals, deer, rabbits, fox, and many varieties of sea birds. Also the home is pet friendly and our dog loved it! Thank you for sharing your lovely home!

The perfect cozy, private spot in Sea Ranch! Tucked away in the woods but a quick drive or walk to beaches, trails and everything else nearby. Hosts were very responsive and proactive making sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again!

This place was beautiful and peaceful. Peggy Jill made us feel very much at home, including providing a high chair and a travel crib for our baby. She was responsive and kind when we asked about a late check-out. We would go back if we could!

This was a beautifully designed and comfortable home. Kitchen fun to cook in! Comfortable bedrooms. Swanky showers, fireplace. Very peaceful. Quiet. We loved it.

Best host and stay yet! The house is super cozy, has every possible amenity, including spare phone chargers. The hot tub was amazing and the pool pink flamingo and unicorn floaties gave us something fun to watch while lazing in the back yard. Two outdoor heaters, plus a gas lit table make the yard perfect in any weather. The tall fences made the yard completely private and the dog next door only barked a couple of times, because that’s what dogs do. 100% will stay again when back in the area. Totally worth the expense.

Griselda was a wonderful host. Our stay was super last minute and she was very accommodating, responsive and flexible. The location was perfect. We came to hike in Armstrong Redwood Park and her place was only about a 3 min drive there. It was also a three minute drive from the downtown so great location. Beautiful house with lots of space and a huge yard. I'd love to come back in the summer when we could use the outdoor space more, but the hot tub was perfect for the winter.

Cozy place to retreat to for the weekend, nice fenced in yard for my dog (watch out for ticks in the area), and walking distance to the local beach. Great fully equipped kitchen and quiet peaceful nights of sleep. Easy drive to Armstrong Woods, our favorite!

The place was very enchanting and was as described. My husband made the mistake of going the wrong direction into the grounds but once we realized our error we fixed it and went the right way. We would definitely stay again and bring the rest of our family

The outdoor spa is a wonderful way to end the day after exploring and hiking around the area. The kitchen has everything you need to cook at home. The bedrooms are cozy and comfortable. The hosts have gone above and beyond to select high quality decorations, linens, and supplies for this home. It was one of our best Airbnb stays! Truly exceptional!

Lovely house in a very unique setting. A half mile walk through a path and then sand dunes to a VERY private and gorgeous beach. We didn’t see anyone else while there. House is clean and well stocked! And the lot of the house is fun to explore for kids in and of itself. We will absolutely try to come back!

Bobby’s place feels like a cozy home where you could have a lengthy stay (ours was a very comfortable 5 nights). We come periodically to visit family in Santa Rosa. This is a great location to explore wine country and so many wonderful restaurants, coffee shops, farmers’ markets, outdoor activities, plus boutiques or antiques…if that’s your thing.😉 We took full advantage of the kitchen & gas grill and cooked dinner on our last night, after enjoying many meals out. We were only 2, but we could have easily had our dog with us. There was plenty of room to spread out and relax; I’m sure this would make a perfect getaway for a family with young children too. The property is exactly as described in the listing. Bobby’s communication was prompt, thorough, friendly and helpful. Greatly appreciated when you are staying in new surroundings.
