Havelock North is a 6 min drive. Napier and Airport 20mins.

Thank you for considering our Airbnb for your break away. We request you send a message to book, as we often have the space blocked off for family or friends, but we are happy to unblock dates if possible to fit with requests. We have a genuine bed & breakfast Airbnb with a pantry of items for self catering breakfast. These are supplied to set you up, but not always replenished during your stay. We offer a clean 'allergy free' environment with polished concrete flooring. NO smokers please.

Our place is a unique architectural designed passive solar, straw bale home with recycled native wood and natural clay finish. Enjoy the warmth, peaceful feel and views of the beautiful Maraetotara valley and relax in the natural spring water hot tub. The 30 sqm studio is located within the main house, has a separate entrance, private deck and parking with EV charger. Kitchen with toaster, microwave, fridge, induction cooktop and electric BBQ on deck. Breakfast pack for the first day.

You are offered the mix of an urban location with the added aspect of a country outlook. We are situated close to the Mission Winery, Church Road Winery, cycle paths, Park Island sports ground, and the airport. There are two major supermarkets and shopping centres that are a short drive away.

Taradale has cafes, bars, and restaurants as well as plenty of shops to browse in. Our lovely warm Hawke's Bay summers are perfect for the many events and concerts available.

It has one room, comfy queen bed, and separate bathroom. Sleeps two comfortably and has a rural out look. You can visit some of the local wineries near by. It's 22 minutes to Napier and 7 minutes to Hastings. I look forward to meeting you.
