Over 100 steps from the road below, this 'treehouse' is perched above it all and horizontally oriented on a steep lot between two creeks. Breakfast Bar to eat at, and a desk to work from. High speed wifi provided. Safe neighborhood and located up hill away from the street. This studio space is attached to the rest of the house that I live in. It shares a wall and door (will remain locked) with my kitchen and the rest of the house.
