Overlooking the Lockwood pond and gardens in the heart of Historic Downtown Covington, our one-bedroom one bath apartment is close to many key Vampire Diaries filming locations. It's only a 7 min walk to the historic town square, 0.6 miles from Piedmont-Newton Hospital, 1.8 miles from Oxford College. Off street parking is available in the driveway. The apartment is located behind the main house and up a flight of stairs. Sorry, not suitable for guests with reduced mobility or young children!

This Guest house is a Fantastic Place to rest and relax. Set on 10 beautiful acres overlooking pastures with Cows, Horses, and Chickens. We have an isolated feel but are just minutes from Hwy 11 and Interstate 20. The guest house has its own private deck with fantastic pastoral views. There is also a shared porch that has an outdoor fireplace, perfect for enjoying some fresh air on cool nights. The main room has a King size bed. The entire property was an authentic stage set for the hit television show The Vampire Diaries for eight years. The Hideaway at Mystic Falls

The Hideaway at Mystic Falls offers more than a place for Vampire Diaries fans to stay, it offers an unforgettable opportunity to immerse yourself in the TVD universe. From the oversized paintings that hung in the Salvatore and Lockwood mansions on the show, to the prop Mikaelson coffin we had reupholstered with red velvet and installed on the wall of our living room, when you stay at The Hideaway you feel less like a fan of the TVD universe and more like a character living in it.

The suite is attached to the main home by a patio roof but does not share an entrance or heating/AC with the main home (about 25 ft between them). Pets welcome, no cleaning fees or pet fees!
