Staying at this homestay was a long-pending plan, and I’m so glad I finally made it happen! I first came across this place in a YouTube video last year and was instantly drawn to its stunning location. Seeing it in person was even better—it’s truly a hidden gem nestled in the heart of nature. The host, Parag, is an incredibly kind and down-to-earth person. I really appreciate the way he has thoughtfully designed the entire space. As soon as you enter through the gate, a long road leads you toward the homestay, just like the houses we used to draw in our childhood. The property is surrounded by an abundance of greenery, with banana, supari, and coconut trees, along with a variety of beautiful flowers. It feels like stepping into a dream home. I visited for my kid’s birthday, and it was absolutely worth it. The place offers serenity, the kind of peaceful atmosphere you’d expect from an ideal getaway. If you’re looking for a place to unwind amidst nature, this is the perfect retreat!

We spent the most blissful Holi weekend with Ganesh and his parents. The sprawling 4BHK surrounded by greenery had my heart right from the word 'go'. Ganesh was extremely helpful in arranging for pickup, asking if I wanted dinner the night I was reaching or checking if I was comfortable. Ganesh's mom was the sweetest. Tai would flash us the warmest, brightest smile every morning before asking if we wanted tea. She also gave us homemade puranpoli on the occasion of Holi. The location is peaceful with Bhandarpule beach within walking distance. We also took an auto to visit the nearby temples, the Pracheen Konkan museum and Jaigad Fort. Anil kaka and his wife made the yummiest Konkani food for us at an extremely reasonable cost. Anil was also sweet enough to buy us Kokum or Mosambi juice whenever we went out with him. Ganesh gave us a beautiful gift hamper with cute little tasters of all things Konkan - juices, sweets, pickles, papads and what not. I can't wait to be back with my mother!

Kairi Vishranti is definitely for the nature lover, Mr. Abhay provided everything from Mosquito net, repellent to Hot water kettle, tea, coffee, milk powder and shower amenities. He also helped us in preparing our tour itinerary, and guided us where to visit and eat. The complimentary morning tea was great, and home cooked meals were tasty. Don't plan to visit Ganpatipule on Monday as everything is closed, also there is no electricity on Monday we took shower with cold water. It was pleasant stay and even our 2 doggies 🐕 enjoyed.

The place is exactly how it appears in the pics. No surprises. Sanket is a helpful host and is a local. He picked us up from the station and then also arranged for breakfast. He never said no to anything. The place itself is well maintained and can easily accommodate 8-10 persons being a 3BHK. It has all basic amenities with furnished kitchen that works for a short stay. The place also has a washing machine, AC in all bedrooms, water filter, refrigerator and cooking gas. We stayed with our 2 kids. The swing (zopala) on the terrace adds to fun element. Locality is peaceful and could have been more greener. Sanket takes care of the rest. Would highly recommend this place to my friends.

And finally, after a long road trip I arrived. And I entered the palm Garden where my Cottage was. And I put off my shoes and went to the beach. And I was alone at this endless beach. And I run into the ocean. And I reloaded myself with the healthy water, the sun and the calm. And I will come back for sure. And oh yes, the dinner was delicious.

We were a group of 12 people and this property was perfect and comfortable to accommodate all of us. The sea view is beautiful and very peaceful. We enjoyed our 2 days stay there. I highly recommend this place. The host is very proactive and friendly. He suggested many good places around to explore and he was prompt in fulfilling our requests. Great place, great view and great host. :)

This is a great place to relax and have a nice quite vacation. We stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights. The host is very welcoming and helpful. The property is very well maintained and in a very peaceful location. Shailesh kaka, the owner is an amazing host. Always available for you and will provide you solutions for everything. He arranged for an escort (Shinde kaka) to come with us to the fish market at the jetty to help us select fish. Shinde kaka then prepared the fish for us also. It was absolutely delicious. Shailesh kaka also guided us with tips of what to see around Ratnagiri. In all we had a great stay. Pros: - peaceful and clean property - all amenities in working conditions - amazing hosts Cons: - Property is a bit far from Ratnagiri and Ganpatipule - food can be improved

Felt at home. Had stayed with my parents and kids there and all were really happy to b at this place . The Courtyard, clean rooms , fully equipped kitchen, and proximity to the bhatye beach all made the place n stay memorable. May be the price was bit high due to weekends, but i din't mind because the quality time spent with family in a homely atmosphere. Own vehicle wil be better to reach here and property is bit inside the residential area. Home cooked food is also available on request, and wil be provided at home by caretaker. Overall good stay option for families..
