This former 19th century stable hand quarters (Built in 1880) has been remodeled into a modern studio. Filled with curious tidbits, mind bending puzzles and unique creations it will provide a wonderful little cozy getaway. Tucked away in the back corner of the property you can enjoy the privacy of a cabin in the middle of town. Located in Historic Owen Park Neighborhood. One of the oldest neighborhoods in Tulsa. Very close to The B.O.K. Arena, Tulsa Ball Park, Cain's Ballroom, Tulsa's Arts District, many restaurants, and the Tulsa Gathering Place. This Cozy cabin is perfect for a couple wanting a relaxing weekend and also a wonderful writer's retreat!

We welcome you to The Apartment Away from busy city streets with private entry, just outside of Owasso. Your private entrance opens to a living room with smart TV, fully stocked kitchen with island, and laundry room. The spacious bedroom has a queen size memory foam mattress, and en suite bathroom with walk-in shower. Heated and cooled attached sunroom is great for watching wildlife. We are on 2 wooded acres just a couple miles from shops and stores, in a safe and quiet country neighborhood.

It is walking distance from the University of Tulsa, 1mile from The Fairgrounds, 2miles from the BOK arena and Downtown, and within 2 miles of both St. Johns and Hillcrest Hospitals. It is also near Museums, Cherry Street, Cain's Ballroom, and Blue Dome District

A few houses from Midtown’s pickle ball courts, you’ll find the Ivy Cottage. Charm and character are the highlight of this adorable property. The oversized sectional is the perfect place to cozy up and watch your favorite show on the Smart TV. Or serve dinner in the dining room with French doors that open to the patio. In the back you’ll find a hot tub, smart TV, couch, dart board, wine fridge, cornhole, etc. Plush beds await when you’re ready to call it a night. *Fireplace is not working.

Our guesthouse has a very warm, peaceful decor to parallel the nature around it. You will likely see many deer and other wildlife from the huge covered back porch while enjoying a meal cooked in your full kitchen. You will also have access to an attached single-car garage where there is also a washer and dryer available for your use. The pool is left open year round. Whether you need a place to get away and relax or place to call home while you're traveling for work, this is your place!

The apartment has a complete kitchen, laundry, outdoor deck with scenic view of downtown, wood stove and features a mosaic bathroom with a clawfoot tub. Right by I-244 and Harvard, the Fair Grounds, Tulsa University and a few minutes from Downtown Tulsa. Close to Tulsa's new 80-acre park The Gathering Place, Mother Road Market, and hospitals. Everything has been restored to its 1947 condition from the wood floors, new bathroom and double pane tilt in windows. #3 is located upstairs with a secure main door as well as a separate apartment door. There are only 6 apartments upstairs and #3 is the second Airbnb here.

You also get access to our beautiful outdoor shower and our unique compost toilet for a truly memorable experience. Included in the dome is a mini fridge, microwave, Kuerig coffee, along with bowls, utensils, and towels.
