Walking & cycling distance to Te Mata Peak (boasting 360deg views over Hawkes Bay), the quaint village of Havelock North, popular Red Woods, & a variety of beaches & rivers & New Zealand's Art Deco Capital - Napier! Our well decorated space offers 2 spacious bedrooms & cozy, boutique lounge & dining areas. Dad/Steve resides upstairs, our guest entrance & space is separate & private & includes your own parking

Rustic beachfront bach

Comfortable, homely beach bach overlooking the ocean. The space has two bedrooms and open plan living area and kitchen. PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN SHEETS AND PILLOWCASES. Duvets, blankets, pillows and towels provided. The undercover deck is the perfect place to relax and watch the waves. There is WIFI and a TV screen that has an HDMI port, or can be connected to Chromecast (no TV satellite). Tea and coffee (no milk). There isn't a shop at Ocean Beach but Havelock North is just a 20 minute drive away.

Havelock North Studio Unit

Newly built studio sits at the back of our section. It has been completed to a very high standard with new everything. It can accommodate 2 adults very comfortably, but you have the option of the double sofa bed with spring mattress and foam top for a couple of kids if you are all happy to be slightly tighter. The kitchenette has a full sized fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster and electric hot plate. A weber BBQ is available on request. Heat pump, Wifi, Smart TV and Infinity complete the picture

Tainui Retreat - beautifully appointed 5 bedroom

Tainui Retreat A beautiful, newly renovated two storey house in the heart of Havelock North. Just 15-20 minutes walk to the village. Warm and sunny, with a balcony off the living area and a secluded deck at the other end of the house with an outdoor table and couches. A garage is available for storage of bikes & golf clubs. The house is set up for adults. Our policy is for no children under 10. Out of consideration for our neighbours we have a quiet policy from 9 pm and strictly no parties.

Modern architecturally renovated studio Tuki Tuki

A beautiful little studio in the magical Tuki Tuki valley. Incredibly peaceful and in a very scenic location looking over a small vineyard to the river. Handy to Napier, Hastings and Havelock North. A perfect location from which to enjoy Hawke’s Bay events. The studio has a small kitchenette but no cooking facilities. Bbq available. Perfect for short stays. A short drive to the cycle ways, wineries, trout fishing and beaches. Breakfast for $25 per person may be available on request.

Aslantis - a stunning beach front oasis.

Aslantis Beach House marries Art Deco and Spanish Mission architecture with inspiring ocean views, fabulous front gardens and a wonderful Mediterranean style courtyard . A 1 to 2 minute walk and you'll have access to a well stocked 4 square dairy, takeaway and pub (including pizzas) A 15 minute drive and you'll be in Hastings. Havelock North or Napier, one of the Art Deco capitals of the world. Aslantis Beach House is a great getaway for couples and business travellers.

Peaceful hideaway in Havelock North.

Located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, it is a15-minute walk to the village and too great Restaurants and shopping. This three-bedroom open Plan living home has two deck areas to relax with a glass of wine with views to the ranges from the main deck or relax in the Spa on the rear deck. The house has a fully equipped Kitchen and a BBQ on the front deck. The Master bedroom has a Super comfortable King bed with quality Linen and a fully tiled ensuite with dual vanity.

Wai iti Cottage in the Te Mata Wine Area

Our Cottage has been renovated to accommodate travellers. It is warm and cosy in the winter and with a large living space in which to relax. The cottage is in the centre of the Te Mata wine region, close to wineries including Black Barn, Craggy Range and the Te Mata Estate. It is a 5 minute drive to the centre of Havelock North, a thriving cafe and easy shopping centre. Wai iti Cottage is a good walk/bike ride from the concert venue and market at Black Barn Winery.

Luxury Village Villa 2 mins walk to the village

The Village Villa combines old style charm with modern amenities. Put your keys in the drawer and take a 2 minute stroll into the Village with it's fabulous shopping and vibrant cafes. The Villa has been recently renovated and boasts a modern spacious kitchen opening out onto a large sunny deck. Both the main bathroom and ensuite are also new and feature roomy showers and heated towel rails. New A/c in King room and A/c in ensuite upgraded A/c in living areas.

Comfortable, self-contained two-bedroom cottage, just a stroll from the heart of Havelock North Village. Located directly opposite the Village Green—with a playground and public swimming pools—and next door to the Community Centre and Library, it’s hard to find a more central spot. Designed for comfort and ease, the open-plan living area features large bifold doors—fitted with hush glass—that open to a private courtyard, creating an easy indoor-outdoor flow.

Light, quiet and clean home with renovated interior. 3 double bedrooms, all with queen size beds. 1 bathroom, kitchen and laundry as well as spacious living areas. There is fabulous indoor to outdoor flow with a great outdoor area. Large and secure section. Just a 10 minute stroll to Havelock North Village where there is boutique shopping, restaurants, cafes and bars. Please note - this is my home however I fully move out during the stay.

Come and explore Hastings the heart of Hawkes bay and all it has to offer while enjoying the comforts of home. Only 3 minutes to the centre of town by car and the ToiToi event centre .10 minutes to some of the best wineries Hawkes bay has to offer. Napier, a 25 min drive and some of the best sandy beaches you could wish for a 35-minute drive away. The cottage is fully self-contained and ideal for a break away.
