The apartment was located right in downtown Richmond so it was very easy to walk around and explore the cute restaurants and shops! It was also very convenient to have a designated parking spot in the back. The co-host Nelda was very responsive and gave very clear instructions for check in and check out. Just note that this apartment is on the 3rd floor so you will have to climb a few flight of stairs otherwise everything was as described!

Kristen's place is so clean and was perfectly located. We traveled with our baby, so Kristen gave great recommendations for places we could walk to nearby. She shared great restaurants, a bakery and parks nearby. She also checked in to make sure we were able to get settled in -- she's a great host! We'd love to stay here the next time we visit Richmond!

I cannot say enough good things about Shaniesha’s place. It’s very clean, will all the amenities you need. She is very responsive and made sure I was well taken care of during my stay!

This was a great apartment to stay in! The location was excellent - nice street, lovely neighborhood to walk around, close to a lot of restaurants/coffee shops/bars/breweries/etc. Easy walks into scotts addition or carytown. I was a bit worried about the street parking but it was a breeze, I was able to get parking very close to the apartment multiple times. The apartment itself was big, comfortable, and had everything necessary. I especially loved the balcony. I will absolutely stay here again if I return to Richmond.

Such great hosts! Their space is perfect for long stays, equipped with everything you could need. They are super responsive and were always so kind and helpful! Would love to stay again if I’m in the area.

The place was centrally located to main avenues and very walkable to restaurants and bars. It was easy to access and get in. The furniture was comfortable and clean. The porch and patio seating areas were a bonus in nice weather.

Alyssa's place is centrally located and very walkable. Parking was easy. There were many little amenities in the apartment like a light and plenty of hangers in the closets, bathroom shelf for your phone, a guidebook, reading and games. Super comfy bed and sofa, and great shower. Alyssa removed scent diffusers per my request which I appreciated. Great spot, will stay again!

Sylvester’s place is awesome he is very respectful and willing to go the extra mile to help you have a wonderful stay. Sylvester place is clean and has all the accommodations to help you have a great stay. He greets you and makes you feel welcome. It’s in the country so it’s really not much to do but if you just wont to sleep comfortably Sylvester place is the place to be.

This is an absolute gem of a place, if anything it was nicer than the pictures indicated. The neighborhood was great, right in the middle of the city but daily quiet and minimal traffic noise. It was an easy walk to Belle Isle or up to Cary St and Main St for the restaurants. The host was very helpful and responsive.

Mayra was extremely responsive and kind. it was a great place to stay while we fished at Osborne Park. Clean, the beds were comfortable.

Ashley was amazing! When I told some issues she came and looked into it and fixed it ASAP. (Issue was very minor). The layout was great, sofas comfortable enough that you could sleep on them! Backyard was great for my two large dogs! Ashley was great! This is a perfect place for temporary housing or for like me for in between houses where I sold and had to wait a couple weeks until I could get into my new place!

Basia's home was BEAUTIFUL and had a serene feeling inside and out. We would definitely book her home again if we are in the neighborhood.

This was our second stay at this house - very comfortable and convenient to all of the things to do in the Richmond area. Very nice, quiet, peaceful neighborhood. It will be our go to place to stay when visiting Richmond. Claude is an excellent host.

We had a great stay at Jewelan's place. Spacious, clean, with all the amenities you need, and in a neighborhood that is both quiet and within walking distance to the livelier parts of the city. Communication with the host was also clear, quick and nice. I absolutely recommend!

This is a great house in a lovely, quiet neighborhood. There's tons of yard space, and honestly, the house is even prettier in person than it looks in the photos. It's large, open, and very homey... it has that comforting "grandmother's house" feel, but in a really charming way, not old or outdated. Definitely not your plain, cookie-cutter hotel vibe! Everything was very clean, but the place still had so much character. I also really appreciated the focus on restoring original features rather than replacing everything as it added a lot of warmth and uniqueness. Also, the water filter at the sink was a huge bonus and saved me money on bottled water. Highly recommend!

James's home was beautiful, immaculate, smelled amazing, inviting, and just all around a great place to rest and relax. Additionally, James provided welcome snacks and coffee. If every we are in the Richmond area again we will definitely look to stay at this property or another property that James owns. Lastly, James was a great host and expeditious in responding to all of my questions and concerns.

Thanks again to our hosts! Great space near plenty of great restaurants and shops. Walking distance to grocery stores as well. Easy parking, so you can leave the car for your entire stay and just walk to your desired destination. Will definitely stay here again for our next trip to Richmond!

Beautiful tree lined street, with front and back porches to sit outside and enjoy the surroundings. A house furnished with a lot of art to appreciate. Convenient to downtown, VCU and a host of amenities. Highly recommend for short and long term stays.

During our stay there were several weather related issues. The electricity went out because of the weather. Since I was not the owner of the property, I could not report the outage to the power company. Once I informed Edna about the situation, she immediately contacted the power company, provided me with the information I would need to check on power status, and had the power company contact me. Edna was prompt with responses when there were some complications with her cleaning service.

Eugene's place was perfect for our needs. It has great Richmond charm and the location was unbeatable for a VCU reunion weekend!

It was very nice and clean, walkable to many restaurants and historical places. Rachel did a great job 👏!!

The easy check in and checkout, flexible checkout and proactive communication really made the stay so easy and relaxing! The place itself was also perfect for us, I can only recommend the space!

Lovely apartment in the heart of Jackson Ward. As a former Richmond-er it was a pleasure to immerse myself in the city once again in this unique loft with industrial design elements. The interior design made my visit extra special, as well as the welcome PBR and chocolate. Excellent hosts and perfect unit for couples if you want your own bathroom and space to get ready. The building was extremely quiet and well located- a true hidden gem. The only downside is there are limited options for local convenience stores within walking distance. I will be staying here again!
