TOP CENTER , MODERN AND QUIET , 2 BEDR. APARTMENT

The apartment is located in the very center and on a small and quiet pedestrian street . Just around the corner is the 2 main squares -"Troikata" and "Kiril i Metodii ", the main pedestrian street Alexandrovska with a lot of restaurants , shops and 2 supermarkets - BILLA and BOLERO . 10 min. walk to the Central Train Station and about 20 min walk to the beach . The apartment is new , with all kind of facilities for 6 people and is located in clean and secured with a video camera building .

My appartment is in a great location with close proximity to the city center and less than 15 minute walk to the beach. The appartment has been fully furnished recently and prospective tenants will be one of the first to stay and enjoy the great ambience. Although not in the pictures, the appartment comes with clean bed linen, duvet and pillows. A fresh pair of hand and bath towels as well as soap. I am looking foward to welcoming you in my flat.

The apartment has a kitchen, a living room, a bedroom, a bathroom and a terrace and is suitable for accommodating 4 people. From the entire apartment there is a view of the sea and the sea garden. There are many shops and restaurants nearby.
