A very convenient and beautiful spot in Ladispoli! My daughter and I enjoyed the peace and quiet here after a long trip from the US. It was walkable, clean, and had every amenity we needed.

Fabrizio is an absolute gem and a gentleman of the highest order. We have stayed in many AirBNB’s, but he is one of the absolute best hosts we’ve ever had. I love this guy, and if I lived here, I would make it a point to have him over for Sunday dinner. He picked us up at the train station, took us to the location and gave us a tour. He took us to the port the next morning for our sailing. The apartment was spacious and comfortable with plenty of amenities for feeling right at home. The cobblestone streets and building styles gave a true old-world European feel. Local businesses are as you might expect in a port town, but are much less extortionist than many places. It’s quaint and warm and walkable. I loved this place, this host and this town. If it wasn’t 5000 miles away from us, we’d come here all the time. If there is a single drawback, it’s this: the apartment is right above multiple bars and restaurants. It was loud long into the night with raucous revelers drinking and dining.

We felt right at home! The apartment is very clean, bright, has a cute design, and is comfortable. We loved the upstairs terrace and the apartment’s proximity to the beach. The hosts were extremely helpful, quick to respond, and friendly. We are looking forward to our return!

El piso tiene todo lo necesario para pasar perfectamente una estancia corta, a pocos metros de la estacion de tren y a pocas cuadras del puerto. Muy recomendable.

Excellent location with a great view of the water. Lots of restaurants nearby. Walking distance to train station, city centre and cruise post. Loved the balcony.

La casa de Sergio es bellísima, una terraza increíble, y hasta una parrilla, todo hermoso realmente, Sergio fue muy amable y me ayudó a subir mi maleta que era enorme, valió la pena cada piso por esa vista al mar! Es súper cerca de todo, y muy cómoda la casa!

This is the cutest beach house! Looks identical to the pictures. The hosts are so thoughtful about every detail and have a beautiful standard for quality and cleanliness. Our family felt immediately at home. And the beach access is incredible! It’s the perfect way to end your trip before flying out…so close to the airport! Thank you so much Sun and Sand! We are definitely coming back!

Tolle Kommunikation im Vorfeld. Die Wohnung selbst ist modern eingerichtet, sehr sauber und verfügt über einen tollen Blick über den See. Wir sind von hier aus nach Rom gestartet. Wir kommen wieder 😊

Emanuel's place is located in very peaceful area, away from the noise but close to the beach and everything you will need.

Our family had a wonderful stay here and really appreciated the host's flexibility and responsiveness. The location is amazing; a 30 second walk gets you to the lake, 2 minutes gets you to the local restaurants and shops. The house was spacious and comfortable and at an amazing value. I hope we can visit again!

Perfect spot to relax at the beach for a couple of days before our flight home.

My family and I stayed at Marilena's just for one night because we had an early flight out of FCO airport. my wife and I were traveling with three kids under six. this was the first and only day that we did not have a car to get around. We took an Uber from the airport to the apartment. it was very simple and easy to do. It was very easy to access the apartment. the host had perfect instructions. We came on a bank holiday so there was not a lot of choices available. However, Marilena's suggestions were all amazing. we ended up going to a restaurant in Fiumicino city called Cielo. wow this place was amazing. service and food was amazing. The apartment we stayed at had everything we needed with a fully stocked kitchen and host gave us a welcome kit that was so kind. We felt very safe and it was nice that the location was only 10 min from the airport. thank you for everything Marilena!

We already knew beautiful Santa Marinella well, from previous visits. We looked for a really nice apartment close to the station, the centre, and at the same time in a quiet area. And that is what we got. This is the perfect place for an enjoyable vacation in Santa Marinella. The apartment has everything you need: The quality of the equipment is high end, the standard is excellen and the rooms are beautiful and spacious, including the balcony where we had breakfast, lunch and dinner most of the times during our 19 days stay. The hosting family are wonderful and generous people. You will not find better. If there is a need, they take care of it, and the show of love and respect both for their apartment and their guests is just amazing. We felt like real guests, and this holiday could not have been better. We have been visiting Lazio many times every year since since 2018 and this time had one of our best experiences. We will definitely like to stay here again in the future.

I was truly impressed by Micaela's hospitality. She offered to pick us up at the airport when we arrived for a reasonable fee. She offered to take us for dinner, showed us where some of the popular spots were. she made us feel at home and cared for.

Sono stato ospite di questo appartamento per 2 notti. Casa molto bella e pulita, inoltre si trova a circa 5 minuti a piedi dal mare. Francesca molto gentile e disponibile. Siamo stati bene e ci siamo rilassati, anche grazie al bellissimo idromassaggio

Als je een auto beschikken is het plek van Laura beste optie om als gezin te verblijven. Het plek van Laura is zeer schoon en dichtbij het supermarkt. Het is 5 minuten lopen naar het strand. Laura is zeer vriendelijk en reageert op tijd op al mijn vragen. Thanks for hosting us

we had an excellent stay in this apartment prior to a cruise. Everything match the description and was even better in person. The host is very kind and responsive. We had several travel issues and she was very accommodating. We would definitely stay in this place again - I highly recommend this apartment.
