We had a great stay here and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in Blair. Really appreciated the high chair and crib loved that it was family friendly.

Jessica was super helpful throughout the whole stay. The places is very quaint and on a beautiful piece of property. The town is lovely and it’s not a far drive to the bigger cities south of it. I would definitely recommend this place.

Brittany's place was absolutely perfect. It is an old farmhouse that has been updated so wonderfully. It still has its old house charm with modern updates. It was spotless upon arrival. It was so comfortable for a long weekend with girlfriends. We even had farm fresh eggs! I couldn't recommend it more!!

This is our third time staying at the cabin and we love it because it’s right next door to our family’s cabin. We have river access to go fishing, boating in Mississippi or do any other water activities. The surroundings are beautiful and peaceful. We love the back deck but there’s some wasps that deterred our hanging out back there. Our doggies have a blast so we love that this cabin is pet friendly. Sam & Tim are great hosts and always very responsive. The cabin is exactly as described. They have all the amenities you need except if you want coffee from a coffee pot then bring a small one…we did and it was great! We’re not big Keurig coffee drinkers. Also we don’t like the constant cleaning that you need to do with a Keurig. The blinds in every room could use some dusting but everything else was pretty clean. Very peaceful and the cost depends on when you want to go. It can get pricey but it was worth the peace and beauty from the city. Thank you and we’ll be back.

We (two adults and a dog) enjoyed everything about this cabin. The best part was watching sunrises over the Black River through the living room windows while we enjoyed our coffee. All the furniture was comfortable. The host also had thoughtful items around for use, like bug spray, campfire marshmallows, and dog toys. We had a peaceful weekend here.

Write down the check in instructions before you arrive, just in case! Luckily the Airbnb app cached some of the check in details from when I looked earlier in the day. I had zero cell signal when I arrived (T-Mobile), so I could communicate with Jeff. If you arrive earlier in the evening you can stop at the farm to use WiFi. There is WiFi in the sleeping cabin but I didn’t have the password. This spot was peaceful and quiet. A great place for some rest and solitude and reflection. I happened to be visiting over a weekend when the organic tea farm across the street was giving tours, which was a treat! It was hot (high near 90 two of the days) and the cabins stayed cool enough—the small fan was sufficient to stay comfortable. Be prepared to wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, and pans you want to use. There is a full size bed now (not a futon), which was comfortable. The kitchen had a hot plate, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster oven, and instant pot.
