Nicola was very responsive when booking as I had accessibility requirements that were needed. He worked with me to make sure our Nonna would be comfortable and have privacy without the use of stairs. The views were spectacular and the pool was much appreciated in the August heat. There was plenty of room and space for all 11 of us to enjoy our time together and take a break if needed. We enjoyed fireworks right from the terrace nearly every night as it was festival season and ventured down to the marina a few times. I would highly recommend Nicola’s Villa to larger families or groups. Thanks so much!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento la notte di Capodanno, e ci siamo trovati molto bene. Abbiamo amato la compagnia dei cagnolini e del gattino della struttura, affettuosissimi. Roberta è stata una host davvero gentile e disponibile. In particolare, è stata molto gentile nel riprogrammare un incontro nei giorni successivi, in quanto una volta terminato il soggiorno, mi sono resa conto che avevo lasciato un oggetto nell'appartamento. Lei lo ha recuperato e me lo ha riportato, grazie davvero.

Ce Ressort est très bien situé, à 2 pas de la mer, avec des installations comprises : Piscine, parasol et matelas de plage, vélos. Seul bémol à notre séjour, le prix des Petits-déjeuners 10€/pers avec un buffet somme toute très simple, et le restaurant de la plage avec une différence de prix de + 3€ par rapport à celui du Ressort ! Mais le personnel est très sympathique ce qui a rendu notre séjour bien agréable Jean

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Besonders die Dachterrasse verdient 10 von 10 Punkten. Man schaut auf das Meer und die Berge und kann die Ruhe genießen. Insgesamt entspricht das Haus und das Grundstück genau der Beschreibung. Es ist sehr geschmackvoll und funktional eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war sehr gut, sie war immer erreichbar, so dass wir ein paar kleinere Dinge, die nicht ganz rund liefen, schnell klären konnten. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft gerne weiter!

Wow! What an amazing time we had at David’s place in Palmoli. The house is every bit as incredible as the photos with sweeping views over the Italian countryside and complete privacy. The interior has been so thoughtfully and tastefully decorated with lots of home comforts while respecting the history of the buildings. Beds were comfortable and we all slept so peacefully. Special mention too for the best equipped kitchen we’ve had in any Airbnb. And then the private and immaculate pool is the icing on the cake. We were sorely tempted not to explore past the boundary of the grounds, but can strongly recommend the beachside towns onto the Adriatic which are all 30-45 mins drive away: Vasto, San Salvo and Termoli. Thank you so much for hosting us and welcoming us to your home. We really appreciate it!

Carmela was a wonderful host. The breakfast on the terrace was delicious with a beautiful view. The place was spotless and the surroundings were absolutely beautiful. The pool was a huge bonus. We enjoyed walking through the village nightly and going to the market on Wednesday. The location was great to visit other towns in Molise. You will not regret booking a peaceful stay here.

Una casetta graziosa in campagna in una zona molto tranquilla

Il luogo è tranquillo, la vista è ampia e riposante: ulivi e vigneti tutt'attorno, sul retro galline e galletti. L'appartamento, ampio e pulitissimo, è fornito dell'essenziale. Ci si sta comodi da 4 a 6 persone. Ottimo per una vacanza "lontana dal mondo". Rinfrescante cenare sul piccolo loggiato dopo una giornata in spiaggia. La bellissima riserva di Punta Aderci con le sue magnifiche spiagge è raggiungibile in pochi minuti. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Siamo stati ospiti di Antonio nella sua fantastica casa , siamo stati davvero impressionati! la casa era profumata, bellissima come in foto , pulita e con tutti i comfort necessari , per una vacanza rilassante e piacevole . Antonio ci ha fatto sentire come a casa nostra. Consiglio vivamente questa casa a chiunque cerchi una vacanza tranquilla e confortevole. Grazie mille,Antonio, per la tua ospitalità !

Très bel appartement, parfaitement propre et très spacieux, sur deux étages, avec deux terrasses. Il est en tous points conforme à l'annonce, et la literie est impeccable. il est situé dans le quartier le plus plaisant de Bari, très calme, aux petits immeubles blancs. On est proche de la vieille ville si jolie, de la plage face à l'ile au phare, de la place centrale animée. Mary et son mari sont très réactifs et accueillants. La région, est splendide, nous avons passé 4 jours merveilleux en cette fin septembre agréablement chaude et beaucoup plus calme que juillet ou août.

il posto è proprio come speravo, tranquillo e in mezzo ad olivi secolari ,ed in una posizione strategica dove si possono raggiungere facilmente diverse spiagge bellissime. Inoltre Antonio è una persona molto disponibile e simpatica.

We loved our stay at La Perla in Termoli. The apartment is located in the beautiful alleys within the old centre and walking distance to the passiagiata street where so many walk in the evenings - shopping, eating gelato and dining in the many restaurants and bars. Vibrant! The beach was being set up for the Lido’s for the summer season - with many enjoying the sun, sea and sand with the great weather. Thanks to Maurizio and Mirella - and their son for providing such a lovely apartment, and for going above and beyond to assist at check in. We would definitely recommend this to others.

Did my homework and it paid off … only complaint? Wish I discovered this place sooner . James and Judy are just lovely and they are super hosts for a reason ….they don’t miss a beat,super efficient, always available and a phone call or text away. Their black binder is a treasure trove of information..it’s all there!! The casa is within steps away to heaven and restaurants. Vasto is perched above sea level, the lookout vista outlines the whole side of the town with restaurants and a spectacular view of the bluest Adriatic Sea… on a clear day you can see the Tremiti islands which is a 50 minute boat ride away . The casa is in the cobblestone pedestrian only area , its peaceful, walkable with church bells and cooing pigeons in the background. It has a medieval castle a palazzo you can visit with all kinds of art and artifacts dug up from the Roman Empire and a mosaic floor nearby with Roman baths .. the house felt like home including the bed and it was very clean comfortable and private

Cagnano Varano est lieu typique et acceuillant la maison de Jessica reste dans son jus , inspirante et calme . je vous conseille cette adresse pour découvrir les Pouilles.

Stare in questo appartamento è stato come sentirsi a casa, ma in una casa meravigliosa, immersa in una pineta vista mare. Francesco è stato sempre presente e disponibile con noi e ci ha aiutati a muoverci sull'isola e ci ha presentato altre magnifiche persone. Fin da subito ci ha trasmesso il suo amore per l'isola e ha fatto innamorare anche noi dandoci consigli e raccontandoci delle storie. Tutto perfetto nell'appartamento. I letti comodissimi, la cucina ben fornita e la casa davvero silenziosa. Se potessi, tornerei domani.

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit traumhafter Terrasse mit Blick über die Olivenhaine bis zum Meer. Das große Panoramafenster ermöglicht es den Ausblick auch bei frischem Wind zu genießen. Viele nette Lokale und Lebensmittelgeschäfte in unmittelbarer Nähe sowie ein interessantes archäologisches Museum. Zum Strand ca. 20 min. zu Fuß, schöne Wanderung direkt ab der Wohnung möglich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Domenico è stato da subito molto gentile e disponibile, dandoci indicazioni su qualsiasi informazione avessimo bisogno. Abbiamo effettuato un’escursione alle Isole Tremiti sotto totale consiglio dell’host che ha saputo consigliarci subito come muoverci. Casa perfetta corrispondente alla descrizione, situata in un quartiere centrale caratteristico, pieno di qualsiasi servizio a qualsiasi orario. Consigliatissimo!

Immerso nella pace in collina tra ulivi e vigneti, l'appartamento si è rivelato davvero ampio e confortevole, corrispondente alle foto. Parcheggio interno sempre disponibile, insonorizzazione efficace a finestre chiuse, materassi e cuscini di buona qualità uniti all'aria condizionata presente nella camera da letto, ci hanno permesso di riposare al meglio. Dal terrazzo si gode del fantastico panorama (un'autentica cartolina) e, alla sera, non manca mai, persino nelle giornate più calde di agosto, una bell'arietta fresca che rende molto piacevole il soggiorno. Gianluca e la sua famiglia si sono dimostrati gentili, attenti, disponibili e pronti per qualsiasi evenienza. Presenti quando serve e discreti allo stesso tempo. E' la soluzione ideale per ogni tipo di vacanza, in breve tempo si raggiungono mare o montagna, o anche essere la base per andare a visitare le bellezze dell'Abruzzo e del Molise. Davvero consigliato!

Die Wohnung von Lidia ist groß und liegt wunderbar wenige Schritte vom Meer entfernt. An Ausstattung ist alles vorhanden. Man kann sowohl eine Terrasse für sich allein vor dem Haus nutzen oder sich im Gemeinschaftsgarten hinter dem Haus am Meer aufhalten. Das allerbeste an unseren Aufenthalt ist aber, dass wir Lidia und ihren Hund Judy kennengelernt haben. Lidia ist so eine herzensgute, großzügige und warmherzige Frau, das hat unseren Aufenthalt verschönert. Sie hat uns mit zahlreichen Tipps zu tollen regionalen Spezialitäten weiter geholfen und auch im Alltag mit Informationen unterstützt und übersetzt. Zusätzlich war sie sehr großzügig mit verschiedenen regionalen Köstlichkeiten. Judy ist ein ganz lieber Hund und passt gut auf, so dass wir uns sehr sicher gefühlt haben. Es war wunderbar das Leben vor Ort und die Menschen dort kennenzulernen, gleichzeitig hat man aber auch seine Privatsphäre und kann sich jederzeit zurückziehen. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit, vielen Dank Lidia!

This is the type of house you always dream about staying in. Right next to the sea and great views over the bay and Marina di Vasto. The old town is a less than 30 minute (brisk uphill) walk from on the house, but Marina di Vasto itself already offers a host of bars and restaurants. Francesca went above and beyond anything to make sure our stay was as perfect as could be. We loved the house and the garden. Great spot to start exploring some of the great things Abruzzo has to offer! Absolutely loved our stay and cannot compliment Francesca enough for her help and responsiveness. Thank you!
