Really enjoyed my stay at Karl’s the place is as the ad describes it. Location is perfect. Other than that all I can say is stay here if you are looking for a great located Airbnb that's spacious and has wonderful views.

Susan’s villa is everything you’d expect from her pictures and details. Absolutely no complaints with the villa, yard, pool, and close neighbours. The only issue we’ve had in the 2 years staying at south sea is the homeowners by the only beach decided to rudely remove the only tree/shade there. Quite disappointing and heartbreaking for future guests. Besides that, Susan is a highly reputable businesswoman and will take care of her guests.

Really nice Villa. Beautiful ocean view. The beds were comfortable, there was plenty of towels, pillows, and extra sheets and pillows if needed. The kitchen was furnished well enough to cook all the essentials. The house and bathrooms were very clean. The wifi worked great our entire stay. Communication with the host was easy, and the response was quick. There is AC in two of the main bedrooms. The third room and the rest of the house do not have AC, but there are ceiling fans in every room. It can,get pretty warm in the living room and kitchen, especially while cooking. The only thing I wish there was would have been either long chairs or beach chairs or hammocks to be able to lay in the sun or shade and enjoy the view and ocean breeze. You can swim in the bay if you are a swimmer as it can be kind of rough. Make sure to bring water shoes as it is all rocks and some are very sharp. There is no sand what so ever. The private beach is wonderful and located at a 3min drive.

We can’t wait to come back!! This was one of the best travel decisions I’ve ever made. I’ve been to a number of beachfront Airbnbs and this one takes the cake! Being able to wake up to this stunning location, make a big breakfast in the solid kitchen and then go snorkel to our hearts content — an easy and affordable way to relax in Jamaica off the beaten path. All manner of fish and coral… a snorkeler’s dream. The short walk through the very well tended tropical plants to private ocean access was truly unbeatable. The cabin was very comfortable — we enjoyed letting a fresh breeze flow through in the day and used the AC for comfortable sleeping at night. Shekeria is awesome. She continually went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay! She is very easy to communicate with!

This was our second stay at Deserene place which speaks to the fact that we thoroughly enjoyed our first stay. Her place was just like it was in her pictures, clean, neat and welcoming. This was a more relaxing vacation and at Deserene’s place , we accomplished our goal. The view from the balcony was awesome and peaceful in viewing the ocean. Love the food at the restaurants and the service. It was also very nice that we were able to enjoy the nightly entertainment at the facility. Should you need to enjoy local restaurants outside the property, there were a few which we took advantage of. Lastly, Deserene was always very responsive and accommodating to our needs. Many thanks again Deserene, we will be back soon

My stay was quite delightful

The individual units are maintained properly but the exterior common areas need maintenance, especially the courtyard and walkway tiles. The pool area is dilapidated, and the property managers need to upgrade and remodel the bar and shaded areas. However, the property is a beautiful location.

Our group enjoyed our stay at Patrick's villa. It was clean and comfortable, tastefully furnished and had all the basic amenities. The chef Patrick recommended was also professional and prepared very tasty meals for our group. Patrick is a great host and was always accessible, responsive and accommodating. This villa was a great value. I highly recommend and will definitely stay again!

We had a pleasant couple of nights at Ricardo's property, the location was perfect for our needs. Sunset Beach and Dead End Beach are just a 5-7 minute walk away. Sunset Beach is small and charming, a great spot to catch the sunset. Dead End Beach isn't much, but it's nice for watching incoming flights. Doctor's Cave Beach is about a 10-13 minute walk and is very well-maintained, though it does charge a small entry fee. The Airport is less than 10 minutes away, and there are plenty of nice restaurants nearby. There were a few minor issues, but nothing unmanageable. Although Ricardo promised to address them immediately, we decided to let him handle them after our visit. Ricardo was very communicative from booking to checkout, even staying up late for our delayed arrival. Which we truly appreciated! Checkout was a breeze; we only had to turn off lights, fans, and A/C. This stress-free process was a nice surprise compared to US listings. I hope more hosts adopt this app.

Hanks place was just as described and amazing. The view was fantastic and we loved how the home was equipped with everything. Waking up to the view and just relaxing on the porch in the evining was the best part of our stay. Our toddler loved hanging out on the porch and on the property. Hanks suggestion of the taxi driver, Dwayne was rhe best! He took care of us very well and was always punctual. Highly recommend him if anyone is looking for taxi. We would love to stay at Hanks when we return to Montego Bay.

My family loved the accommodations. Only thing that was a little annoying but not really a problem was not having a clothes dryer so we hung the clothes on the line but it rained fairly often and our clothes would get rewet other than that everything was great. I love staying in the Richmond Estates and would definitely book again. Thank you so much for a great stay!

I had a great stay at this property! The location was perfect, and the house was clean and well-maintained. The host was also very responsive and made sure everything went smoothly. I would definitely book again in the future!

First let me say this spot is now my favorite and go to spot,the view is amazing and having the entire place for yourself is top notch,it looked exactly like the photos and we felt right at home the moment we walked in my partner said "this is the spot,we're not going anywhere else",the area is quiet and spots are easy to find for food or shopping and even the beach,we had fun just being alone and having such privacy we loved everything about this place this was definitely a Home away from home and I was sad to leave but we will definitely be back. Thanks again.

It was just what we needed for a relaxing cap off to my birthday. The place is exactly as shown and Eftihia was responsive to all of my (at times) many questions from beginning to end. The pool was a nice little dip at the end of the night too! Also, Because of the time we went it was peaceful and empty of tourists so we basically had a private beach feet away from us. This did make food options in the immediate area a little limited, but Leroy and his wife always had something for us at his restaurant Leroy’s. Also, we used Effie’s suggested driver David who was amazing along with his nephew who guided us through Kingston. It was a perfect, romantic break from the crazy city.

House was very clean. I love that each room had their own bathroom. The pool is beautiful even though we didn’t get to use it due to the weather. The view of the ocean is amazing, and Falmouth is less than 10mins away which was very convenient. We would definitely stay there again.
