We LOVED our stay here! The home is fabulous, so many spacious rooms to explore, each one decorated in a great way. The outdoor space is amazing, and was such a highlight of our stay, from the stunning countryside views, the lush pool, the immaculate sauna out building (a hot tub on the balcony or outside would be a cherry on top of a delicious cake). We also loved that the house was so well stocked in the kitchen and cupboards throughout the house, which made it easier and more enjoyable to just chill at the house. Everyone said that they're beds were super comfy too. The neighbours were very welcoming and helpful too, it was a lovely start to our stay meeting Les! It was easy to communicate with the host, and they messaged us 24 hours before check out to let us know we could check out later which was fab. Would definitely recommend staying here with a big group, plenty of space for everyone with a fab social dining table. Diolch yn fawr

We absolutely loved staying in the 'fairy cottage' as our children called it. It was a magical place which exceeded expectations. We used the cottage as a base to go walking in the mountains (about 30mins to Snowdon) and there were beautiful walks directly from the house into the local countryside. We will definitely be back! thank you for a wonderful stay

This was the second time I’ve stayed in one of Peter and Doreen’s properties. They are always such wonderful hosts and are very accommodating. We visited Pentrenant Hall as a group of 19; 5 families with children ranging from 2 years old to 5 years old. The venue was perfect for us; the kids loved the bunk rooms and the huge dining room. The grounds are well cared for and provided an exciting and safe place for our children to explore. They particularly enjoyed toasting marshmallows by the fire pit outside! The adults managed to take advantage of the hot tub a couple of times too which was a lovely treat! And a few competitive games of table football in the games room. Overall a fantastic stay - we are already making plans to return next year!

What a fabulous weekend our 13 strong family experienced this weekend. The location, facilities available, and space were outstanding. Thankyou Richard, Matt and all the crew at Home Farm. You helped to make a lifetime memory for us, our children and their loved ones and our grandchildren. We laughed and played in a magnificent home and space

Paddock cottage was beautiful!! Extremely clean and had everything we needed. Stayed here for one night as on a course at harper adams the next day. Wish we could of stayed longer! This cottage was the best of the best with the added bonus of Monty the horse right outside (i can’t seem to get away from them!) and the friendly chickens too! we will most definitely be back and recommend! Lovely fresh and well furnished lodge. Lovely bed linen and well equipped with kitchen wear/ appliances. Quiet location with great facilities such as the pool/ games room. Lovely walk around the site and fishing pond. We will definitely return.

Great stay at Davids place. Great host and very attentive. Lovely little touches left in the place including some chocolate, biscuits, jams and even a beer :) Highly recommend.

New build, well laid out, well situated for visiting local attractions. Morrisons store within walking distance and despite the area still being developed it was really quiet.

Very nice place. Very clean, updated 2 bathroom. Robert was a wonderful Host! We were on our way to wedding and needed a place to stay the night before the wedding. Venue could not accommodate us for two nights. Thank you Robert for being flexible.

amazing property. Over 3 floors with stairs but that was fine for us. amazing historic property but modern feel. Has everything you need and so peaceful and quiet but close to restaurants and pubs, with the nearest town being a 10 min drive. The instructions from Debb were great and she was always quick to reply to any messages, but the best bit was how welcoming Debb was and made us feel right at home. The welcome pack was amazing and being able to feed the alpacas was a really nice surprise. I cannot wait to visit again

We stayed at this pleasant and well-equipped property for the 2 months gap between selling our old home and buying a new place. It proved to be an ideal place for that purpose. It is in a smart and very quiet residential area with shops not too far away. The host, Jinty, is particularly helpful and deals promptly with any (rare) problem. We can thoroughly recommend a stay at this home-from-home.

Amazing! Caroline was extremely helpful prior to our arrival with lots of key information and helpful local tips. The accommodation was spotless! Beautifully present and very comfortable for our family of 5. The pictures do not do justice to for the size of the downstairs space. The bedrooms were extremely comfortable and great to have two separate bathrooms and showers. The countryside surroundings were stunning and very relaxing spending evenings in the hot tub after long walks. We visited some great pubs and restaurants in the local area. Lovely place and really great host - top communication and instructions. Would 100% go back. Only down side is downstairs shower pressure but it does the job!

Cornish hall is a very peaceful location, and a really unique building. There were lots of ameneties provided too. The en-suite in particular was a highlight for me, and the bed was extremely comfortable. Despite being off the beaten path, we found it first time following the detailed instructions and we got takeout delivered there no issues. Overall we had a very quiet relaxing stay.

A fantastic weekend at Sorrel House, for a family get together. There was plenty of space for us to be together whilst also doing different activities. A great selection of games and jigsaws, we all loved the pool table, ping pong and hot tub. It was all lovely and clean and tidy and Kevin looked after us very well when needed, which was only once or twice. We had a great boat trip on the river in Shrewsbury and enjoyed a walk in the woods to Clive. Thank you we all had a fab weekend.

We stayed here for 3 nights as a family of 5, 2 adults and 3 children. The house was very spacious with great kitchen and dining area. The bedrooms were also a great size and there was even a lovely dressing room which me and my daughter loved. The bathrooms were also spotless. The house also had a movie room in the basement which the kids loved equipped with reclining chairs! The location of the house was amazing, it was so central, just a few minutes walk to the station and a ten min walk into Chester itself where we were able to enjoy the lovely shops and restaurants. We also took a trip to Chester Zoo. Chris was really friendly and checked that we were ok and didn't need anything else. The house also had a secure garage. i would highly recommend this property both for its beautiful and family friendly interior and for its very central location, we would highly recommend.

Suzanne’s house was neat and clean with a lovely big garden. It was perfect for our stay to be near family for a wedding anniversary party in Middlewich. The house feels modern, is spacious, light and airy. We hope to stay again. Thanks Suzanne!

My parents and I had a wonderful time staying here. The house is spotless and cosy. It has a great location, 7 minutes drive from Shrewsbury town centre. The bedrooms and the bathrooms smell very nice. The kitchen and the dining room are next to each others which is very handy. We love this place.
