Lo más llamativo es la excelente vista que tiene desde su balcón. Muy cercano al casco histórico .Se llega en 10 minutos a pié, adonde están las principales atracciones de Dubrovnik.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden die Unterkunft definitiv weiterempfehlen! Die Anreise war ein bisschen schwierig, weil man das Gefühl hat, dass da eigentlich keine Autos fahren dürfen und auch Google Maps hat es uns nicht einfach gemacht. Wenn man aber vom Strand kommt und der Straße dem Berg hoch folgt, ist es kein Problem.

Antonio is friendly and very responsive. The location is perfect for a walk to a nearby beach and a quick bus ride to the old town. Antonio literally explains everything that you need to know to go around in Dubrovnik.

From the time we met in person upon arrival to receive a detailed walk through about the home and the neighborhood, we loved everything about Vinja's place! It is so comfortable and has everything you need, and the neighborhood is wonderful. The restaurant across the street is fantastic, you can walk less than 10 minutes to a grocery store, cafes, bars, shops, bakeries, even the ocean! And it's more like 3 minutes to a bus stop that takes you directly to Pile Gate where you enter Old Town Dubrovnik on a bus that runs every 15 minutes. And Vinja provided all of this information clearly and complete with a map! Plus any time I asked for additional info, like a spa recommendation, or tour suggestions they provided it right away. Check out was easy too, I only wish we could have stayed longer!

The apartment was absolutely ideal for our stay in Dubrovnik. The views are amazing and the location was perfect. It was straightforward to reach all three city gates via stairs or the street if you don’t want to tackle the stairs. The parking was a massive plus and the bakery and shop just a 3 minute walk up the road were a bonus. The apartment is well appointed and spotlessly clean. Ivana the house manager is a treasure, so helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this flat.

Très bel appartement, très bien équipé et idéalement situé à côté de la mer et à 15 min à pieds de la vieille ville. Commerces, restaurants et bus à proximité. Jessica nous a chaleureusement accueillis, toujours très réactive et donnant des conseils. On recommande vivement.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Dubrovnik. Lovorka est adorable et très prévenante, nous avons été accueillis comme en famille. La vue du balcon nous a coupé le souffle et en avons profité soir et matin en admirant la vielle ville ou le coucher de soleil face à l'île de Lokrum.L'appartement est parfait, très confortable et très bien équipé. Un grand merci à Lovorka pour sa gentillesse et sa bienveillance.

We had a wonderful time at the apartment . The view from the balcony was stunning and the apartment was very nice and had everything we needed and only a short walk to the old town . The hosting was fantastic and made everything easy for us on our stay . Would recommend to anyone looking to visit Dubrovnik and the perfect location to stay !

Teo's place was just lovely. of course being in the old town there were steps to climb but not as many as other places. Everything was a relatively short walk away. Teo was very friendly and helpful. Would stay there again.

Emiljia und ihr Mann haben sich super um uns gekümmert. Da wir am Feiertag angereist sind und keine Geschäfte offen hatten, haben sie uns ein paar Kleinigkeiten im Kühlschrank gelassen. Ihr Mann hat uns ein paar Tips für die Gegend gegeben und uns beim einparken geholfen. Der Parkplatz in Dubrovnik ist Gold Wert...auch wenn fußläufig alles sehr gut erreichbar ist, so haben wir für unseren Mietwagen doch einen Platz vor der Haustür gehabt. Unserer Tochter haben die beiden Katzen sehr gut gefallen...rundum tolle Unterkunft und tolle Gastgeber. vielen Dank

Moni et son mari sont extrêmement gentils et réactif. L'appartement est comme décrit et très propre. La vue est extraordinaire de jour comme de nuit.

If you are going to Dubrovnik I’m not sure you can do any better than here. The view is breathtaking, you are 1.1 miles from everything, pero and and his wife are so nice. Literally our best stay ever. Nice big bedroom, the balcony view is can’t miss, $7 uber ride to down town OR just catch the number 8 bus which is right outside of your gate. I would recommend this to anyone and everyone I know if we go back we will stay there again. Book it now!

Snjezana was the perfect host for our first time to Dubrovnik. She kindly offered us a lift on arrivals to Dubrovnik airport, directly to our air BnB - which was really handy and took the stress out of trying to find her place after a flight. The view from the balcony is fantastic with great sunsets! and a super cosy stay with most importantly a great quiet nights sleep which you may not get in the more built up busy areas. it's about a 25 min walk into the old town which was fine and was a pleasant walk. There are plenty of Ubers around at all times if you want to save your legs as there are alot of steps in Dubrovnik. we couldn't recommend Snjezana's place enough for a visit to Dubrovnik. A lovely host with an enthusiastic/welcoming way with them and proud of where they are from - which really is good for any knowledge you may need of the area. P.S Thanks for the home grown oranges they were delicious. 😆

Had the perfect stay in Dubrovnik! The apartment is really spacious and even offers a little terrace, so you can just relax inside all day if you want! Also the old town is just some 30- 40 min walk away while in the area you are a bit further away from all the other tourists. The equipment in the kitchen and other parts of the apartment also offer anything you could wish for! You can tell that the hosts really put some thought and effort into euquipping the apartment so you can feel right at home. I really had a perfect stay and would love to come again!

WOW! What a great location. Inside the old city walls, walking distance to so much. Be prepared if you stay here or anyplace in the old city to walk a lot of stairs. The unit was spacious, well-appointed, comfortable, quiet and convenient. The shower was spacious with plenty of hot water. Everything worked properly and easily. Slavica does her best to try to ensure that you have the best visit ever! Just be prepared for VERY firm beds!

I cannot say enough good things about this host. The ease and overall experience exceeded my expectations in every way! The host's parents greeted me warmly, followed by a map and detailed recommendations of sites to see during my stay. On two occasions, I was treated to a complimentary home-made dessert and locally crafted beverage. It was the perfect balance of privacy w/minimal check-ins to provide clean towels and treats. The apartment itself looked exactly like the pictures and was very clean and comfortable. My favorite was the breakfast balcony with the incredibly beautiful view of the water, which made me excited to get out of bed each morning. The apartment was seconds away from the market for groceries and only a 15-20 minute walk to Old Town. I came back by myself several nights, and I always felt very safe. I would recommend this airbnb to EVERYONE who wants to feel at home while experiencing the divine adventure that is Dubrovnik. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!!

Marija’ house is so beautiful, It is hidden in the alley, like a paradise, Marija and her husband decorated the yard very delicately. Before we checked in, they sent us a detailed check-in instruction video, and tried their best to meet our needs during our stay. This is a wonderful accommodation experience and we recommend here to everyone 💖

Nous avons passé un super séjour de 5 jours au logement de Roberto. Le paysage était à couper le souffle, l'hôte a été particulièrement accueillante et attentive, elle nous a offert une bouteille de vin et des boissons fraîches à notre arrivée, ainsi que des oeufs de ses poules pendant le séjour. Elle nous a également gentiment permis de partir un peu plus tard que prévu le jour de notre départ. Le logement est très agréable, bien équipé, très bien situé pour l'accès aux transports et la proximité avec Dubrovnik, et le jacuzzi avec vue sur la mer et l'accès à la chambre est juste parfait. Les petits visiteurs félins sur la terrasse étaient, par ailleurs, un bonus adorable 🥰 Un grand merci de nous avoir accueillis dans votre merveilleux logement !

We had a fantastic time. Katja was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions. There was ample space with three balconies which was great and we enjoyed sitting out in the sunshine. The bus stop was 1 min away taking you to the Old Town but we used Ubers most of the time which were very cheap compared to the UK. We had a supermarket and bakery just underneath with lots of restaurants within walking distance. We would definitely recommended this place to friends/family. Thank You

We had a great time at Davor‘s place and everything was as described. The sunset from the hot tub was a big highlight of our whole Croatia trip. Getting to the appartement with your own car could be tricky for someone who can’t drive on steep slopes. But it is pretty easy to use ubers or public transport from there. The only issue i can point to was that the check in instructions were only given one hour before the official check in time which I found rather unnecessary. Also for the check out instructions, a separate message had to be sent and they were not included by the host in the original instructions. Rest everything was pretty good.

Wow wgat a stay We have just stayed myself and 2 kids and had the most incredible time. The apartment is beautiful with the most wonderful views from the balcony and the terrace. The hot tub is so nice to come back to after a day of exploring! The location is so peaceful but also convenient as a 25 minute bus ride and you are in Dubrovnik city. Host was so helpful and friendly m, nothing was to much trouble, even lending a charging cable for the stay! Would 100% recommend to anyone

Amazing place and SO comfortable. Pool is spectacular and has everything you need. Come and relax- everything is handled for you. And Dubrovnik is quite close. We will be back!
