Lovely penthouse apartment with great views of Snowdonia - Rebecca was very helpful and responsive even over the holidays . George and Dragon and Liverpool Arms are great pubs for food .

We had a great stay at Church Walks. The property was exactly as described, spacious and well laid out, we were able to relax after fun days out around Gwynedd and Conwy. Clear instruction on how everything works and some good recommendations for what to do in the area. Llandudno itself is a beautiful Victorian seaside town, with lots of places to eat and drink. The property is located in a quiet spot but still with easy walking distance of the town centre. I would highly recommend staying here.

Booked this as we were attending the transport festival and we were more than impressed with it all. Haydn was super friendly and got back to me straight away. The apartment is spotless and homely, it’s the first place we’ve stayed where we havnt missed our own bed it was so comfortable. Having 2 young kids it’s hard to find somewhere family friendly but it had stair gate, travel cot and high chair. Will be booking this again. Thank you very much

Such a beautiful self contained annex. Two beds served us well in two rooms. Lovely thoughtful touches with a home from home feeling. Wish we could have stayed longer. We met Sue and Ray enjoying the sun on their balcony, lovely to chat and be advised on local places to eat.

This is our second stay and we have booked for another stay in the summer. We instantly feel at home here. It’s beautiful, relaxing, well appointed and the view is stunning. Perfect for family or couple holiday, and great that it is dog friendly. Instant access to the beach is a big plus.

I booked this for my Niece her husband daughter and baby they loved it lovely big lounge and main bedroom great to fit in a travel cot as well all very clean just a lovely place we will be booking again for certain as relatives live 1 minute away so I have 4 Nieces with families that will be regular visitors thank you Jon lovely place you have 😀

What a lovely place to stay. The house was lovely, plenty of room for us. The standard of everything to do with the accommodation was excellent. The location was perfect for our birdwatching weekend on Anglesey. The host communicated with us in a timely and friendly manner. We felt at home and really enjoyed the stay. The place is beautifully designed, warm and cozy. It had everything one needs for a short stay and felt like home. I appreciated the adjustable heating system. The communication with Laura was good and we didn't have any issues with our stay. We also liked the virtual guidebook which was sent to us with tips for places to go and other useful information.

A beautiful house with a wonderful welcome gift which was much appreciated. Spotlessly clean and very well equipped. Location was perfect for exploring and visiting the area. Beautiful surroundings. Cafe Braf right opposite was great, shop next door also. Beach a few steps from the property. Deb kept in contact and responded quickly to any questions. I’d highly recommend staying here and we will definitely return.

We were two families (three adults and three children 6-8 years old) meeting for an Easter holiday. The house was a minutes walk from the beach which meant we could go out in all weathers without fear and took advantage of each sunny moment. There were loads of games inside which the kids loved and the kitchen had everything we needed. The cottage has no central heating but electric rads and a wood burner keep it warm. Make sure to bring wood, kindling and fire lighters! The neighbouring airbase was at times noisy but we enjoyed watching the jets fly over. I would stay there again.

An amazing little place cleanliness to the highest standard so welcoming. A lovely welcome basket with birthday wishes made my day. The best bed I have ever slept in even went out of there way to tell me where to got the mattress so I have ordered one for myself. Very helpful on local knowledge. Will be going back again as have friends there thank you Simon and Lorraine for a wow place.

We loved our stay. It’s particularly lovely with the lighter evenings as the view from the upstairs lounge is stunning. It’s very peaceful but only 10 mins from Caernarfon.

We loved our stay at Clare’s house. The beach was a few minutes walk away with quick and easy access to the local Londis for any essentials. The views are fabulous from the back garden and we were lucky enough to have great weather so we made good use of the secure dog friendly garden. The house itself is beautiful, well equipped for everything you might need, truly a home from home. Clare is a great host, always on hand to help with anything needed, but also allows you space to enjoy your break. Clare was very accommodating for us and we really can’t fault our stay with our two dogs. Check in and check out instructions were very clear and easy to follow. Thanks for a wonderful stay Clare x

What a beautiful home to stay in. We were a family of 5 adults 2 children and a small dog and we had the most amazing stay. perfectly located as it was a 10 minute walk to the beach and local bars/restaurants! The bungalow it's self felt like being at home. The kitchen is well stocked with plates pans cutlery. Towels and bedding was all provided and each bedroom is spacious and bright. A nice touch from the hosts by having some children's toys under the bunk beds. Plenty of games to chose from too. The communication from Craig is just want I need he's quick to respond and answers all my questions. Nothing was to much trouble. A nice touch from Craig was the message the following morning to check everything was ok and if we needed anything. The pictures are a very true reflection of this property and the place is spotless, it really did feel like home. We will most definitely be back and will be recommending to other people! Thank you again to Craig and his family.

spent the week here, we had flat 1 which had an amazing view of the beach and mountains! the flat was gorgeous and spotless! there was a list of places to eat that were close and also a supermarket within walking distance no more then 2 minute walk which was so convenient! we felt right at home here and would definitely return and would highly recommend! there was games for us to play such as uno!! and netflix on the tv for the days that were a little too wet to explore outside which really helped and was great! definitely worth the price we paid, it was so lovely we didn’t want to leave. Beth send us very clear instructions on how to find the building, parking etc… and how to check in which was so simple! HIGHLY recommend!!

Lovely place in a lovely location over looking the Menai Strait. Nice and quiet neighbourhood and local to Bangor and local attractions such as Zip World. We had a nice relaxing stay and would highly recommend. Chocolates on arrival and use of tea and coffee and lovely touch.

A stunning apartment, fabulous views, we used this as a base to explore using the local bus service & in our car. The apartment itself was immensely clean & just as described in fact better! We didn’t venture into the village but the pub down the road was nice for a bite to eat. I would have no problem recommending this place to anyone family or friends.

a perfect place to stay before getting the ferry to Ireland. The apartment had everything that we needed, Michele even bought a second cot for us to use. Lovely location right by the water. Check in was super easy and Michele was very quick to respond and gave us lots of recommendations for places to eat. Would definitely recommend!

An excellent place to stay. Very well presented. It had everything we needed for our stay. A real bonus being so close to the zoo for a brilliant day out.

Another great stay in the accommodation. Very convenient for the centre of llandudno and also the theatre.
