The place was beautiful, and very spacious. It is very well decorated and has a lot of character. There are a lot of entertainment amenities including the projector, Alexa in each of the rooms, and tvs throughout the property. There is a quaint exterior area on the rooftop, which is great for grilling out and just relaxing. We will definitely be back on subsequent trips. Jason is very responsive and respectful, he is definitely an amazing host.

This is a very nice house in a safe neighborhood. The best highlight is definitely a super nice and spacious backyard, especially if traveling with pets or kids. The house was clean and comfortable. Overall excellent experience and enjoyed talking to the friendly & caring hosts too.

Gretchen is a super host! She communicated with us throughout the rental process & met us at the home upon arrival. I appreciated her accommodating our ever changing arrival time due to traveling with 2 toddlers. She spent time with us touring the home to go over everything we might need to know to make our stay comfortable.The home was impeccably clean and the neighborhood beautiful and quiet. Much to our surprise, Gretchen welcomed us with a gift of supplies to tide us over until we could settle in and get to a grocer. This was incredibly thoughtful as we came from far away with two babies.The home had ample space to accommodate our large family of 6 adults and 2 children. We felt we could spread out. Beds were comfy! My favorite room was enjoying the morning view in the sunroom! I can’t say enough about how fabulous the home and host were to us! Hoping to return for another wedding in the near future. Thank you Gretchen for welcoming my family into your home in such a warm way. 💙

Erin's place was a great place to stay in Annapolis. My family was in town for Commissioning Week at USNA. Annapolis is a beautiful town with tiny streets, so being at this location aloud us to walk to the Yard and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again when in the area. I love this section of Baltimore (Remington), great restaurants, nice vibe , walkable friendly community. This property is beautiful and has everything you need , would definitely stay here again.

Both hosts were so responsive to my questions. The house had everything I needed truly for my guests and I to enjoy ourselves. The surround sound system was such a nice touch. All the bathrooms were nice and the kitchen had everything in terms of utensils to cook fab meals. It is in the very rural side of Maryland and there isn’t a ton to do, but wow the house was beautiful and beyond peaceful.

This charming studio was perfect for my stay! It was cozy, peaceful, extremely clean, and very easy to find. The hosts were always responsive, and check-in and check-out went very smoothly. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and well-equipped for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, offering easy access to the University of Maryland campus and nearby attractions. We had a wonderful stay! Gale was gracious and patient. The place was just perfect for our needs. We loved the breakfast nook. The driveway we missed when we arrived but luckily she explained how to turn in and we were able to find it. The backyard was private and had lots of greenery. You did not feel like you were in the middle of a city.

Great stay and great location! The unit was nicely designed and well equipped for my month-long stay! The robes were a nice add as they were extremely cozy. Will definitely stay again!

This was a really important life goal trip of mine, even though it’s the DMV area. They were super kind and it felt like a beautiful tropical pocket in the middle of what some might call a concrete jungle. They were super responsive, flexible, and kind hearted. There is also some beautiful wildlife, animals, and nature blossoming everywhere in the spring. 10/10 would stay again!

We have been coming to Ann's house several times. We always come back because the house is spotless, has excellent amenities and it is very close to our son's house.

We enjoyed our stay at Trish's place. She was very helpful and friendly, and even shared an item from her own kitchen to make our stay even better. The place is very homey and cozy and we enjoyed the fireplace. The neighborhood is peaceful and attractive.

What a wonderful retreat! I can't think of a better place to stay where you're surrounded by books, art and the countryside.

What can I say about my stay at Villa de Bowie?! It was great! My room, let alone the whole house, was remarkable. DiMitri has been extremely hospitable and responsive. The house was clean, welcoming, and offered many amenities. The atmosphere was beautiful and the other guests, from a host of different backgrounds/careers, were respectful and pleasant.
