Our stay here was fabulous and felt right at home. This home is very cozy with beautiful decor and obviously well thought out on everything. We were so close to downtown and were able to walk mostly during our time here. We will certainly plan to return and recommend this to our friends that need a place for two.

Very central to Helen, just walk out of the door and Town is a 5 minute walk. The neighborhood was quiet in the evenings.

We LOVED our stay! The walkability is unmatched. Everything you'd want to see/for is right outside your door. The condo is unreal! I though we'd never use the elevator, but it came in handy almost immediately taking groceries and luggage from floor to floor. The place was spotless and Monica and Stephen are exceptional hosts with outstanding communication. You can tell they're committed to ensuring you have a great stay. We'll definitely be back!

Beautiful get away tucked away in the mountains. We gadw a great time exploring the nearby downtown. Very peaceful stay.

Both George and Deborah were great hosts! Beautiful property with many plants and flowers. Had a book in the room with recommendations for local restaurants and many activities. They were both very helpful and friendly

The house was exactly as pictured and spotlessly clean. The exterior and lawn was really well maintained and it was so nice spending time outside. The house was well-stocked and everything worked perfectly. Elizabeth’s house met all expectations. You will not regret booking!

Barry and Tricia are both so lovely, they were always very professional and extensive with their responses which I appreciated. The house was gorgeous and very spacious. It was very clean with an amazing view of the lake behind. We met the previous owner and he was very kind as well. The only thing I could think to ask of them is to include more pictures in the listing! You are gatekeeping your gorgeous home! lol This is a worthwhile stay with a group of friends or family. As soon as you step in the door you feel at home. This cottage is just the right size for a couple or a family with 2 kids. The decor made you feel as if at any moment you would turn and see Grandma or Grandpa. The bed was so cozy and comfy. The WiFi was super fast. The hot water was instant. Overall you will not be disappointed with picking this cottage. Perfect location to EVERYTHING. We enjoyed just driving around and seeing the sites. We did enjoy a visit to a winery right down the road and then some evening shopping on main. Everyone was so nice and friendly. Pack your clothes and grab what ya need from the store and you won’t want to leave this beautiful cottage. And if you are lucky enough to be there when it rains…you will lullabied to sleep in the softest and gentlest way. We will for sure visit again.

Great place with easy access to lake! Kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. Super responsive host and very accommodating. We will be back.

Had a phenomenal stay an time at this house

This house was beautiful and decorated for Christmas when we arrived. Peter was very easy to work with on check in and check out. This was the second four-generation girl's trip that we've had and the house was perfect for the 12 of us. It is conveniently located between Helen and Hiawassee so we were able to attend the Christmas Markets at both places. Would definitely recommend staying here.

We enjoyed our family trip to Helen GA. The location was convenient for us to walk all over town, even with elementary aged kids in tow. They also enjoyed splashing around in the river behind the property and at the playground just next door. The property itself met our needs, with space for everyone. We did note that the downstairs bunk bed was very tight, to the point where my 9yo felt too cramped on the lower bunk and chose to sleep on the floor. There are also some areas for improvement, like the back sliding door is very difficult to lock, the pocket door to the bunk room gets stuck in the open position, and the glass shower door seems unbalanced so it opens itself. Those were not dealbreakers for us, but would be nice to improve.

Jennifer was a great host and her condo was perfectly situated in Sky Valley. It looked recently remodeled and the entire condo was spotless. The tub and bathroom was so clean, as well as the bedding, living room, kitchen, you name it. We loved our stay here and loved that it was quiet & peaceful, but not totally secluded. My husband and I felt really comfortable in the condo and enjoyed our time overall there. We didn’t super LOVE the sleep we got on the bed, but we prefer softer mattresses and sleeping on a king size bed, so I think that contributed to it. It felt like a great quality mattress though and I think others would love it. Loved this condo & I would stay here again if I get the opportunity!

I absolutely loved Rochelles condo. It completely transformed my work trip experience in Blairsville. I will always try to stay with her when I return.

The views off the top floor balcony are stunning! A great view of the sunrise over the lake. The house is very large and spacious with all the amenities you would need for a long stay. Well stocked utensils and cookware in the kitchen. A great loft area that turned into our prime hangout spot. Patricia is very quick and responsive and the check-in/out was a breeze.

Beautiful stay in a beautiful place. Amy was really great, and the condo was perfect for our group. Would definitely love to come back for another stay!

This is a nice little house in the woods that is perfect for a getaway with a partner. The location was private, and there was a local store down the road if you needed anything else. Really nice kitchen, living room, and bedroom. Only complaint is the water smelled a little off (latexy), but I’m sure that’s just an issue with getting water to the location that’s out of their control. Other than that it was a great little getaway for the weekend and I highly recommend.

The condo was perfect! Host responded to messages within just a few minutes. Perfect location in the downtown area. Very clean and well appointed. Would definitely stay again!!

This spot was amazing to stay in and we would absolutely visit again. Close enough to downtown to have fun but far enough away that you felt like you had a private space in the woods. The upstairs swing was pure bliss with a cozy, fluffy blanket on a brisk morning. The only real issue we ran into during our stay was with parking. The garage only fits 2 cars comfortably and we had 3. The person with the most reliable E brake gets the hill! Also, bring your own toiletries. They weren't provided and the local store is a little pricey.
