We really enjoyed staying with Carlos. The room, a studio with an included kitchen, was beautiful, located on the upper floor of the house. It offers a stunning view of Lake Atitlán and the volcanoes. Everything was lovely, and the garden was colorful and diverse. We especially enjoyed sitting on the veranda every morning with our coffee, looking out at the garden. The kitchen was very well-equipped, and we felt completely at home. Everything was very clean, and Carlos was incredibly helpful and accommodating. We would gladly recommend the apartment and would be happy to return at some point in the future.

We had an amazing moment! Definitely the best place to stay in San Pedro. Clean, amazing view from he private patio and close to the nightlife and everything there is to do there. Thanks a lot. Would recommend +++ to anyone I know. :)

One of our favourite ever stays with AirBnB after many years. Amazing value & lovely apartment with incredible views. So easy to get to and from San Pedro centre with Tuk Tuk 10Q per persona. Host could not be more helpful. Isabelle Bistro good restaurant close.

Es un sitio hermoso, muy cerca del embarcadero, excelente vista al lago y las montañas, impecable, es tal como se describe. El anfitrión es muy respetuoso y amable.

I stayed here on glorious week and could have stayed another. The place was exactly as described and the rooftop deck/kitchen was an amazing place to work and chill. It was a 50 yard walk to the lake and only a 5-10 walk to the main tourist area. It’s also about as peaceful as San Pedro gets. Town has a party vibe so you will still hear music at night and the occasional dog barking but nothing that even cheap earplugs can’t handle.

Clemente es un host muy amigable y atento. El lugar está bien ubicado y tiene una distancia caminable al centro de San Pedro y a San Juan. Limpio, ordenado y todo como se ofrece. Recomendado.

Un lugar muy tranquilo con buena vista

Lovely location, welcoming and responsive host. We were greeted by equally friendly cats and dogs who are like gentle guardians of the property. It’s a peaceful and tranquil location surrounded by nature and nice people. The only drawback i can think of is the outdoor bathroom, however, it wasn’t a huge issue considering all of the other positives.

We had a great stay! The property is also a Spanish school so there were a few other guests there studying Spanish. Everyone who works there is very nice and we felt very welcome. They had great recommendations about what to do in the area and how to navigate local transport. The location is great-- away from the bustle of the city and surrounded by nature, but still only a 15 min walk from the center of Xela. We came back walking a few times at night and still felt very safe. Sary was super communicative and very flexible when we had to change our plans due to unforeseen circumstances.

Excelente ubicación, a tan solo cuatro cuadras del Parque Central. Los alrededores son tranquilos y con opciones de restaurantes. El hospedaje estaba limpio, la cocina está bien equipada, las habitaciones son cómodas. La pasamos muy bien y esperamos repetir la experiencia pronto. Muchas gracias por todo.

Alles wie beschrieben und genau wie auf den Fotos. Schnelle Antworten im Chat vorab und sehr freundlich und bemüht. Top Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Einziges Manko: etwas schwierig zu finden, aber Jocelyn hat sich Mühe gegeben und es vorab so gut wie möglich beschrieben. Gerne wieder!

Todo perfecto con nuestra estadía, hubo una pequeña confusión pero los anfitriones siempre estuvieron dispuestos a solucionarlo ☺️

This is a good place to stay if you're visiting Xela. Good mixture of travelers.

Unser Aufenthalt bei Cirilo war super! Wir kamen relativ weit entfernt von der Unterkunft an, was kein Problem war, weil Cirilo uns gratis mit seinem TukTuk abgeholt und zur Unterkunft gebracht hat. Die Unterkunft war sauber, komfortabel und für uns genau richtig, um etwas zu entspannen. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir Cirilos Unterstützung in allen Bereichen. Wir brauchten z.B. ein Shuttle nach San Cristobal in Mexico. Cirilo hat das Shuttle organisiert, wir konnten unkompliziert bei ihm mit Karte bezahlen und es hat alles geklappt. Um sicherzustellen, dass alles funktioniert hat er uns den ganzen Tag über immer wieder gefragt, ob alles nach Plan läuft. Wir hatten bisher noch keinen so aufmerksamen und engagierten Host! Vielen Dank für alles!

Muy bien el lugar y Cirilo es agradable

El lugar es muy lindo, acogedor, es tal cual está en las fotografías. Lo que sinceramente hace falta es tiempo para disfrutar de tantas área preciosas que tiene el edificio para poder descansar. El penthouse tiene una hermosa vista y un área súper amplia en la que podría pasar mucho tiempo relajándome. El lugar sinceramente me encantó. Espero volver pronto.

Excelente servicio, higiene, instrucciones claras, servicios de excelente calidad, un poco alejando de la zona viva pero se podía llegar en tuktuk sin problema alguna, muy amigable don Cirilo.
