Quiet hours is at 10:00pm to 9:00am 10 minute drive to the Redondo Pier. Close to Hermosa Beach, Manhattan Beach, El Segundo, and Palos verdes. 10-12 minutes to hospitals, medical centers, and Torrance Airport. You can hear some noise from the lower unit even though the floor was soundproofed

Our backyard casita is a completely detached structure and sits across the yard from a private pool made for relaxation. This little oasis has a waterfall and is surrounded by birds of paradise making it the perfect spot for a mini staycation. The Casita itself has a king size bed, bathroom with a shower and a sitting area with a loveseat and coffee table. There is an indoor outdoor bar top prefect for working on your laptop. We also have a TV with Apple TV, AC, mini fridge and coffeemaker.

Bordered by the Palos Verdes Peninsula to the south, Hermosa Beach to the north, and Torrance to the east, this unit is only 2 blocks to the beach! Redondo offers an abundance of activities. Follow this quiet street (10 min) and find yourself at a boardwalk going from Torrance Beach to Manhattan Beach. Stroll down to the Riviera Village and discover unique shops and restaurants. Head south towards Palos Verdes and you will find more breathtaking views.
