The heated pool was available as an option, which was a nice touch, and the place had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We really enjoyed our time here and would love to come back again in the future. Highly recommend!

The property was exactly what we expected and more. All rooms are a generous size with clean and comfy beds. The upstairs Living / Dining catered for all guests with beautiful views from the upstairs balcony. We all loved the heated plunge pool, easy access from the house and the outdoor shower was a bonus. Host answered all our questions promptly and made our stay a wonderful experience.

We absolutely loved our stay, the house is lovely and well equipped. The beds were probably the most comfortable beds I’ve slept in at an air BNB stay. The house was very homely and you feel comfortable immediately. The outdoor area is beautiful and the pool was lovely. The weather wasn’t quite warm enough to enjoy the pool as much as we’d have liked. The host are very responsive and lovely to communicate with.

What an absolutely perfect stay we had. Tamara was an amazing host, helping us organise our elopment wedding from Scotland. The house was huge and well kept. we paid to get the pool heated and it was like a warm bath - we spent ages in there and the kids loved it. If we visit again we would definitely stay there again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay at Kelli’s. Her home was immaculate with all the amenities to make our stay even more enjoyable. Kelli was extremely responsive and one of the nicest hosts we’ve ever dealt with. I’d thoroughly recommend staying here.

this house was amazing for our three active families! there was a pool, table tennis, futsal, air hockey and then in the extended back yard a play ground, sand pit, cricket pitch, soccer, footy, tennis and an aquatic centre. A short drive we had the beach! too much to do and too little time. The loving and dining spaces were top notch. We loved this house!

The house was striking, with stunning decor and comfortable furniture, and it was comprehensively equipped. The 180 degree view over Port Philip Bay was a memorable backdrop for our dining, The central lift helped the older guests with creaking knees. Alex was very helpful in the lead-up, but her help was not needed during our stay, because of the extensive notes she provided. It was a wonderful experience enjoyed by our entire family group, which ranged in age from 4 to 80. Thank you, Alex.

Our family were very happy with venue. Our 9 grandchildren had plenty of space to play in and they had plenty of activities there to occupy them. We adults had our own space for meals and catching up. The coffee machine was a great hit too. We highly recommend this house for families.

We enjoyed a lovely 1 night stay here in Sorrento. We loved the house, in particular the furnishings are lovely and lots of books, magazines, candles and toys for our little one to enjoy

Michelle was an absolute gem to deal with—warm, responsive, and incredibly accommodating at every turn. We booked the place last minute on a spontaneous decision to get away and she still made everything feel seamless. The house itself was huge—easily able to fit two big families comfortably, with three separate indoor living zones, two distinct outdoor entertaining areas, and a spacious, secure backyard that the kids absolutely loved. Our dog wasn’t allowed inside, which we initially found a bit frustrating—but once we arrived and saw the setup (and his muddy feet!), it made perfect sense and we fully respected the rule. Everything was spotless and thoughtfully laid out. You can tell Michelle really cares about the guest experience. It felt like a true home away from home and made our pre Easter break feel easy and relaxing. We left feeling refreshed and grateful—would absolutely return in a heartbeat. Thank you, Michelle!

This is a beautiful home with unparalleled peace and calm; a lifetime could pass sitting quietly and watching sunsets over the ocean… :) Mark was an incredibly kind, responsive and gracious host. Thanks for all.

Brilliant stay at Barbie May’s and will definitely be back there again one day. Suzie was extremely responsive and helpful with any requests, and even laid out Easter eggs for all the kids. The house was perfect for 2 families and it looked exactly like the photos. Great location to walk to the pub, shops and a great park for the kids. Thanks for a fantastic long weekend!

I had the lovely opportunity to stay at this bnb with the girls in my family over the easter weekend. We were looking for somewhere nearby the hot springs, and the 5 minute drive here was perfect. The place was very clean, and had absolutely the softest blankets! Sam was also super easy to speak with, and made the booking and check in a breeze.

Like many others have said the photos don’t do the place justice. A beautiful home, great host in a lovely secluded location. my family and I really enjoyed our stay and hope to visit again soon.

Cathy has a lovely, cosy place and the house is in a great location, with three very lovely bedrooms.

Amazing place, beautiful nestled in Rye. Peaceful and quiet. Kristina was very accomodating, the house was beautiful and homely. Highly recommended!

This place actually looks even better than the photos! Spotlessly clean and exactly as described. All amenities at your disposal, fabulous kitchen with everything you could possibly need. Super dog friendly and a lovely touch having dog treats on arrival. The hosts are incredibly easy to deal with and very responsive. Will absolutely stay here again and can highly recommend to others.

Perfect beach house for a family holiday. We really enjoyed spending time at the balcony with views to the sea and sunset. Great location near the supermarket, shop and Ocean Groove beach.

Great place to stay for the weekend. Fireplace was cosy, deck was lovely to relax on. Very dog friendly, however not totally dog safe with no gate on the deck. Had all the essentials for a lovely Airbnb.

Great little home for our family stay. Great location and has all the amenities needed. Host fantastic to deal with. We found it a little hard with no wifi due to poor phone reception and there is no back fence so a challenging with little kids. Overall would recommend!

Rod’s place was easy to find and located close to shops and the beach. It had a beautiful sunset view and lots of seating to enjoy on the verandah. There was lots of space for our family in the house with 2 living spaces. The house was decorated with Rod’s passion for music. The kitchen was well equipped with more appliances than a usual Airbnb. The pantry was also well stocked with plenty of extras. Lots of space for our dog to run around outside as well. There were also lots of tv screens every where enough for everyone to choose what they wanted to watch. Board games provided entertainment for our little ones. Lots of wood provided for a lovely fireplace in the colder months. Thank you for having our family.

Very cosy house overlooking the forest and ocean, upstairs view is nice and pleasant. Perfect location with 5 mins walk to the beach/rockpool and the general store. There are kookaburras, Rosellas and cockatoos visiting the balcony regularly, though I don't recommend feeding them or eating outside, especially with little kids.
