We took our baby for her first trip to Cornwall and this place could not have been more perfect. The views are incredible (even while washing up!), the house is immaculate, very well presented and has pretty much everything you could need! 8 of us were very comfortable in the house with lots of comfy seating areas, very comfortable beds and big dining table. The location is perfect, plenty of coastal walks, multiple beaches to explore, pubs, bakery and driving distance to lots of other Cornwall areas to explore. We will absolutely return!

Wonderful location and comfortable, well designed home. A little village out on its own with so much character and some great walks which are medium hard but good distances either way - to the left in the next village the Cricket Inn is delicious food and friendly staff - to the right a lighthouse. The views and beach really make this place… as well as being a close drive to Salcombe and Dartmouth. The house being is well stocked, stylish and comfortable so makes for easy living. We were a family of 7 and a dog and would highly recommend it. We did a Sainsbury’s food delivery to the house twice to make getting groceries easy and that worked perfectly too.

This is a perfect cottage in a perfect spot. We have loved coming here again. Everything was great with the accomodation, well equiped, comfy beds, love the log burner, really appreciate the parking permit. Nothing negative to say, wish I lived here. Thanks for a great stay.

A delightful stay in wonderful surroundings, views are sublime, home from home facilities, dog friendly property with lots of walks, well equipped kitchen although we didn't really cook as there are so many restaurants and bars to try! Julie ensured we had everything we needed and communicated well. look forward to a return visit when we have a bit more time to enjoy ourselves.

A lovely, comfortable place to stay, with everything you need and in a great location, close to the beach as well as the town centre, but quiet as well. And best of all, the flat has super views of the Estuary and the spectacular sunsets. Jennifer is a great host, helpful and friendly. We've had a very relaxing break, and definitely hope to be back. Highly recommend.

Spotlessly clean hideaway. So peaceful yet minutes walk from the centre of Dawlish. Completely safe walled garden for the dogs. Train station 5min away, great coastal scenery in all directions. Nice walk to Dawlish Warren and plenty of places to eat and drink. 3 generations and suited us all. Would highly recommend.

Perfect place for two! Easy access to town promenade and the beautiful back beach Not our 1st visit or our last visit to Teignmouth but our first with Luke hosting…. We will be back! Everything you need, all has been thought of clean comfortable quiet with cream tea and bubbles on arrival! Dog Watches was a superb house and garden. The location was excellent. We were celebrating an 82nd (mum in law) birthday. The house was stunning, spacious, with breathtaking views. We needed to spend longer than the 3 nights to use all of the facilities. We were very comfortable and were lucky to have stunning weather. The pub nearly opposite ( the sloop) is also excellent for food We had a lovely walk to Hope cove and bantham beach . The ferry boat goes from the quay just below the house. Brilliant stay. Helen’s places was one of the most comfortable and well equipped places I have stayed in. A short distance from the costal path and within walking distance of Brixham harbour. I would highly recommend it.

We’ve just got back from a wonderful week at Nicki’s beautiful apartment. The views were incredible! Our boys loved watching the sea tractor going back and forth from Burgh Island, and letting us know when the tide was out and the Beach Barista was there! There was something incredibly magical looking out to Burgh Island, and we miss those views already! The apartment was beautifully presented and furnished to a very high standard. The whole set up is fantastic, and it was an added bonus to have dedicated use of the pool, gym and Deck restaurant. Thanks for sharing your gorgeous home with us. We’d love to return! Had fantastic stay in Marks tiny home . It was immaculate inside with added touches of luxurious bedding and pillows. Set in peaceful park with beautiful surroundings. Short walk to coastal path with easy access to Berry Head and Brixham. Thanks Mark we couldn’t fault the attention that had gone into your home in making it a comfortable place to stay . We would definitely consider coming back 😊

Stunning place, with the most amazing view and right on the beach. Lovely homely apartment with everything you will need

The caravan was spotless and in a great location on the site, the view was outstanding. The beds were very comfortable infact I will miss that bed 😀. everything was great I would happily go back there. Hayley has made the caravan very homely..son enjoyed the collection of DVDs !

We had such a lovely time at Sunset View. After a little blip getting started (which was very quickly resolved), we quickly settled in and felt right at home in Emily's comfortable and well thought out caravan. Devon Cliffs is a huge site but the van is in a great position in a quiet cul de sac so you're not 'on top' of other people. Only a 5 minute walk to the leisure area and shop and we had a lovely sea view when the sun came out! We really loved it and will definitely be back.

Fantastic stay great location and view booked to again already

The house was beautiful, clean and had everything we needed with plenty of parking for all 3 of our cars. Goodrington was a lovely sun trap out of the wind, we loved Cantina! The beds were so comfy and every room so light & spacious.

We enjoyed our stay. The decor and space is fantastic. Fabulous hotel quality towels and lovely bedding. Well equipped kitchen. No welcome extras or local shop, so pick up milk on the way in. We had a Tesco delivery and saw a Morrisons van too. We didn’t use the courtyard, but as described, it is a useful storage space. Personally, I wouldn’t use it as it was down a grubby alley of bins and is dull. Probably better in warmer season though. Torcross is very quiet and tired out of season, but it was a good place from which to explore. We went up and over to the next cove. Sadly, it has had a lot of storm damage and is dangerous. South Devon is full of wonderful beaches though. Hope Cove is gorgeous! Note that there is a small car park immediately outside the front door - convenient for parking (we never had a problem finding a space), but lots of coming and going and care needed with dog/children.

Lovely gound floor apartment with everything you would need. Just a miutes walk from the boat yards and the ferry across to Plymouth Hoe. Lovely place.

Another great stay here! This time, for a longer period of time, additional cleaning and replenishment was offered throughout. A very proactive and helpful host who obviously takes pride in their property and guests. Would highly recommend to others and consider using again in the future.

Beautiful home and in the perfect location for exploring the local area and further afield

An absolutely beautiful location. Really interesting place and super friendly people. The boathouse is perfect for families and multiple generations - so much to see and do. We loved the attention to detail and thought that had been put into supporting us to use the facilities to the fullest. We would love to come back. We had a Hyundai Tucson with us that got down the drive but was a struggle to get back on a rainy day. There is plentiful parking in the village so our recommendation would be to unload and then park there if you have a bigger car.

We had a great time in this lovely place. The location was great, it was very easy to walk everywhere. Very clean, comfortable and clear instructions. It has everything we needed. Thanks for the stay!

What a real gem of a place! It was all about the views across the bay. We spent an enjoyable week watching all the surfers of various sorts through our binoculars. The beautiful sunrises and sunsets too. The house and sofas are a little dated but it was excellent value for money and we had no complaints. There were plenty of games and puzzles to enjoy too. We enjoyed the short stroll down to the Venus cafe, beach and across to Burgh Island. The Pilchard Inn a favourite spot with the lovely weather we had. We hope to visit again in the future. 😊
