Superbly appointed AirBnb - from the chocolates to the tea. bags and the milk in the fridge to the thoughtful and carefully appointed facilities this was top notch. Bed was comfortable and our dog made very welcome. The furniture and ambiance is simple and comfortable. It's a little bit of a walk up the hill, but that walk takes you past a supermarket which was really useful. We visited for the Pirate Festival and the fact the wardrobe had lots of hangers in it was rather helpful. 15-20 Mins walk down to the centre of town ( thats taking it at a very gentle pace) and maybe 25 mins back up ( we do not walk so quickly nowadays!) The coastal path which is not far away is a delight and a wonderful calm escape after the Pirate Festival. Recommended.

We had a great stay at this cottage which was lovely and cosy with all the facilities that you would need. The location was great, as it was well situation to travel to Brixham, Paignton and Torquay and also it has easy access to Greenways, where you can get the ferry over to Dartmouth and Dittisham. Great communication from the host and we made lots of wonderful memories to cherish.

Overcreek is a lovely barn conversion tucked away in the middle of a wood, great for privacy and wildlife. Brian's directions are good, use these and W3W in place of postcode and satnav. It's peaceful spot and a comfortable place to spend a holiday with good local places to visit and eat out. One thing to watch out for, the supermarket we asked to deliver were not prepared to drive up to the house - and only told us when attempting to make the delivery - we drove down and transferred shopping to our car without a problem so easily resolved but something to be aware of. Brian is a very responsive host, responding in minutes to any queries. He was also quick to pass on highlights of local news - both weekly local events announcements and the more unusual such as when ospreys had arrived at the millpool! Having been let down with a late cancellation of a booking in this area made with National Trust, this was a great find.

The farm was in a beautiful setting, with gorgeous views. It was peaceful and spacious for our large family get together. Salcombe and the surrounding area is very lovely, with some challenging roads, but thats Devon! All the bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and private. The kitchen was excellent and very well equipped and Freya was helpful and friendly from the start and super responsive when we had a minor query. We loved our stay, would highly recommend and would love to stay again.

Our stay at Little Trevio was wonderful! So walkable to Brixham harbour and shops, be prepared for the hills! We originally planned to visit Fishcombe Cove but once there decided to do the full costal path to Paignton. Quite beautiful and lots of little coves to enjoy! The place itself had everything we needed, comfy bed, well equipped kitchen and bathroom, excellent WiFi and off street parking which is really helpful and quite rare in Brixham!! Emily was so helpful and quick to reply, she allowed us to use the parking space after check out which really helped us out. The view from the garden space is really beautiful! Thank you so much, we will definitely be back.

This was a perfect spot for a beach holiday with extended family. The house is so close to the beach, brilliant for morning and evening walks with the dog, and not too far to walk to the lifeguarded area for swimming. Close to great fish and chips too! The house was exactly what we needed, with plenty of space for cooking, eating together and watching the Olympics on the sofa when the afternoon sun got too hot to be outdoors. The decking area (with excellent sunshades) and hot tub were a bonus. While in Exmouth we tried the barge yoga organised by Exewake - would highly recommend it.

We had a great stay here. A lovely place and peaceful setting. There were clear instructions for everything making our stay stress free. Great location for visiting Dartmoor national park. We also visited Blackpool sands beach which was amazing. The 1.30hr drive was worth it for us although there are closer beaches. Nice sitting at the meadow and having our morning coffee with the chickens who paid us a visit. Thank you Ilona for a great couple of days away

Beautiful accommodation, very tastefully furnished and comfortable. Village location was great with walks and pubs in easy reach. Only downside for us was nowhere really to let the dogs out of the door, had to walk them to the meadow.

We had a fantastic break at The Annex in Frogmore. It was equipped with everything we needed for our 3 night stay and the home was beautifully clean and comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the hot tub overlooking the estuary and walking across to the pub opposite in the evenings.

Absolutely phenomenal lodge set in a beautiful and serene environment. Quite literally the perfect getaway for some R&R. Jamie and Phil were fantastic hosts - both very welcoming, personable and responsive to any queries. Would recommend without a second thought.

I had such a friendly welcome from Rachel, with everything that I needed set up and ready to go. And even though the pod felt very private, and away from it all, I also felt very safe, especially as I was alone. Incredibly peaceful, and perfect for a break away from the real world.

Hucks cabin will leave a special place on our hearts . What an amazing place to switch off and enjoy time together . The cabin is so cosy and well stocked with amenities , the wood burner was a real feature for us, and the outdoor space with the bbq and fire pit too. Waking up to sound of all the birds was so lovely. We will def be recommending this place to our F&F

What a great find! The Log Cabin was a perfect base for the pair of us exploring Devon. After busy days on the coast or in Dartmoor, it was great to BBQ in the big garden, watching evening fall and the swallows dart about. It’s compact but doesn’t feel like that owing to Belinda’s clever use of space and décor. The pictures are accurate. Whatever space you’re in feels spacious and even sumptuous. I could be in the kitchen happily doing my thing while my partner lounged in the pleasant living room. Belinda is a great host, very helpful, coming to our rescue several times. We look forward to returning.

We had an incredible stay and will definitely be returning. Blackpool Sands was close by and is a lovely beach. The house was beautiful and the rooms was even more beautiful than in the photos. I can highly recommend this place.

We had an incredible stay at Lakemoor! The hut was cozy, well-equipped with solar lighting, USB charging, a log burner, and a private outdoor space with a fire pit/BBQ. Surrounded by friendly animals and nature, with the River Taw just behind, it was the perfect peaceful escape. The stargazing was stunning thanks to minimal light pollution. Justin and Claire were wonderful hosts—communicative but never intrusive, which we really appreciated. Everything was spotless and thoughtfully arranged. Highly recommend for a relaxing, off-grid getaway!
